Security is pretty good for entry and felt safe while in facility. Only knock I have is being in sales, there were times that I needed entry before 7AM depending on my travel schedule, tried to plan out what was needed for the next day.

A PT Cruiser full to the brim was easily loaded onto the two large carts !! Makes moving many large boxes quick and easy ! The polyurethane wheels have real ball bearings that make moving tons of stuff effortless !!

Oliver L: Friendly staff and...yes...easy storage, as in, it's local, and really easy to pull your car in and use the provided carts to transport your items. The only not-so-easy problem with the business is the complication behind using their trucks. Unlike U-Haul, you need to check to see if your own car insurance covers their trucks. That is super not-easy and for the price, you'd expect different.

Today we go to his storage to check on his stuff and both of his Brand new Samsung and Lg Tvs are stolen., along with his kitchen appliances. All the cameras in this place are cut, which shows something shady is happening. Very rude front reception staff. Made a dearborn police report, pending investigation. Do not do business with this place . Will be reaching out to their corporate headquarters. The lady at the front desk claims that the cameras are "cut " because they are updating their security system. My lock was not broken, which shows someone has a universal key to these storage places being one of their employees. Take your stuff and put them somewhere else that will not rob you!

Jasmine: I have had my things here for over a year.The beginning here was a little ruff gate that kept breaking down, which required them to close at 5pm instead of 10pm. I never received the amazon gift card they claimed they sent. I didn't understand that they made sure I received my bill every month. I asked them multiple times about it, and they could care less. They just started turning the 3rd build light on again before that my building was always dark and the rest was lit up.Pro'sI can use the outlet.They are open from 8am-10pm longer than any other storage facility I know.Well maintained, cleanConsDon't expect to receive your gift cardThey have no bathrooms in the other 2 buildings, which is dumb so if you make it here after 5 pm and have to use it, you will have to find somewhere else to go. My daughter had to go to the bathroom on multiple occasions, and the employee would be nowhere to be found for hours they never return by the clock time they put on the door. I always have to chase them down or find them. Let's not mention the time the lady lied and was gone 4hrs.Back building light does be off sometimes.Office hours close at 5 pm, so if you need a flatbed or something you want be able to use there's I bought my own.You have for the 1st to the 5th to pay your bill before the charge a 20+ dollar late fee. They will call you ever damn day about paying your bill but never answer your concerns. I wouldn't suggest giving them your main number.

The customer service is terrible and most of the women I’ve encountered were terribly rude with the nastiest attitudes. I rarely even went up there and everytime I did there was a problem. So I avoided going up there. I’ve had my unit for about 5 months and thankfully I’ll be moving all my items in 2 weeks. I was not told that they don’t pro rate out which is important because I plan to move my things out on the 8th and basically have to pay $250 for the whole month. There are soooo many more storage units and I wish I would have done my research. Please do your research it’s not worth it for the price.

I had my bill on automatic payment and Istorage usually give you a call after trying to charge your card but didn't give me no call, email or text about my unit for two months until my belongings were up for auction. Now on a fixed income I have to pay 700$ for a bill I believed was being paid!!! I am not happy with the and when I talked to someone he didn't care that they made a mistake that I have to pay full price for!!! This guy said there's a lot of units and they just didn't get mine and I I've had access after Christmas but my bill was due for November! How?

I called the office and no answer for a few days so I called customer service and Spoke with Annie gave her details she told me basically I was LIEING and I asked for Corporate number she refused to give it to me and stated she would call them and let them know about my complaint and gave me a ticket number which is 46551 I have yet to get a response so I looked up Corporate number and called and left a message on the voicemail and I have yet to receive a call this is utterly ridiculous and I paid for Insurance on my items in my unit I need for someone to contact me ASAP.

Mikala Pena: If you want to deal with a location with bad business practice and terrible customer service this is where to go. I rented a storage unit for almost a year with no issues besides the main entrance bay door being broken. I submitted my move out date on 10/5/22 for 10/24/22. All of my items were removed from the property by that date. I emailed on 10/26/22 to confirm my move out was okay because I did an online reservation and the site said I wasn’t required to go in person to submit my move out. On 11/2/22 I log into the system to make sure everything is okay, it said I owed a payment. So being a GOOD customer I paid the invoice thinking I owed it for the previous month of October not the upcoming month of November. Once the payment was complete it took my back to the Home Screen where it said I owed for December knowing there was some sort of error called to get it straightened out. I was told my move out was good and if there was an issue I’d get a call back. On 11/8/22 I was sent a letter about rental increase for a unit I didn’t have any longer. I received the letter 11/16/22. I called immediately because I am not paying for a unit I do not have. I was told my rental was still ongoing and I would owe for December. Upon explaining that my move out was 10/24 and I was previously told my move out was received so there’s no way I was an active renter I was told a manager would call me back that day after investigation of my issue. I received NO call back. I had to call myself the next day. To be told the GENERAL MANAGER DECIDED that my payment wouldn't be refunded because I confirmed the payment. I paid in good faith what their system said I owed I would not be refunded for my payment on 11/2/22 for the rental covering 11/8/22-12/8/22 and insurance on the unit. The fact that I’m not being refunded an overpayment is AWFUL business. I work in retail and if a customer hands me money over what their total is I GIVE IT BACK. I had rented from this location for almost a year with not a single late payment. They are thieves in my book and a terrible business. I WILL be filing a complaint and following up with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. ****I HAD TO CALL THE CORPORATE NUMBER TO GET MY REFUND THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER "DECIDED" I WASNT TO BE GIVEN.****

Divonne Jackson: The staff is courteous but the hours of accessibility are very limited. Also, in order to access your unit you have to be escourted via the elevator. I recently moved my things to another place because of the inconvenience.

Scott Crooker: I reserved a small unit online for 19$ a month. Upon arrival this morning I checked in and gave my ID and credit card to the employee. I received my receipt and was charged $26 a month. Not a huge issue, but I had a reservation receipt stating only $19 a month. I then explained that I would not want the unit if it was not $19 a month (as my reservation stated). They were not able to make the price $19 so I decided to cancel my reservation. I was then told I would not be able to receive a refund. So, in the end, I was overcharged for the unit and they unethically kept my $26.
