I haven't actually seen the flowers, but my girlfriend has received them and she hasn't broken up with me so I'd say they helped :)

I also got the full package deal, I didn’t receive everything I’m very disappointed once again and I do not recommend at all. Never ever again for flowers nor wedding events. Called to ask why didn’t I get what I paid for and they told me I’m from NY they don’t service NY okay that’s totally understandable BUT I GOT MARRIED IN MI AT BARRISTER GARDEN. Zeze Karout: Decor was pretty, however I was unsatisfied with the overall service. I paid for a package that consisted of entrance decor, stage decor, flowers on the tables, corsages, and the flower girl basket. Before the wedding, I asked if I can remove the flowers that are going to be put on the tables because the price was high, I was told it would be the same price whether I remove them or keep them & that they are part of the package. However, I ended up keeping them. A few days before the wedding I was told that the corsages and the flower girl basket needed to be paid for, when originally they were part of the package & I’m supposed to get those for free. However Gaddys didn’t charge me for the corsages, and she kept saying she will let it pass this time, as if the items weren’t part of the package that I paid for…Gaddys also stated that her workers needed some time to finish the corsages since they are artificial flowers, but the day of the wedding we received flowers that weren’t artificial. Fortunately, we got to remove all her cards off the wedding tables to prevent guests from purchasing with her in the future.

Louise Anne Maurice: Live out-of-Province and needed to send flowers and a fruit basket. Searched Google to get the phone number of the florist my family has used for decades. When the name came up, the Google reviews were 4.5 with some discouraging comments. Then I did a search for florists in Windsor and Diva Floral Designs had a 5-star rating. Out of 90 or so Google reviews, only 1 was less than 5-star. I thought “yeah right, these must be all family and friends or fake reviews”. Disbelief aside, I called. From the moment Magda answered the phone to the prompt same-day product delivery, it was an exceptional 5-star experience. The floral arrangement was stunning (so I’m told; forgot to ask for a picture) and the fruit and treats basket impressed the recipients. Thank you to everyone who was involved in this process!

Roberta Traicheff: I ordered flowers online Thursday Oct 28, 2021 to be delivered Friday Oct 29, 2021 which was my sister's 50th birthday. As per instructions on line, I gave them her address and her phone number as well as my own phone number. I got a notification at 3 pm on October 29 that they are on their way to be delivered. They were not delivered despite my sister and brother in law being home. She received no phone calls and I was not informed until the following morning that they were never delivered. After calling the shop, I was told that the owner and her staff were not informed of the missed delivery the same day I was. Needless to say I was not happy, I took out my anger on an associate and for that I am not proud but I did apologize. After a heated discussion with the owner, she made it right by giving me a credit back on my cardI don't blame the owner but I do believe there needs to be better communication on the part of the delivery driver. The flowers are beautiful and their prices are reasonable but I do believe they need to have a better communication system with their drivers so I don't recommend them until that is in place

I’m so blessed to have been introduced to this organization. With short notice the team here was able to create a beautiful bouquet for me, beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids, pieces for the groomsmen and corsages for my mom and mother and law. They also created a beautiful centerpiece for my head table. I am so happy and eternally grateful. I recommend this business to anyone.

Not at all perhaps at one time but currently they aren't. It was as if they didn't think I would notice but I did. They tied this sad lackluster bow on the plant and dropped it off. If want a refund was a person ....how embarrassing and cheap they have me out here looking.

She had the same colors , Blue and White Floral Casket Spread, that we ordered for my brother from Brazeltons January of last year, hers was absolutely beautiful, the way I wanted his to look, unfortunately it did not, the flowers were wilted throughout, and the dye they used to color some of the flowers was colored very uneven, I was so dissatisfied and surprised at their work, because my family has used them many times over the years, and never had a problem, but this was truly unacceptable, and I will not trust them again with any of my loved ones floral arrangements.
