Michelle Preskin: Inexperienced kids working there
Edward Beach: Staff is great in the store. Getting in the store is very hard. Had to wait outside until an escort was available. Told to park by gate G and then forced to walk around the entire stadium to go in the front. Even after I was done shopping I asked if I could go out at gate G since I had a bad ankle and was told no. Would never shop here again unless I was at an event in the stadium.
Matthew Meckley: Prices can be steep but I tend to find some "Ford Field" only finds. Gets crowded before the game. If you go after the game it's not as bad but things are typically picked over and the selection can be slim.

Also gave me the best price.I know a lot us have been considering online shopping for everything we need but Give this store a try and a little drive over a weekend isn't a bad idea.
Nick: Terrible customer service. I want to support local businesses so I specifically went out of my way to drive over there to buy shoes that I could have easily bought online. They didn't have my shoe size so I asked if it was possible to order them even though they'd be a bit more expensive. He said yes and would contact me to let me know when they'd be available. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called and he said he ordered them. I asked if they have tracking numbers and he said he'd give them to me. Another few days go by and he insists he ordered them but it was obvious he was lying. I never heard from him again. This kind of bad service is why people are opting for Amazon. I encourage you not to shop at a place where an owner lies and wastes your time.

Leor Barak: I am so glad my friend told me about this place. The owner Michael is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, and as far as I know, it is the only tennis shop in the city of Detroit. They have it all here! They redo the grips, they restring the rackets, they sell new rackets and older rackets, and they have all types of accessories for tennis, racquetball, pickle ball, and more.
QH L: Owner is very knowledgeable and has or can get any racket you want.
A Sasaki: The owner is awesome. I broke two strings that day and he strung them right away even if the store was about to close. It took him 20 mins each racquet and for $20 each, which is reasonable. He was very nice to talk to, I would definitely recommend going to him!

James Washington: 5/15/23 went to purchase a firearm I even supplied my CPL because I have ran into situations myself with very unpleasant clerks. There system denied my purchase even after my background was cleared. The clerk told me I answered a question wrong. I was told I answered yes to purchasing a weapon for someone else and I knew it either wasn’t true or the tablet system has bugs. I respectfully left the store feeling somewhat uncomfortable and redlined from my constitutional rights. Never returning again.
metal693: Why do items show as "in stock" for today's date when they are not in stock? I asked the store if they could check the stock at other nearby stores. The dope at the counter said "not only can I not check the inventory at other stores, I cant even check the inventory at this store electronically"Why does the store have computers then?You wasted my time with your garbage system and false "in stock" nonsense.

I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!
Michigan MLG bedey: Worst store i have ever been to will never shop here again cashier was rude from the second I walked up to cash out called before I came to the store to ask if I could exchange a pair or pants that were a gift without a receipt was told I could get there and was told rudely I can't even do an even exchange with the pants and was cussed at so will never shop here again will take my hard earn money else where somewhere I am not told one thing on the phone drive all the way there and told a different thing and treated so rudely!! Joseph Agosta: Ill start by saying that what i received i do like, the quality seems great.But First, they took 2-1/2 weeks longer than what they said to get the order shipped. And they don't communicate with you to tell you that. Then when items that you purchased are no longer available, again they do not tell you till you get the notice that your order has shipped. Last, once I received my order all the items were just balled up and thrown into the box.Let me finish by saying that they have reached out and apologized for the experience I had. They further offered to find comparable items to the two that were not shipped and to cover at no cost. Was not looking for anything free. They do respond quickly when you inquire of them. And specifically Brad has been wonderful through the entire process. Thank you Brad C.

Marie: Terrible service. First time in there and I needed a stocking stitched, they said it would take over 2 months which I was fine with. I was being very nice and friendly despite how rude the man who was “helping me” was. I asked to change something before I walked out and the man was clearly annoyed slammed the box back down and was so rude I was left speechless. I should have right then and there took my business elsewhere. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. Fast forward 2 months later and when I picked up my stocking, the name was clearly off center and looked nothing like I had asked for. I made it clear I wanted large letters and I got tiny and off center. For people that stitch for a living my mind was blown. I got the same rude man again and when asked for a refund was not given an apology or anything of the sort. Just super rude. Such unprofessional behavior. I can’t believe I waited 2 months and got such a terrible result. I’m not a picky person and this is my first ever BAD review. I just want to warn anyone to avoid this place because you will walk out having a way worse day then when you walked in.
