Our class of 8 students was quite the mixed bunch with previous riding experience ranging from some students having little to no experience, to some that had experience riding off road vehicles or may have ridden a street bike a few times. The age of the students ranged from 20 years old to 60 something, there were 5 male and 3 female students. Cheri was able to give each of us the training we needed to learn to ride. She was very encouraging and was able to pinpoint the areas that needed improvement and tell you exactly how to correct it. Safety was always first priority, but she also made the class fun. I’m so glad I decided to get my endorsement, and glad she was my instructor. Just passed my test today and can’t wait to get a bike so I can get out there and ride!

If you can follow basic instructions you will succeed in this course. I cant recommend this course enough for those who want to experience riding a motorcycle for the first time. The support staff were really great and able to keep me up to speed with where I needed to be and want I suppose to have done prior to starting the course. Loc Lyfe: I took my 2020 Electric Glide here because this is where I purchased the bike. Only being able to ride two bike season due to having rotator cuff surgery the bike sat in the garage all 22 season. So this February the service department fully checked the bike before the VIP warranty was over (was charged 300+) because they say I needed a new battery and the bike was good after that. Well, April I tried to ride the bike and it gave me problems. Took the bike to them again and was told it was bad gas and paid almost $200 for that. Picked up the bike and the issues still not fixed. I was then told it was historic codes and they were cleared and the bike is fixed went to pick up the bike and notice my saddle bag near the speaker was cracked (which happened while in their shop) I was told they would fix it (4-6weeks) but within a week an employee texted saying the part was in. I called just for them to say it was miscommunication the part was not in. I’ve emailed and called the service desk and the customer care manager (David) and nothing the bike is still in the garage. Still not running as promised and my bag is still not fixed. A lot of money spent on towing the bike to them, to my home because the bike still give issues. Emailed and called, David and Cam told a lot of promises and received nothing as of yet.

DREAM CRUISER (DREAMCRUISER): Update : Sold my bike for $5k more than what they were offering me. Again please be aware of these manipulative people. I wish they can change their dishonest approach.Very manipulative people especially Jason and Christina. Absolutely no honor. Disappointed.

He was not only very knowledgeable he was super patient, very attentive, never displayed any shortness of aggravation even when he had every right to be. He gave each person 1 on 1 time they needed. He even stayed late on 2 of the 5 days just to help us with practice and questions. Wrong Hat: I am leaving this rating with some reservations. I love the dealership because I am able to get parts regularly. Even if the parts are back ordered they never take long to come in. The guys call me when they get in. Service has been hit or miss. The one "miss" I am mentioning here had to do with a mechanic stripping out my oil sump. I can only surmise an air tool was used instead of a torque wrench. Of course I only found it at the next oil change. I was extremely upset. I was able to repair it with a time sert, but what if I didn't have any mechanical experience? I am over it, but now hesitant on bringing anything else into the dealership. To reiterate, I love the dealership, just not that experience.
