And I called tirelessly I leave messages they never call me back, I even went in person and an assistant told me that I was on the wrong floor that it was not infertility, she was in the same front of the doctor and told me that I was in the wrong place, until another assistant told her that she was the one who was wrong and pointed to Dr. Abuzeid's office, but I couldn't make the appointment, and left email and didn't get anything, nobody works here?

Angela Farmer: My husband and I tried for 2ish years to conceive naturally. It just wasn't happening. Finally my doctor was able to give me answers and referred me to IVF of Michigan and Ohio. I was so scared when we started the process but it didn't take long for everyone from the clinic to become family. If it weren't for all the nurses, schedulers, the ladies in billing and especially Dr. Hammoud, we would not be expecting our daughter this October. Yes it was scary and stressful and emotional but everyone involved helped so much and were there for us when we needed. If you struggle with fertility this is the place to go. Kimn n: I went through IVF 2x in 2021 before we had success. I have a happy, healthy 6m baby. I found the entire process seamless and easy. Fast in and out appointments. Friendly staff, good communication. Nurses phone will not pick up, Just leave your message and they'll call back. This annoyed my at first because I have phone anxiety but it was consistant so I got use to it. Getting the initial consultation and paperwork was probably the most annoying part. It's very expensive and insurance only covered the basic lab work, ultrasounds, and a few medicines. The invoice finance gives you before even getting started is a bit hard to take in, but gives you a really good idea of what you can expect to pay. It doesn't quite nail down the extra you'll need for all the medicines you might be prescribed.

Saralynn Wieszczyk: Firstly I would like to start with the front desk staff specifically Julie. I think the very first people you encounter at a place is so important for your experience. Julie is always welcoming, kind, and patient. The nurse that does the lab work has been pleasant from day one. All the nurses at IVF Dearborn have been beyond helpful throughout the process. They respond to every email very quickly and even within minutes. There were times of worry for my husband and I when lab work came back less than ideal and it did not take them long to talk us through it and help us feel better. Lastly, Dr. Hammoud he was an angel in our eyes. He gave us hope from day one and when we started to lose hope he never did. We trusted Dr. Hammoud and he never let us down. He did what he had to do to finally get our answers. I spent a year and a half at IVF Dearborn and they gave us two miracles. I am forever grateful for that whole team!

Ruhi Sood: Front desk staff appears useless when it comes to booking appointments. I was referred to VRC by my family doctor about 2 months ago. I called to VRC to book my 1st appointment and they informed that I will receive a text early Jan 2022 informing me of the date. I have followed up with them multiple times to provide me a date, however, apparently they don’t care to respond. I understand that there are wait times, however, I fail to understand what is causing them so long just to provide a date of first appointment!!! Extremely disappointed with the whole process!

A T: Every time I go, he tells us something different, like U need IUI & IVF& clomid. He Put me on medication for 7 months and no results at all, just trying to sell the vitamins they have. They never pick up the phone and when you have an appointment he will only spend 8 min of his time with you. They Only take you serious when you have IVF then they will take care of you. Very sad because I was hoping he was the key to the door but NOT. I end up going to family doctor and got me pregnant naturally after all that stress there was nothing wrong with us. Thanks victory for your 8 min each appointment you couldn’t give us an answer to the questions we have. One star is still a lot for you guys.

Alynn Anglin: We first met Dr Victory in the fall of 2015. He determined I had cysts and severe endometriosis and that was why I was probably not getting pregnant. He performed surgery in February 2016. I was super nervous about the surgery and Dr Victory held my hands until the anaesthetic kicked in which was a nice touch. We had to wait a few weeks to start trying and decided we were going to try for a few months before looking at IVF or IUI. We conceived in February 2017 and just gave birth to a healthy baby boy on November 9th.Every visit we have made to Dr Victory’s office has always been a pleasant one. Mara always greets us with a smile when we arrive and when we are leaving.Dawn and Kim were always very happy and upbeat when I went in for regular checks to be weighed, measured and to check the baby’s heart rate.Diane is an absolute angel. She is the one that first introduced us to Dr Victory and has answered numerous questions that I had and has been an absolute professional throughout our experience. We had to go to the hospital a couple of days before our son was born and there was a miscommunication at the hospital. Diane took the time to talk to me on her own time in the evening and helped to fix the situation at the hospital which we are truly thankful for. It wasn’t her job to do this but she went above and beyond the call of duty to help and she put our minds at ease which is absolutely priceless when you are entering your 40th week of pregnancy with your first baby.Dr Victory is truly gifted and is a master of his craft. I have always felt very comfortable at every appointment and he always answered all of our questions now matter how silly one or two of them might have been. He wasn’t able to deliver our son as he was born in the middle of the night and another doctor was on but he was at the hospital a few hours later to check on us. We also had our son circumcised at the office a few days later and everyone took such great care of him.We truly are very grateful to Dr Victory and his amazing staff. If it weren’t for his expertise and wonderful staff we wouldn’t have our precious little peanut.

Wendy Valdes: I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, but I don’t even know where to start. It’s hard to find the right words to express our gratitude towards Dr. Mersol-barg and the staff at Michigan Reproductive Medicine. They’re simply amazing!This was our first round of IVF, and thanks to Dr. Mersol-barg we are now almost 15 weeks along with our pregnancy. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely an expert in his field. The whole process from consultation to prepping for egg retrieval, to transfer and post transfer follow ups etc has gone by so efficiently and without hiccups. The IVF process is of course physically and mentally taxing, but the doctor and the staff at MRM have made everything as smooth as possible. I’ve felt like I’m in very good hands throughout the entire journey, It’s a bittersweet moment graduating from MRM and moving on to an OBGYN for the rest of the pregnancy, as I wish I could just continue with them for the entire duration.The facility is very nice and clean, with nice green views as an added bonus! Wait times were less than 2 minutes. The front desk ladies are awesome and super helpful, and always pick up the phone. The nurses made me feel so comfortable, always available for questions via phone (they’ll call back if they’re not available)— I never had to feel embarrassed about any concerns or questions I was having. Special thanks to the wonderful nurses and front desk staff for their warm and caring energy. Thank you again Dr. Mersol. Phillip and I highly recommend this wonderful place ❤️

Dr. Mersol-Barg and the entire staff have been by my side and my wife’s side for the past two years through all the ups and downs in my fertility journey. Unfortunately, I have PCOS, so my transfers didn’t go as planned because this condition makes things more complicated, but my second egg retrieval went VERY well. My wife and I decided to do reciprocal IVF (my embryo, her womb) and it worked after the first try. She is now 10 weeks pregnant and MRM has been by our side every step of the way. They’ve shared in our failures and our ultimate success - which is all we could ask for. It has been a long, intense journey - but I never felt I couldn’t call the office and get support or information that I needed. This journey has been intense, and I know their entire team was totally invested in achieving the same outcome my wife and I desired. A baby!! Christian Moore: AVOID THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!! Both the doctor and the manager are rude and disconnected from what compassionate quality medical care is. I agree with the previous review that “it’s like hiring someone based on their resume and interview, they appear great on paper but useless after the day you hire them”. We also did not walk out with a baby, and too felt like our treatment plan was a “cookie cutter approach” and the doctor didn’t seem to be at all interested in changing anything even after 3 failed cycles I was told simply “should have worked” (Dr. Mersol’s words). It also became very evident that the clinic only doesn’t care about the emotional roller coaster that comes with multiple failed outcomes as they simply leave a that basically reads” Your cycle failed better luck next time” in your patient portal with no explanation as to why? I was literally depressed and didn’t leave my bedroom for a month from the depression this caused. I finally worked up the nerve to attempt another session and the office manager was extremely rude to me on my egg retrieval throwing papers at me and sighing loudly due to tardiness this appointment which is a direct result of the residual PTSD and apprehension with the office and their lack of empathy. I also had been working to keep my high blood down for the for egg retrieval. I simply let Alyssa know that I did not want to deal with anyones attitude. I felt threatened and embarrassed as this took place in front of office staff and other patients. I breakdown in full fledge tears and have severe anxiety before EVERY visit due to the failures I’ve experienced! I was NEVER spoken to about tardiness before this event. I was later contacted by Dr. Mersol and Alyssa for an immediate meeting and then discharged from the practice. After first FET failure I wanted to root cause the failure, and do additional testing, since we are paying for it, it should’ve been a non issue, but we were talked out of it as they are “non value add”, more so no additional testing was offered. After each failed attempt we were told to take a few months off to cool down and basically do the same thing for the next transfer. THIS OFFICE does not care if your cycle fails or the emotions that follow those aren’t important, depression, hopelessness, and the drained pockets patients experience is of no concern to them. I was NEVER contacted directly or never recommended to any mental health professional to process my feelings after each failed cycle. Empathy does not exist here. Definitely Heartbreaking and sad to realize the world we live in allows doctors to treat you like just a dollar sign and won’t see you as human when you’re going through something awful and life changing, instead of assisting you are discharged from the practice!

Charity Chen: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mersol-Barg and everyone at MRM. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and seems happy to be working here. We really appreciated how Dr. Mersol-Barg kept us informed of the entire process of what was happening and what to expect.I came to MRM because my husband and I have been trying to have a second child, but I have been struggling with PCOS. I really wasn't sure if there was much that could be done to help us, going in. However, Dr. Mersol-Barg was very optimistic about our chances. After getting off the wait list (which was 3 months for us, but you can also request to get in sooner if they have any cancellations) we immediately started a course of medications with hormone injections and timed intercourse. We luckily got pregnant in our second cycle of trying and are currently 17 weeks along!I really enjoyed our experience here, not just because we were able to get pregnant so quickly, but because the staff took such good care of us. I never waited in the waiting room for longer than 5 minutes; it seems like they are very attentive to making sure that you are in and out of the office relatively quickly. And again, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On one occasion, the doctor decided to up my dose of the hormone injection on a Saturday; I would have had trouble getting to the office before they closed. One of the staff members was kind enough to drive out to my house and drop it off for me - not many doctor's offices would be willing to do something like that.I would recommend this office to anyone and if my husband and I decide to try for another child eventually, we will definitely be back here.

Ashley Noel Young: I'm not sure how to write this without crying or writing a novel, so I'll do my best to summarize the God-Send that is Dr. Mersol-Barg and his most spectacular staff. After years of trying and an insanely horrible experience at another local Bloomfield Hills fertility clinic, I was referred to Dr. Mersol-Barg. From my 1st encounter sobbing to the front desk about scheduling a last minute IUI (Annie, I love you!) they knew how to speak to a woman going through fertility issues. They knew and understood the stress, the emotion, the time-sensitivity of it all and made me feel SO assured, calm, and positive I was in the right place. Whatever your issue, whatever process you choose to proceed with (IUI, IVF, etc), all of them can be extremely scary to understand and proceed with. You may be personally conflicted, or feel like you’re playing God, scared, worried, it’s endless. But the entire staff was beyond empathetic, giving me as much time as I needed, asking as many questions as I needed, explaining everything fully so I felt comfortable.Our consult with Dr. Mersol-Barg felt like we had known him forever. He is brilliant, he his compassionate, he is confident. He is truly a God-Send. This entire office became our family during our IVF cycle (Timesha, Stephanie, Audrey, Jackie, Diane, Laura, Chris, and the others I'm missing, WE LOVE YOU! You are forever our family!) The staff was so compassionate, so intelligent, so in touch personally with me. I felt perfectly cared for at every step of the process (and when you go through IVF you are in the office A LOT). They blessed us with our greatest gift of our lives, our beautiful baby boy. We are insanely grateful to them and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this most spectacular, miraculous office for any and all fertility needs. I literally sobbed my eyes out on our “Graduation Day”. Sara Katie: I have my son because of this office. I battled infertility for close to ten years and did not think having a baby was in the cards but decided to come here before giving up. A year after my first consult I had my first positive pregnancy test for the miracle baby that I am now holding in my arms. Dr. Mersol-Barg is highly compassionate and experienced. He puts you at ease. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. The staff is the most organized I have ever dealt with at a Dr’s office. They made all those early morning appointments bearable and sometimes even enjoyable. I could not recommend them enough. Please don’t give up if you are battling infertility. There is hope.

April Cvetkovski: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC DUE TO FRONT OFFICE STAFF. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Mersol-Barg specifically, but some of his office staff were absolutely inappropriate with their behavior toward my husband and I. Working for a fertility clinic, the staff SHOULD be the most caring and empathetic people as this process is extremely stressful and heart wrenching. After 3 miscarriages, I became pregnant in Nov 2021 and my husband came with me to the first ultrasound, no issues. 2 Weeks later, we came back for the next ultrasound (where we should see a heartbeat) and the front office staff would not let my husband come in for the ultrasound. The front office manager refused to let my husband in the room, even though I was clearly sobbing and upset trying to explain my PTSD from previous pregnancies and that this would be the first time we ever see a heartbeat. All of my pregnancies have failed and I needed my husband for emotional support. The office manager continued to downplay my miscarriages saying how common they are and compared her own miscarriage to mine, saying that her husband wasn’t with her when she had one at work. Her husband not being there, and my husband being told he can’t be with me are two very different things.Then, a nurse literally took me by the arm and pulled me back to a room by myself and made my husband exit the clinic. She started taking my vitals when I was clearly still sobbing! Of course she couldn’t get an accurate blood pressure, the machine was beeping uncontrollably and she tried 3 times and gave up. While I was crying and could barely get any words out, she is acting like nothing is happening and asking me basic questions (are you taking your prenatal vitamins etc.) with no empathy whatsoever. She gave me the sheet to undress for the ultrasound and left the room. There was literally no support or empathy from this staff, so I left with no ultrasound because I couldn’t bear the news alone if it was bad due to PTSD. After this experience, NOBODY called me to see what happened. I would have expected Dr Mersol-Barg or Audrey contact me since they were responsible for my care.Fast forward a few days later, I was able to get in with my regular OB for an ultrasound where of course she allowed my husband in the room. THERE WAS NO HEARTBEAT. Had I actually done my ultrasound at Mersol-Bargs office the few days before, I would have been completely by myself for this news as they forced my husband to leave the clinic!! I absolutely DO NOT recommend coming to this office for the front office staff alone! Save yourself the anguish and go to a different clinic where they actually care about what you’re going through

Rebecca MacPhee: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shamma’s since 2019 at this office. Everyone has always been so helpful to my husband and I. They’ve made a very difficult and emotional IVF journey easier to go through. Dr. Shamma is excellent! He always treated us with such compassion while getting us to a successful pregnancy. Our family wouldn’t be possible without him and his team and we’re so grateful for them!

Madeline Hastings: My husband and I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Shamma and all the staff at IVF MI. Going through IVF is not easy and the staff here truly understands that. All of the nurses (especially Nicole and Brianna) were always so sweet and quick to answer any questions we had without any judgement. Dr. Shamma sincerely cares about his patients and always took the time to get to know us and address any concerns/questions we had. They treat all their patients with compassion and I will always recommend them for anyone going through the tough world of infertility.

m mothana: Had such a bad experience with this location. I have been going back and Forth for almost 2 weeks with the nurse about making an appointment. The minute I was sent an appointment, I had to call off of work and had to find coverage, drove 40 minutes away, when I got to my appointment they claimed they did not have a file for me and I tried to show them emails. They disregarded my concerns, and kept bringing up that it was a glitch in the system and they were completely booked. This process is already difficult in general, and their treatment towards the situation made it worse. Even though the fault was on their end.

Eléa Arturo: Nobody listens to the patient here. All they care about is charging you. They will order unnecessary tests and bloodwork and procedures that will cost you a fortune and unnecessary discomfort. You’ll never speak to the doctor (Shamma) directly, only his nurses.

fankap: If I could I would leave no stars. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Shamma was not good and I would not recommend going to him. He is definitely the doctor "in it for the money". I went to Dr. Shamma about a month or so ago to find out what is happening with my fertility. Dr. Shamma basically dismissed me in the whole experience. He had a resident come in and start the procedure on me without my permission.Additionally, he ultimately told me I am unable to have kids because I have stage 4 endometriosis. And when I questioned how he can diagnose this since I have been told you typically have to have surgery to determine if you have this for sure or not and his response to me was, "I'm that good". Are you kidding me?Not to mention, he asked why I have not received my covid vaccine yet and started being very pushy on this topic. He told me that my opinion doesn't matter and that I should listen to him and get the certain type of vaccine.This doctor is not someone you can trust. If you do go to him, make sure you receive a SECOND and THIRD opinion.Since this experience, I have seen another doctor and they already have told me different options/routes I can take.DO NOT TRUST Dr. Shamma. There are MANY others out there that truly care for your experience.

Sabrina Bricker: We had such an amazing experience at IVF Michigan Bloomfield office. We went into our IVF journey nervous and feeling uneducated with it being our first cycle. From the moment we started with Dr.Shamma and his staff.. our worries eased up immediately and we felt so confident through the entire process. We are now blessed with our miracle baby because of them. I highly recommend IVF Michigan!

Roxanne Frye: My husband and I went through IVF Michigan Fertility Center in Bloomfield Hills. Their staff were all amazing to work with and super compassionate. From the blood draw experience to the procedures itself, we had a great experience. Fortunately, these great experiences have led us to where we are now: 24 weeks pregnant and super excited to grow our little family.Thank you to everyone at IVF Michigan for everything you do and give to your patients. I know we all appreciate it, even on the roughest days. Which, with fertility, we have plenty of those.

Maegan: Dr. Hammoud has always been very patient and thorough explaining everything to me. He was willing to listen to my concerns and suggestions based on other accounts and incorporated that into my care. The nursing staff were prompt in responding to emails and always encouraging. Lab staff were friendly and experienced. The only hiccup was taking a very long time to get itemized receipts to submit to Carrot or get returned phone calls from the billing department, which is the only reason I gave 4/5 stars. That was mostly resolved at the end of our IVF journey, however. Still waiting on a few loose ends. Overall I would definitely recommend IVF Michigan and their team! They gave us our miracle baby and we are forever grateful!

T C: Very poor customer service and shady practices. They have you go in and fill out a bunch of forms that need to be notarized laying out what procedures you would like done. My wife and I made sure we selected only a fresh transfer on those forms as that is what we wanted. Now come time for the process (after they told her what day to start taking meds) we are being told that we can't do a fresh transfer and have to pay for freezing and thawing because they didn't order the meds for a fresh transfer. On top of that they put in an order for almost 4x the amount of meds needed and obviously we were responsible for paying for those as well.The staff seems friendly until the process starts and they ha e collected the majority of the money so you are stuck w/ them and can't just ask for a refund and go somewhere else.

Somaya E: Infertility can be stressful and scary but the team at IVF Michigan Bloomfield Hills are amazing and supportive. The whole team was very professional, caring, and helpful. I was impressed with the punctuality, my appointments were always timely and I was able to schedule with ease (which is one less stressor). Dr. Hammoud is very professional and knowledgeable about his field, but more importantly he is also caring and kind which makes this difficult experience so much better. I am more than happy with the care I received at this clinic, so much that I am actually sad about transitioning to my regular OBGYN after a successful IVF journey! A million thanks to IVF Michigan and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a fertility specialist.

The nursing staff is not only well-educated, but they are incredibly compassionate, informative, patient, and are very clearly in your corner. Dr. Hammoud was spectacular and will always hold a special place in our hearts for sticking it out with us and giving us our miracle baby. Our case was not the easiest, by far, and Dr. Hammoud’s compassion, attention to detail, expertise, honesty, and positive reinforcement helped our IVF experience to be one of success, and he will always be considered part of our family! We are completely indebted to him for giving us our precious, little miracle!

Bradley Schmidt: Clerical staff and office workers are disorganized and don't seem to care. My wife was given other patient's test results, not to mention multiple insurance mix ups and long wait times.Dr Hammoud was very nice and compassionate but their end game here is to push IVF. Maybe stupid on our part to go to a IVF specific fertility clinic, knowing that we would never do IVF. Unfortunately, we feel like we were pushed aside because of it

Dominique Allen: Dr. Wolf and the staff at RMA are top tier. They are professional yet compassionate, efficient and thorough. Selecting RMA for our fertility treatment was easily the best decision we made for going through this process. Our personal nurse Ashley L was amazing. There were a lot of blood draws which can be difficult for me but Tanya & Patricia made them a breeze. Dr. Miller was also very pleasant in our interactions. I would highly recommend this fertility clinic.

I didn’t have a lot of hope that IVF would work for us, but the confidence Dr. Wolf had was the most comfort I had ever been given with my infertility diagnosis. Having a dedicated nurse (shout out to the amazing Kayla M.) is so helpful because you can reach them anytime you have a question, and they explain things so clearly and provide tools to make sure you’re able to navigate all the timing and appointments. IVF can be so all consuming and overwhelming, but the entire staff is so helpful and accommodating. I am holding my one month old right now thanks to RMA. The journey wasn’t always easy but I will never be able to thank Dr. Wolf enough for helping us live this dream.

The financial team made everything seem less and was there to help you. We were lucky to conceive after our first IUI and were gifted the most beautiful gift bag with a personalized onesie. Briel Komma: I’m kind of speechless in regards to how amazing my experiences have been with RMAMI so far. My initial appointment with Dr. Miller was on 11/16 via phone call. He was friendly, positive, supportive, caring, interested in the things I had to say and actually listed, respected and answered all of my thoughts, questions, and concerns. I have never in my life had a obgyn or a reproductive specialist who took me seriously. It’s always been “oh you’re so young”, “27 is too early to have kids”, “you’re too fat to have a healthy pregnancy and really shouldn’t even be trying”, ect. Dr. Miller as he should of course recommended I continue to work on my weight however he was very kind, never denied treatment and said while of course I should work on it, he was not going to ask me to be at a certain weight, lose a certain amount of weight or be at a specific BMI. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 5 years now and I’ve never felt so validated or understood before and the only time my age was mentioned was in regards to it being a positive thing as egg quality/quantity with stims should be good.That same day, about an hour after that initial appointment the financial coordinator called to go over any questions, confirmed by fertility coverage, in network fertility pharmacy and even reached out to my nurse to confirm she was going to be calling me that day as well. Almost immediately after we were off the phone my nurse Courtney called me and went over all the info, told me when to come in for the bloodwork/ultrasound and what to expect with that.Two days later on Friday I went in for my initial bloodwork and ultrasound. Staff was very friendly and they had a great system/Covid protocol in place. That afternoon my nurse Courtney called me with some of my bloodwork and to let me know what medications I needed to start and what the next steps would be. She took down my local pharmacy and those prescriptions were called in within minutes. She also advised me that someone would reach out shortly to schedule a saline sono. Literally as soon as the call ended I got the call to schedule the saline sono for 11/22 and on 11/21 I got a reminder call for it. On 11/22 I went in for vitals/saline sono/exam. This was my first time meeting Dr. Miller in person. I was prepared for cramping and had taken ibuprofen but lord that was some cramping! I don’t know whose period cramps are like that but bless y’all cause I could not do that every month! I definitely let out some curse words when the catheter finally went through and when the saline was injected but Dr. Miller and the rest of the staff in the room were all very supportive, caring and helpful. They frequently asked how I was doing, if I was ok and even said I could take my mask down if I needed. About an hour after I go home I got a call with results of more bloodwork that had come in and another prescription called in. I also got an email from my fertility insurance that the clinic had requested the authorization for the sonogram and it was approved, I didn’t have to do a single thing.The level of empathy here and efficiency is almost too good to be true! I am in awe of how well this office not only functions but also the level of caring that comes with every visit or phone call. I’m sure it’s high stress and I’m sure they are extremely busy but I have never been made to feel that way.An appointment was available about 3 months sooner at a different clinic but I opted to wait and go with RMAMI and I am so thankful I made that choice. I know my journey is just getting started but I am truly blown away by RMAMI! It’s a 10/10 for me!

Emily Wilk: The staff was very friendly and helpful with our infertility struggles. They looked closely at our history and made a plan that worked for us. Emily Musick: My case was anything but easy, typical, or normal. I am so thankful for the staff at RMA for sticking with me. They couldve easily turned me away to help boost their success rates, but they didnt. I honestly felt like Dr. Wolf and Dr. Miller wanted us to be parents as badly as we did. They were willing to try differently things until we had success. The nurses there are prompt with calling and instructions and super suppostive as well. We had some of the best and worst days personally at RMA. Their support helped us to not give up on our dream of being parents. They really do care about you as a person. I dont think I wouldve had the strength to continue to try at a different clinic. Also thank you to Kayla M and Lauren C for all of your help through out our time there.

Angela Beagle: My experience was wonderful. I have a 3.5 year old daughter because of them. I had 6 failed cycles with another fertility clinic. RMA got me pregnant the first IVF cycle they did for me!

Lauren Pedersen: After switching from another clinic I was very impressed with RMA and Dr. Miller. The office/scheduling are so well run and you actually get to see your doctor very often. The nurse assigned to me, Lauren M., was so responsive and extremely helpful and thoughtful every time. I liked the process and practices that Dr. Miller used and his confidence and reassurance all the way through were wonderful! I wish I had been going here from the start! I am now leaving their care and can't thank RMA enough for helping me find success in my IVF journey!

Erin Safir: Fertility management is no picnic, but RMA helped us pinpoint the reason for a miscarriage and potential causes for other losses. We are now 34 weeks along after being under their care and are thankful for their investigative work. Some procedures could have been explained a bit more clearly and there could be a bit more in the way of emotional support for those unfamiliar with the process or might need a little more. Phone calls are always returned by the time promised. I do wish we had access to labs on demand / for trending but maybe this will be available someday. I feel thankful to have RMA in our back yard and while I can say I am not looking forward to the next procedure, I can say we will be trusting RMA with our last frozen embryo when the time is right.

Krystal Northrop: Rma was such a blessing for me !I was so nervous going at first but they found out what my issue was, we did a surgery and they helped me get a rainbow baby. I couldn’t be more thankful, I’m honestly sad I couldn’t continue my whole pregnancy there because it was so nice there, any questions I had were answered right away and they didnt treat you like a number they are literally your friend I honestly will miss going there their hours made it so convenient to go before work

Kayla J my nurse went above and beyond for me to help calm my anxiety after two losses. She truly was an angel to my husband and I. We are now pregnant with twins thanks to their amazing care and attention to detail. The communication was amazing and was night and day from our previous clinic. We will forever recommend RMA to any of our friends or family!!!

Morgan Lomasney: I had a good experience at IVF-MI. The nurse and office staff were all very kind and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable sharing my questions and my concerns and I never felt like they were annoyed or dismissive. The Dr was easy to talk to as well and answered all of mine and my husbands questions throughly. He didn't rush us or push us into anything. He listened to our perspective and our concerns and guided us by providing information and medical advice, but ultimately allowed us to choose the path that we felt was right for us. And now we are expecting a little precious baby and we couldn't be more grateful!! Overall, I do recommend IVF-MI!

Veronica: I had a great experience with IVF Michigan Macomb and Bloomfield Hills. Dr. Hammoud, the nurses, and receptionists are all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They always took the time to answer my questions and help calm any nerves. Vicky G.: This practice is very unprofessional. They delayed medical services. Waiting three months to tell my my Vitamin D levels were low after my IUI! When I requested my medical records, I waited over a month to receive them & when I did I noticed they spilled perfume all over them. Their receptionist is rude. I don't recommend this place, they just care about taking your money!

Rachel Hernandez: Going to IVF michigan was absolutely the best decision ever. Dr.Hammoud gave me a game plan and expectations up front and made me feel very comfortable and the nurses are amazing helping you understand everything that was going on. I only was able to do 1 round of IUI (which unfortunately failed) then covid hit which stopped us in our tracks. However, 2 months later we had conceived naturally and the office still took great care of me. They made sure that this was my rainbow baby and took every precaution based off my history! At my 9 week US I was cleared to transfer from them to my obgyn, they made sure it was smooth buy having all the paperwork and history there before my appointment. Here I am 13 wks and 5days later with a strong heartbeat of 163! I'm very grateful for all their help and dedication!

Megan Dara: Dr. Abuzeid was not the first fertility specialist or RE that I saw along my fertility journey but he was the best. Prior to any treatment, his office requested all of my fertility treatment records which included HSG with images on a CD so he could look at the images himself and not rely on the radiologist reports, IUIs with a different RE, and a year’s worth of labs and medicated cycles from my previous OB.Prior to starting any fertility treatments with Dr. Abuzeid, he performed a hysteroscopy in which I had polyps removed. I also consented for a uterine septum correction. He (and his PA) were very thorough in educating me on risks and benefits of the procedure.I never felt pushed towards IVF and was given the option to try TI and IUI first. We did a couple of IUIs that were unsuccessful.When it finally came time for IVF, I felt very prepared. My nurse, Lauren, was very responsive and quick on answering any questions I had along the way. We did mini IVF and seemed to have good follicle count and growth but after retrieval, we had only a precious few eggs that successfully fertilized.We did a fresh transfer with our only two embryos on day 3. Dr. Abuzeid went over all of the options with us before the transfer (like transferring 1 vs 2, or waiting to see what would happen if left them until day 5, etc). We made the informed decision to transfer 2 and it resulted in a successful twin pregnancy.I feel that Dr. Abuzeid is not only one of the best and most experienced REs and surgeons around, but he also has incredible bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients and I am forever grateful for him and his team.

Danielle Socier: 14 years ago, my husband and I thought we were never going to be parents. After two failed IVF treatments with a different doctor, we were ready to give up before deciding to give it one more try. We are so thankful we did. After researching different doctors, we decided to talk with Dr. A. and his staff. Right off the bat, Dr. A. decided to dig deeper to try and find why the previous treatments were unsuccessful....after a scope that ended up fixing problems we were previously unaware of, we did one last round of IVF. In May of 2008 we found out we were pregnant with triplets, and gave birth to them on Thanksgiving morning of that same year. The happy healthy trio are growing like weeds, active in multiple sports, volunteer through the community, and are all A students. We couldn't be more blessed. Thank you so much for all you did to make our dreams come true.

You can tell the staff truly cares about you and your situation. We were able to get pregnant on the first try with IVF and just delivered our son a week ago. I cannot thank them enough and it was a no brainer going back to the office for our embryo transfer after having success. I’m officially discharged and recommend this office for any couple struggling with fertility. Dr Abuzeid made us feel comfortable & confident with the plans each cycle and truly helped us build a family.Dr Abuzeid really takes the time to understand your situation and give you options. We felt confident from the first time we met him that he was the one for us. His experience and passion really shows and you will learn that quickly. The staff are also worth noting, as a lot of your care & questions will be through them and they’re just as great! Wait times can be high but remember when it comes your turn, you won’t feel rushed. Be patient with the journey, it’s definitely a difficult road, but we’re very pleased and have a baby on the way thanks to Dr Abuzeid!

My first visit to Dr Abuzeid, he evaluated me with great care and I had my first child at the age of 37.

Sophie: Since the last time I posted this it was blocked from being shown publicly which just speaks volumes about this office, then I'll just post it again.If you have anxiety this isn't the office for you. We chose this office based on the amazing reviews, we understand places always have a few bad reviews but you can't please everyone so stupidly we ignored those. What we dealt with at this office was a completely unprofessional staff, and a doctor that was also unprofessional and definitely lacked compassion needed in this field. Here are a few examples of the things we dealt with. We were told that if we didn't do exactly what was asked by the doctor he "wouldn't allow us to have a baby" which is probably the worst thing to hold above someones head in this type of situation. None of the procedures we did were explained in depth. They told us what we needed to do and most of the information we looked up on our own. I asked if my husband could be there after a procedure due to my anxiety and fear of anesthesia. Somehow it got twisted andI was berated by not only the assigned nurse but Abuzied as well. They said we asked for my husband to be in the OR which is not what was asked. Then Abuzied requested a telehealth meeting which is the first time my husband has ever met him or talked to him to discuss moving forward. Then he threatened to cancel treatment 2 days before egg retrieval because "we don't see eye to eye with him and he isn't going to treat patients that don't see eye to eye with him" and "he needs to feel appreciated for his work"-Abuzeids exact words that he threatened me with over and over at that appointment that he would cancel treatment. This is after we already paid for treatment. But after saying this he'll say it's your levels so he doesn't get blamed even though that wasn't what it was. And don't you dare say his staff is rude even though judging from past reviews I clearly am not the first topoint that out because "he will not allow anyone to talk bad about his amazing staff" -also Abuzieds exact words. Absolutely all of the experience at this office was completely traumatic and none of it ever should have happened. You'll waste thousands of dollars just to end up with nothing in the end. They will make you sign a disclosure that says if you or any of the staff get Covid or they believe you have it they will cancel the treatment plan and keep your money. Abuzied and his staff have no business working in such a sensitive field of medicine and I really hope this saves someone else from going through a traumatic experience at this office like we did.

C. Zhong: First of all, I highly recommend Dr. Abuzied and his professional team to who are facing infertility issue. He will ran tests and fix everything so you are in perfect condition for further treatment like IVF. He will not push you to make decision and respect you. Always answer your questions with detailed information and insure you understand every step. He give you treatment personally and adjust dose carefully based on your condition. When I was in treatment and pregnancy, there are a lot of people I met have good experience with him. Like my dentist, he has twins from Dr abuzied, both of them in college already. I just had my twin boys and they are 2 months old. You are in good hand with Dr. Abuzied.

This was our 3rd opinion, and he discovered things going on that no other doctor found after 5 years of trying and recurrent pregnancy loss. We are beyond grateful for him and his expertise!

MG D: Called their office to do TDI- said that the do not have a lab for that, yet if you do IUI for a married couple why couldn't you do donor for a single person??

Kristen McCourt: Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience has been at the Rochester Hills clinic. Dr. Abuzeid, Stephanie, nurse Koryne, the ultrasound techs, nurses, phlebotomists, and office staff were absolutely exceptional. I felt the entire process from testing to treatment was flawless. Stephanie was open to hearing my concerns and questions about different treatment options. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable making decisions. Nurse Koryne explained everything with such patience and understanding. Communication from the office was excellent. Dr Abuzeid was so calm, kind, and thorough. This could not have been a better experience, and I am beyond grateful for the special team that worked with me.

Tara Blankenbeckler: I had nothing but great experiences with this office. I started seeing Dr Abuzeid in early 2021 and my husband and I pursued mini IVF. We luckily obtained 8 viable embryos. While our fresh transfer and subsequent frozen transfer were unsuccessful, our second frozen transfer WAS successful and I am now currently 9weeks pregnant with twins! We are thrilled! Upon initial consultation, the office was never pushy regarding jumping into IVF and offered to pursue less aggressive treatments first, but it was my decision to go for the gusto. I did waive getting a hysteroscopy at first, despite Dr Abuzeid's suggestion to do it, but he was very understanding and agreed with my decision to try a transfer without having one. After those transfers failed, he was more adamant about the procedure, and I was in full agreement. He has always been an understanding and compassionate doctor, and he is also aware of the financial stress of IVF and I feel his office is less expensive for procedures compared to other clinics. I also feel that his office accepts more medical insurances than other clinics that we researched. Lastly, the nursing staff was also nothing but kind to me the past two years. Even when there was an abrupt recent turnover of some assigned nurses, I never felt forgotten about or even noticed a change in my care. I always received phone calls or emails back the same day regarding my concerns. I had great experiences with Stephanie (the PA), Koryn, Lisa, Kathleen, Danielle (the lab tech), and the ultrasound tech who often saw me this past transfer period but I apologize that I cannot remember her name! Even front desk and billing staff were all very kind and professional. Thank you, Dr Abuzeid and staff, for giving us this gift of finally getting pregnant! We appreciate you all more than you know!

L Campbell: I would recommend Dr. Abuzeid to ANYONE struggling with infertility. I would especially recommend Dr. Abuzeid to someone who is struggling with IVF and feels they need more attention from their doctor because that is what you get with Dr, Abuzeid. He is very careful and methodical about his approach to IVF.I had been to another clinic in the area before IVF Michigan, and I had a canceled cycle (due to no growth of follicles) and a failed cycle (all of the embryos arrested). I decided I needed a change, because what I was doing wasn't working. I switch to Dr. Abuzeid and had three successful cycles. I was able to get pregnant and bank embryos for the future. It took me more time, but it is 100% worth it.I am now 8 weeks pregnant with a little girl, and couldn't be happy with my care. Thank you so much for everything IVF MI!
