I had a beautiful remodeled home and allowed a client to move in. A few months later I find out the house caught fire and the tenant moved out without notifying us at all. Her case worker called me and told me about the situation a month after. A MONTH AFTER!!!! Leaving my house open to the elements and unsecure. The tenant's number on file is not working so when I asked if I can have the number they reached her at they told me they could not give it to me. Really? And they are issuing her another packet to go to another home. STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME!!!!!

They take you threw so many loops if your looking for help like I did just pay for a lawyer I’m not sure how to obtain a public defense at all. Here you’ll be asked to spend $25 bucks for a 30 minute consolation and they’ll pretty much tell you things you already knew
