Ze Jay: Came at 10 pm with my date only made it to the front door charged 10$ staff was unorganized and had no clue on what to charge me for booth rental which we paid an extra 20$. Once staff finally debating the accurate amount was charged another 20$ dollars for the flavor. Asked for a refund because the pricing at such an early time didn't appear right and atmosphere didn't appear friendly was told i couldn't get my 10 entry fee back even though I never made it pass the door. Ill never come back or recommend total rip off!!!!

Rebecca H: Absolutely horrible. Priciest hookah bar I have ever been to and it's pricey for no reason. The building, shisha brands, and service was very mediocre at best. I was there with two of my other female friends and the owner was very touchy with all of us- it was creepy. Never ever ever going again and i would never recommend this to anyone.

Game Pro: The people are really nice but the prices have gone up a lot I went there 4 times in 2 weeks and I got the same fish every time because it died and I needed a new one for the others every time the price went up the fish are way to small to be charging 20 for a 2in fish and the price keep going up it doesn't make sense and they dont replace the fish if it died. also they dont have a discount

J D: Hands down the best petshop around. This is not just a pet store, it's a destination. The atmosphere is amazing with animals at every corner. The entire store is clean and tidy, the animals are exceptionally well taken care of, great selection of food, supplies, enclosures and the staff is not only knowledgeable, but they are friendly and talk to you, not at you.If you haven't been here yet, you need to get there soon!

Devon Green: Great shop! Very clean with a large variety of reptiles, birds and small mammals that all seem well cared for! You don't always get that in pet shops unfortunately. It's refreshing to see reptiles properly housed in clean enclosures. There are two large rabbits that roam the store that are very cool to pet and feed. Sometimes with these types of shops the animals they're trying to sell feel like a product and not something that needs to be cared for. I think if you by from this place you'll be buying healthy animals. Kudos to this shop!

Charles Findlay: The employees that helped me with my initial purchase were extremely helpful.After having some issues with a couple of my items I spoke to the owner…..what a horrible customer service experience.Instead of offering to help me or take the broken items back I had to go to the manufacture and go through them for warranty and repair.Unfortunately it’s a really really nice kept store with a lot of equipment you normally don’t find…..but I’ll drive 50 miles past them for the better customer service.

J D: Stingray Bay is a gem. Of what I’ve seen since owning fish, it’s one of the best aquatic stores around. The shop is always clean, fish are well taken care of, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of plants and tank necessities. Most of the plants I have, have been purchased from them, and they do well after being planted in my tanks!

Kayla Addison: I get it, I come into the store for a Goldfish explaining it is for my 5 years olds 6th birthday this Friday. They were not helpful at all, but sold me a 5.5 gallon aquarium, filter, and heater with the goldfish. Also some stuff to clean tap water and help the fish if injured. Sent me on my way, woke up this morning to a dead fish. I run up to Petco and got more advice, guidance, and a Betta Fish for her. Considering Goldfish aren’t good pets nor last long. Who knew! Petco did, yet not one Staff member could take the time to explain any of this, they really did let me down.
