Thea Matthews: Please be aware that some of the positve reviews that have been written were by Sollars employees who were asked to write positive reviews - for example Komal Farukh. Komal was not a client. Sollars is poorly run. Billing is bad, testing is bad, and general follow‐through is bad. In their intro video, they claim to want to help people but it's more like a sweatshop for newly graduated inexperienced therapists. They don't treat their therapists well or give them adequate support so they can do a great job. Many studies show that if therapists don't have adequate support, they are much less likely to be effective in their job. You'd be better off going to community mental health, calling a crisis line on a regular basis or just talking to a friend.

Baker Lexi: I will be quite honest here, I would not recommend anybody to this so-called place of therapy. Not only do I have my own personal experience. Someone in my family trusted them with a young girl. I don't think they do much fact checking when hiring therapists social workers etc. It is really unbelievable that our most vulnerable children/tween/teens who are usually in need of some type of therapy. It's saddening that they can actually do more damage than help. Actually to find out that they hire people who have been suspended or temporarily suspended their license is sickening. Anyone who is trying to get any answers don't expect that to happen because they will have to speak to their legal team! If that doesn't tell you there's something wrong going on I don't know what does.... They are known to have a revolving door of therapists/social workers. Unfortunately I cannot leave my full comment right now due to someone I know who's in litigation. So I will just say proceed with caution.... Do your own background checks. Research not only the therapist but the company as a whole!

TremTiger: I was all set up to do therapy with Sarah K and sent SOLARS my insurance info and everything else needed, tentatively set up a day to meet in person for our first session, and never heard from her or company ever again. Totally ghosted me. No phone call or anything. Called at least 5 or 6 times and left messages but never got a call back from Sarah K or SOLARS. No response whatsoever. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time, it seems they have a habit of not calling people back.

Saul Goodman: Sollars & Assoc. Is the most unprofessional company. No accountability starting w Shelly & trickles down to all departments. Insurance has been paid for months. Attorneys have verified insurance payout, months will go by before receiving pay for work done. Shelly will say and tell you anything to get you on board, just to leave you in the dark & and give you the run around. No response to multiple emails or phone calls answered ever. Would never recommend!

J. A.: Diana at the Troy location is the most rude therapist I have ever had in my entire life. She tried to end services during the one of lowest points in my life. My trust in therapists has dwindled after this. If this is the standard of therapy that is being delivered at Sollars then I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last place on earth. DO NOT GO HERE!

Julie Lambert: We have had and are STILL dealing with a very frustrating situation. My child was evaluated 9-ish months ago. The provider, not even the billing department has been texting me, asking for payment. They have yet to correctly bill my insurance. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with billing and/or the practice manager to sort this out. No one ever answers the phone or returns my calls. I have spoken to my insurance multiple times. They have also tried to reach them with no luck. As of yet, all I have been able to do is file a grievance against the practice and spark an investigation by my insurance company into the practice. I cannot understand why they are so difficult to get a hold of and why their billing is such a mess, especially when I am the one trying to contact them to sort this out.

Erin Knight: Scam. They did an intake call with me, took my money, then never called back to schedule my actual evaluation. I called them a few times for updates, but was always told someone would call me back. Fairly confident this is a fake business. Beware.

Djuan Sheppard: My exp with Ariana Moreno has been a life changing experience! She has helped me in many ways to continue to grow such as ( Thought record, Mindfulness, Feelings and Emotions, Dealing with TRAUMA, coping mechanisms) just to name a few! She is tremendously talented! Ariana is very insightful, intuitive, wise, great a talking through things to DERIVE to solutions, positive, dependable, honest and trustworthy, she is dedicated, responsive, available, very positive, has great compassion, excellent listener, very passionate, she is knowledgeable in many areas. Ariana Moreno is a true joy and I never imagined that I would get these type of results! Ariana Moreno is truly a joy to work with and I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing therapist that can get you results! Lastly she is very easy to talk to and has a way about her of making you feel important!!!

KLALINA JOHNSON: HORRIBLE!!!! Saw them in August for weight loss surgery evaluation. Been calling for 3 weeks, left 14 messages and nobody has called back. I’m now in the process of turning my paperwork in for an approval. Because their lack of response, I’m forced to have it done again somewhere else. STUPID AND RIDICULOUS

Megan Palomar: Terrible experience with them particularly with billing & overall communication. In my particular case, I spoke with someone on 10/30 regarding a billing error which stemmed from a counselor’s scheduling error, and they said they would call me back within 2 business days. They did not. I called back and left messages about 4-5 times since then with zero communication back from them. I finally received a call back on 11/20. Overall, waste of my time and money. Do not recommend the hassle at all. The care provided was mediocre at best.

Katy Behm: Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe how irritated I am. When I called to make my son an appointment for testing for autism they assured me that they were approved to do the testing for him. The staff was wonderful, which is why I'm giving three stars. The woman who did the test was so kind and thoughtful toward my son. My son enjoyed 'playing' at the office every time we visited. However, they are NOT an approved AAEC center. Kindness doesn't change the fact I wasted a few hundred dollars on a test that does nothing for me. When I went to get my son into ABA therapy, we were informed that we will need to get into an accredited center, which I thought I had. Unfortunately, I am now again needing to spend more money on yet another test.... Which I just don't have. Again, frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I'm feeling with this place...

Jocelyn L (LightBrwnEyez): I really appreciated the help and suggestions given to me. The doctor has avery positive attitude and was very attentive to the clients during all appointments. This office is very thorough when it comes to trying to get to the root of an issue and/or possible problem/condition. The doctor was not forceful, trying to get the clients to have tests run unnecessarily. The experiences with this office have to date been very good. I would highly recommend them.
