Jesse Goodier: Many $60-90+ polos are wrinkled and take forever to iron. Please work with your high end suppliers on this or pay staff to press them. I have been screwed buying one and not getting the wrinkles out.Used club prices are high considering the condition compared to new. I ended up not buying either.

Danny Van: AWFUL experience. Picked up my golf clubs I turned in 2 weeks ago to get customized and it was completely wrong . The length was off by an inch n half and the alignment on the grips to club face were drastically off. I call to ask about what I can do and the employee with a disrespectful attitude goes “well just come in tomorrow and ask the guy”. I paid $140 to get the shafts changed and cut down. Iv spent over $1500 on just golf equipment at golf Galaxy. Half effort work. Better off going to the smaller golf businesses to get stuff done.
Mike Kuhlman: I went in looking to purchase a new driver, I hit 6 different clubs, spent about a hour looking and hitting and not one salesperson walked up and asked to help. Very disappointing.

Andrew McDaniel II: The positive, a unique range to try out new clubs but the overall experience is poor, they are better off not having humans at this store; just read the reviews in the past months. I went there on a Monday 11/7 around 11am, only 2 customers and 7 store employees, first guy told me he was busy with no customers, mind you I am a rewards member ready to spend over $1000 Smh. Second guy didn’t even know the clubs I was talking about, just not knowledgeable of what’s on the Market. One of the guys suggested what I should practice with. They have to realize most customers have been playing golf way before some of those associates were born. Listen, Just go to Carl’s Golf Land for an actual Sales Experience with Empathy. The Golf Galaxy Staff is worst than the Pistons and Lions Combined.

C M: 10/6, 5:00 went to buy a 5 wood hybrid. Empty store. No other customers. Several people "working" Asked guy for help. After about 3 minutes he walked away. Never saw him again . Went to Carl's golf land and spent $750 . Had a great sales guy there. Guess this store doesn't need the $$

April Dunham: The staff here is mostly great. People are helpful and friendly. Products options can be hit or miss.They do provide club fittings, grip change, shaft change, and lessons. There are also simulator rentals. Last I saw it was $50/hr to use one.

The fitting bays were really nice with track man, Mark was my fitter, and I brought my clubs (PXG 0211's) to see if they were correct for my swing (bought elsewhere). He was able to address my concerns of distance and fewer shots left and right. He nailed it pretty quickly, and I had the wrong weight shaft on my irons and wrong stiffness on my woods. I can't wait to get to try the new set outside with hopes they'll be the same as what I was able to do in the fitting bay!Thanks again Mark!

James Harvey: Very nice store. After 5-6 years away from golf, I decided to get back to it. A few weeks ago I went in for a driver/fairway woods fitting. I ended up getting Gen 4 XF driver, 3 wood, and 5 wood. My experience was so positive I went back and got fitted for 0211 irons 6-GW, and a 25 degree Gen 4X hybrid. Nick did both my fittings and was very patient and helped me make the best choice for my inconsistent swing. Can't say enough about Nick, he is an awesome dude! Love the Hero's pricing as well.

Alex Chambers: Very out dated, definitely worth the money. Never once felt like they were doing anything to help me just trying to up sell. Anyone where else will do a better job for you. I am all about spending money for quality and this place is trying to sell you steak from a McDonald's.

Alex is a master of his craft – he listened to my objectives for the fitting, explained the science behind what he was doing as we went through different shaft/head combinations and also didn’t interject with any "swing corrections” for me during the process (which I had at a previous fitting that resulted not ideal product at the end). I feel the club Alex set me up with is optimized for my swing/game and will only improve results. I will definetely be going back for all my future club fittings and builds.

As someone fairly new in the golf world I was having difficulty on the course because it felt like I "outgrew" my clubs, Alex was able to get my fitted for new clubs but told me to hold off on my driver until I am able to get a more consistent swing. Leaky boots YouTube channel (Plumbing services): Do not go to this place, went there for a fitting and all they did is have me hit a couple 7 irons then sold me a bag of cobras. No measurements no other clubs where hit. How can they fit you for a bag of clubs off just seeing you swing a 7-iron? Maybe I'm just missing something. Not how I thought a club fitting would go.
Joe C: Had a great experience with excellent results. Alex, at Royal Oak location, did a very thorough fitting for my irons. Went through countless combinations of heads and shafts till we dialed in the right combo. I wanted to wait to post my review until the end of the summer with some rounds under my belt. I picked up a club in distance, now hitting my 8-iron instead of 7-iron etc. Alex was patient and professional. He listened and addressed my questions and concerns. I was so impressed with the results, I went back for a driver fitting. It was very cool to watch Alex dial in the driver with every shaft/head change. The result -- KABOOOOOM! I'm hitting the new driver to areas of the fairway I haven't been to in years. As some others have mentioned, they do take a long time from order-to-delivery. And the high-end shafts and custom build can add up price wise, but its all worth it. Thanks Alex for a great experience and getting the right fit. I'll be heading back in winter to get a new hybrid

Brandon Schneider: Iron fitting went well. I feel as if fitting sessions went better elsewhere (ie carls). They don't really tell you much about the Trackman numbers unless you ask or notice when you are hitting shots. Good customizing of clubs on the go. Pricing is terrible compared to ordering online. Total upcharge through them vs ordering myself was about 75% over for an iron set ( I ordered everything for 1200, and they quoted 2100). Good experience but will go elsewhere in the future.
Alex Demees: I had my iron fitting with Alex and let me tell you, he immediately knew what was going on. First he tried Ping 710s with a few different shafts and eventually hooked me up with a set of TaylorMade Sim Max OS 5-PW,AW with KBS Tour V shafts. Increased my 6 iron distance by 30 yards compared to my 20-year-old King Cobra’s. Also, he knew exactly what I could fix with my swing. Definitely going back for future club fittings!**Update** Ordered 2 TaylorMade MG2 wedges and one more MG2 Hi-Toe Raw in 52, 56, and 60 respectively with the assistance of Alex. Was able to apply the same specs as my irons to my wedges. Can’t wait to add some serious spin to my short game!

Jason Novetsky: UPDATE: Unfortunately clubs took 2 months to arrive and after @ 10 rounds 2 club heads are loose and others look suspect. Not sure if it’s a defect in the epoxy or club maker error.I am a 8.4 index looking to hit greens more consistently. Jagger in the Detroit/Royal Oak store did a great job explaining everything and methodically took me through potential new shafts for my current irons and then other heads on the shaft that was best for my game. I left feeling I understood the process and that when my new irons arrive I will be playing more consistent golf with my swing.
Patrick Johnson: I had a club fitting on March 12th, with Alex. I had a great experience, I’m still on cloud 9. I didn’t strike the ball has well as I usually do but stil think I came away with the best setup for me, and the cost was actually cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Cant wait for the to come in. My only complaint is that I have a couple questions that I’m not getting answered but I still had a great time and would definitely recommend club champion, thanks AlexEdit: going on 7 weeks and no updates, sweet. I know you can’t control deliveries but you can updates.

Johnethan: I ordered a golf bag April 6th and still hadn't gotten it by May 5th. I called to find out where it is and they said my credit card had been declined by THEIR fraud protection. No one emailed me, no one called, nothing. And they wouldn't take my order over the phone because THEIR fraud protection declined it on their website. I use my credit cards many places every month and have it shipped to 4 different addresses than my billing address. And every company I buy from is happy to take my money and get good reviews. Maybe you should let my credit provider handle MY fraud protection. I won't bother attempting to order from here again.
Rodney Moon: Recently purchased aTour Edge HL3 complete set of clubs. Clubs arrived in 2days of purchase and brand new out the box. Service was prompt and the rep was very courteous and helpful. No doubt the service was the best I've had from any online golf store. And will be the only one from here on out. Thx Carl's!!

KappaGecko: If you plan on buying a bicycle from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Make sure it is completely how you like it as you only have a 24 hour window to exchange or return it. They will not work with you anytime over the 24 hour period thus meaning you are stuck with a bike that might be either too large or too small of a frame. Terrible customer service.

Anya O: The one floor person we saw seemed nice. However, when we went to check out, the woman at the register looked upset we interrupted her phone time. Was nasty and short with us, only bagged half our items, putting the two light weights in a bag, and snapped at my husband to take our reciept. She left me to bag the two heavier weights and just turned her back on us after the transaction had gone through. Worst service ever. We dont go there often, but lately, the few times a year we do the cashiers always seem like we're putting them out by having them ring our products up. This last time was by far the worst. From now on we're going to make the hike to REI or Dunhams.

keith howe: They refinished my Scottie Cam putter first..it came out like NEW!! Then I purchased a New set of Calloway Rouge ST Irons and they let me hit them in the bay and gave me a couple pointers that helped Tremendously!!! Then regripped 2 wedges while I waited. Now they are refinishing an old "Bread n Butter" wedges of mine!! These guys are the BEST!! Will let ALL my golfing buddies know where to go for ALL golf related issues!! Thanks
Daniel Savela: Been going here for over 10 years and it’s just flat out the place to go. Super reasonable prices on everything. If they don’t have it they can build/order everything. Here’s a side by side of two wedges. Used both for a season now and decided to get a refinish on the lob wedge. Basically perfect. Great option to extend life of a club over buying one new

Also picked up a couple lightly used clubs on the cheap. They also do club fittings and lessons with latest golf simulator tech. They also have plenty of golf accessories, grips, golf balls, bags, new clubs, used clubs from all the major brands Titleist, Calloway, Mozino, Taylor Made etc… great place. I’ll be back when it’s time for new clubs.

Mike O: Went to Golf Tech for the first time to get a Driver fitted. Dennis did a great job sizing up to the club, shaft, and loft angle needed. While I was there, I saw that they regroove/sand blast wedges. I dropped off three - 10-year-old Wedges to be done, and when I picked them up, they looked Brand new. They did this in record time too. I will recommend their shop to anyone looking for a reputable place for new/used equipment and service.
MASATSUGU KONDO: I’ll never visit this shop again.I asked re-head however found a scratch & dent on the club face after picking up.And the adhesive remained on the head.I put on the head cover and took the club home, so there’s no reason for me to hurt it.Of course, there were no scratch and dent before re-head(3rd photo).There are two regrets.I should have confirmed it immediately after picking up and asked this shop to do the work.
