abhijeet khemnar: Waste of money. They charged me $175 just to tell me I need new brakes and rotors. Asked them to check washer fluid congestion but couldn’t solve that too. Basically I just paid them $175 and wasted an hour here.Also make sure the quote they give for parts and verify the amount online.They will say if you order parts from them $175 will be taken off but make sure they do it. For me after the inspection they said oh the price is already rolled into the software. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Benjamin Paxton: I've been to the service center twice because I got free oil chances when I bought my truck. The first time the guy who took my keys was on the phone and didn't get off the phone the ENTIRE TIME I was waiting for my truck. When my truck was done he called me over and STILL didn't get off the phone, just handed me my keys and nodded, that's it.The second time I made an appointment and when I arrive I was told there were people in line before me who had walked in. Why did I bother making an appointment at 10 when I could just show up at 8AM and get in the front of the line? This place is so bad that I won't be returning for my third free oil change. I'd rather pay full price at a different shop than deal with the lack of service at this place.
Evin D: April 5th, I reached out to Shawn Williams explaining I was interested in a 2023 Bronco. We made an appointment for 4/8/2023 11am. My mother and I arrived at 11:08AM, Shawn greeted us (very kind young man). The dealership was empty, we were the only customer there so that kind of alarmed me a bit. Shawn went to retrieve the Bronco for us to test drive and he mentioned that the vehicle only had one mile to empty and he needed to get gas. Took him about 10 minutes to do that. Test drove the Bronco, didn't like it wanted to try more options. I mentioned the Ford Flex and Ford Edge. Shawn spoke with his manager and the manager (do not know his name but had red hair, tall Caucasian male). Shawn mentioned he had a 2021 CPO Ford Edge with 26,000 miles. I asked about the price he said around the price range you were looking around $30,000. So we went out to test drive the car and I was looking in the back seat along with Shawn and I asked again what is the price? He mentioned around $30,000. So I already knew what was going on. We test drove the car, smelled just woman's perfume like they didn't even clean out the car before letting me test drive it. Came back from the test drive and I said to Shawn, "I feel like your manager is playing in my face with the price." He said "How so, what do you mean?". I said if I was willing to pay around $30,000 for a brand new Bronco Sport, why would I pay around $30,000 for a used 2021 Ford Edge, I'm just saying." Shawn said he understood. My Mom and I sat back down in Shawn's office and my mom and I decided we had seen enough and we were getting ready to get up and leave. Shawn mentioned, "Can my manager come over and introduce himself really quickly?" We said of course. Don't know the conversation Shawn had with the manager but Shawn came back and said Thank you ladies, have a great day. So I guess two black women weren't good enough to be greeted since we weren't spending money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Shawn was sweet and did the best he could with the tools he had.

Floyd Branch: Over four hour wait for their bank. Car was not fully cleaned even after that 4 hour wait. I said no to the " free " oil changes. Charged $200 for them. The car was almost 4200 miles OVER the advertised mileage and was told the car would reflect that on a price drop. It did not. I called two days ago to request a conversation to correct all of this. I was told the sales manager would call me after I got a call from the finance manager AFTER I called four times over the course of two weeks. It has been ten days and still not a single call back. I was told GAP insurance would also be free and was charged for it. I was told I would be given a full tank of gas for my wait, it was at a quarter tank. I'm beyond frustrated with this situation.

Brittany Yovanic: I was surprised to walk into the used car sales and not one person jumped up right away to help us. It was an odd greeting to say the least. We came interested in a certain vehicle we saw online and test drove it. When we went to talk numbers the sales lady was very stand offish and basically told us no. She gave us a “today only” price and we ended up walking away. The next day online we see they dropped the price of that same vehicle to our “today online” price they offered us the previous day. They never followed up with us or bothered to keep in contact. We were not far off from making the deal and in the middle of it our sales lady went outside to help another customer and left us hanging. We had to hunt her down to let her know we were leaving. Very odd experience and would not recommend. Much rather give my money to someone who deserves it.

But the manaber was nice enough to send us gift cards to use towards the service fee that we had to pay to connect the connect navagation which was pretty cool.EDIT: Tadd quit unknowingly after he didn't return my calls and texts. Turns out her left the dealership and didn't order the only one thing i wanted in our lease (navigationpackage) awesome service dude, hopefully someone else at pat milikin can help fix this mistake, waiting to hear back.Great customer service. Tad has been awesome and on point, any misc. Paper work that has needed to be signed afterwards, he and his team has personally driven to our house to have us sign them!

Rachael Norwood: Everything has been relatively fine except my last visit within the last two weeks. I purchased my Ford Fusion in October 2019. Had several issues (not related to the dealership) including getting my tires/wheels stolen, someone backing into my car, and finally having “hit”a deer and the drivers side rear view mirror needing to be replaced through collision. I’ve also gotten all my oil changes here through the service department except for one (the one was just because I had time constraints).This time I came in for new tires (I have put a lot of miles on my car through traveling so it was time for new tires already) and my USB port stopped working. When I came in and they asked me for my phone number and address, they immediately made a condescending joke about the neighborhood I live in (I live in the city of Detroit). Then after I dropped off my car I had to fight with them about the fact that I pay for a tech warranty. They had to get finance involved (finance was helpful). Then they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the USB port despite the fact that all the cords I was using worked in the house and I actually bought new cords that still didn’t work. Also I informed them that there was a message that popped up on the touch screen that stated the USB port wasn’t working properly. They eventually “fixed” it by “updating” the software.Two days later the USB port stopped working again (wouldn’t charge my phone or connect to the Ford app/mirror on the touch screen of the car). I immediately went and got a new cord within an hour of it not working again, even with the new cord it didn’t work.I will say even though I had to fight with the assigned person on my case that my usb ports weren’t working, she did notify me that I got a Ford Employee discount (also purchased my car with the A plan) , and instructed me how to get it.At this point I’m too exhausted to deal with them, and I got enough going on to have to deal with this right now, so I guess I’ll bring a portable charger since my $25,000 car isn’t capable of charging my phone.

I waited several weeks for my registrations and still never received them. i called several times and was told they were mailed out, yet as of today 5/26/23 I've still never received them. I had to make an appointment on Tuesday and go to the Secretary of State to get the copies for myself. Very poor follow up service. I just purchased a 2020 F150 from Lasco Ford two weeks before this transaction and had no problem whatsoever in receiving my plate transfer registrations. Not good!

I got my first car from him in 2020 right before Covid which was easy and straight-forward, and getting a car post-covid is a completely different experience now. We definitely had some barriers this time around, but Andre and his team made sure to get the job done! From turning in my lease, to driving off in my new beautiful Explorer he worked his magic and got me the best deal, I can’t even believe how well it worked out. Special s/o to David Wilke for bridging communication through the process, and of course Finance Manager Tom for getting the deal done, and the fellow who helped set up my car and phone I can’t remember his name but he had a 70’s outfit on that day, he was hilarious and super helpful and nice! Typical Immortal: I originally went to look at 202O Ford Edge ST. I meet Stephen at the dealership and he was extremely welcoming. After having a bad experience at another dealership, I had my reservations. Stephen was professional, polite, and made me feel zero pressure about buy a car. When I decided that the ST wasn’t for me, Stephen was able to find me an 2020 Edge that fitted all of my preferences in terms of color, mileage and features. He was also able to work with me to get me out of my lease. All of the paperwork was prepared for me and the car was detailed to perfection. He took the time after the sale to set me up with all of the cars features so that my phone would work the car. It was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend working with Stephen at Village Ford.
