Sony Mathew: Dr. Alfieri has great bedside manners and really takes time to address the patient's concerns. She was our doctor for our first pregnancy and will continue with her in the future. The office staff is not the most helpful but Dr. Alfieri's knowledge and attentiveness makes up for it all.
Rajiur Rahman: Dr Cristina Alfieri was our gynecologist. It was our first child and we were nervous about almost everything. Living abroad without friends and family also contributed that. But we are really happy that we've chosen Dr Alfieri. Our experience couldn't be any better. Our daughter was born in Sept 26th, 2018.Dr Alfieri is really knowledgeable about her subject matter. You will feel that while talking to her, even with simpler topics. She is up to date with most recent research and literature in relevant fields.As much as professional, she was also very welcoming. She treated us very well all the time, no exception. She, her associates, and her office were available to support us while we were going through rough events. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for obd.
M: Made an appointment with this doctor online (from their website). My appointment was cancelled the next day by the office. No one bothered to call me to try to reschedule or anything. They just cancelled it, sent me an email with no explanation. If that is how the office is run, then I'm glad I won't be going here.

Amanda Shupe: I’m sorry I went to this location. The front desk “help” was extremely rude when I arrived and when I called. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcome whatsoever as if getting a colposcopy isn’t scary enough. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone ever. It was a terrible experience.

sharon beach: I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2020/2021. Right in the middle of COVID. Doctor Buekers was the surgeon who performed surgery to remove a mass on my ovaries. When I left the hospital I had a colostomy, damage to my kidneys and and a long road ahead. I have been in remission since June 2021. Dr Buekers. I continue to see him on a regular basis. Dr. Buekers has a reassuring and calm way about him. I could not have been in better hands. I highly recommend him to anyone who is I need of surgery to consult him. I thank him for all he did and continues to do for me. He is the absolute best!!! I and my family appreciate every minute of every day thanks to Dr. Buekers.
Sarah Jaafar: In August 2019, Dr. Beaukers saved my life and and I am forever indebted to him. During labor, my uterus and bladder ruptured. My husband was told I wouldn't make it. Dr. Beaukers was called late night/early morning and cancelled all his appointments to conduct emergency surgery. I hope he reads this and knows how grateful I am every single day, especially when I look at my children. He not only gave me a second chance at life, but gave my kids their mom back. Every medical professional speaks so highly of him and told me that if it wasn't for Dr. Beaukers I may not have made it. Thank you Dr. Beaukers, a thousand times over 3

Prescriptions my wife asked for were never fulfilled even though she said she did. Her secretary never wears gloves nor washes her hands, I wouldn’t recommend.

Janae Rozier: I have been a patient of Dr. Reaves for a few years and am currently 4 1/2 months pregnant. I chose to change my OB due to Dr. Reaves scheduling 3 patients at the same time and the wait time being too long for my liking, amongst other reasons. I requested my records to be transferred to another OB and Dr. Reaves told me on multiple occasions that she had fulfilled my request. After speaking with the office I found out she had not sent them over and went to her office to get them myself. After taking the records to the OB they inform me that she had not given me my complete records, only bloodwork. At this point she is not only being unprofessional but preventing me from checking on the well-being of my child because I cannot see a new Dr. until the have my full records. It has been a month since I initially requested my records and she is STILL giving me a isssue. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Reaves to anyone!
Itwasalla Dream: She has been my doctor for the last 13 years. I switch from another doctor because of the hospital affiliation. Immediately I received better service. I can get appointment right away. Wish she was my regular doctor.
TYSHEA HICKS: I have been seeing Dr Reaves for more than 15 years and all I can say is that she is amazing at what she does. 2 C sections and any other issue I have ever had Dr. Reaves takes the time to answer EVERY question I have, no matter how many times it's been asked. My whole family is patients of hers. She is truly the best!

Ciara Hamiel: Dr Reaves is my OB/GYN I been seeing her for 11 years now. She delivered my sons in 2008 and 2019. She is always nice, caring, sweet, and knows her stuff. When I was in labor with my son this year the hospital stuff was threatening me with a C-section. She came in and she knew I didn't need one. I gave birth vaginally with no issues. She always been my ob/gyn. Yes I have to wait a little but I rather wait and been seen by someone who cares then not wait and been seen by someone who jus see my size.
S B: Dr. Reaves has been my ob for over 12 years now. She helped me throughout my pregnancy phase and delieved my child. I ALWAYS recommend her. I wouldn't change her for the world. She's awesome.
Ashleigh “BABYJAY 313” Thompson: I normally give great reviews but Ms reaves is horrible. She always has too many people and whoever answers her phones doesn't pay attention. I had a 2:30 appnt and when I got there they tried to say I had a 1:30 appnt. When I never would have scheduled it for then because I was still in class at 1:30. Never will attend again. I've walked out at least 3 times I've been dealing with her for almost 2 years I tried to patronage a black obgyn but she's horrible.

Ashli Hearns: Both receptionist were rude ! It took 2 months for me to even get the appointment date that I did. I was NOT told prior that I could not bring my baby, even had him in a stroller. They told me no children were allowed and that Dr. Gillum would not see me because I had my child with me. No where did I see signs up that said no children and who refuses a patient for bringing their child ? Not everyone has baby sitters and what about single mothers? Not to mention they couldn’t rebook me for another appointment because they didn’t have the schedule and the dates they wanted to offer me were two months again. Foul and I will not be back.
Reese Flake: The visit was horrible. No one called me to confirm my appointment because I booked online. I called in myself then they put me down as confirmed. Get there im told children cannot be present yet they have no written policy of this and no one tells you this if THEY do not book your appointment. On this website his availability is more open than it actually is. Horrible horrible experience. Yet was told "a newborn baby could be present because theysometimes have appointments at the same time" yet hes no pediatrician... sound like another excuse for a policy that makes no sense. There is no official rules or policy if its not documented so I was just basically refused to be seen. Heard he was a good dr from the dr that delivered my daughter. Yet I'm not so sure if they don't know you can't discriminate without a policy or reason.

I can't even get a call back from any management about my terrible treatment! I'm so upset and still haven't had any resolution after 6months. I feel like it's all about money only and your just a number now! When Dr. Sandelin and the Jeffree's we're there it was awesome along with Nurse Jan.

D.L. Gordon: Horrible patient care, Doctors give an absolute hard time when it comes to filling out documentation. Nurses are incredibly rude. You will not be able to get in touch directly with this office, you have to call the hospitals main line, leave a voice-mail and wait 24-48 hours (sometimes longer) for a call back. I would NOT reccoment this clinic for OB GYN care.
Jenn Lynn: Very unfortunate experience with both Dr. Ibe and Dr. Myida. Dr. Ibe regularly forgot the reason for my previous visits and Dr. Myida was unprofessional. I felt as if I was just a number -- not the feeling you want at a doctor's office. I had to continuously follow up to get test results and answers. Office staff is friendly and helpful, but I would suggest anywhere else for actual medical care.

First the office isn’t as clean as a doctors office should be. Second they are so busy it seems like they don’t have time for u if your wanting your doctor to be thorough with you probably find another office.I am so sick with this pregnancy and need meds, at my doctors appointment my doctor told me she was sending a long list of meds due to what I had going on. How about the lady never sends the script to the pharmacy or put the meds in the chart so that while she is gone her nurse could send the scripts to the pharmacy for her. That is ver sad and unprofessional as ever! I didn’t eat or drink for 7 days and had to go to the hospital due to this doctor error. The office never called me back they never sent the script. Still haven’t heard from the doctor hasn’t responded to my messages either on the portal… all in all just find a nice clean doctor to take care of u and your baby cause this place not it.Update this office is still terrible I be so sick the doctor knows this takes their time to send you medicine knowing you’re sick they don’t care. They will have sick for days!
