His office has a scheduled lunch time between clients, and he utilized some of that time to ensure everything was in order for me. That "ABOVE and BEYOND" service was demonstrated throughout the visit, because he genuinely cares, and it showed -- thank you!

I was waiting outside for a total of 20 minutes, and was greeted so Disrespectfully y Rosie Duffy the “hearing specialist. Once I started my test she thought I was lying about my hearing. I been deaf since I was 12 years old. I don’t know if it’s because I am African American , but she was very rude and it took everything in me not to slap her. I hope they get her in check before I ever step foot in there again!!!

Leonard Schwartz: I still have not received my hearing aid after three weeks. The owner does not have any assistance in his office. He claims he doesn't need any. This is proof that he does. An assistant would have realized that my hearing had not come in and could have checked on it before now.

He was very busy and didn't want to take my information....THEN WHY DID YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!?. The manager didn't want to help me either. I wasn't rude or nasty to them at all...but they definitely acted like I deserved to be hung up on. I dont know why it happened but next time I hope they won't answer the phone if they don't feel like doing their job. What a waste of everyone's time.

I’ve always had a out of pocket cost of at least $1,500.00. I feel I was taken advantage of before. This is definitely the best place to go for Hearing Aids. And the Service was great.

tracey russeau: I had an appointment yesterday. I was nervous cause I knew I had hearing loss. But he told me how bad at the age of 37 it was devastating. He put some sample heating aids in and I just cried. Being able to hear was so amazing. He’s really caring and wants to help me out. Paul Beauch in Taylor is amazing. I wish I could afford them since insurance don’t cover them. I highly recommend seeing him for a free hearing test. It opened up my eyes to everything.

Judy: I've always had great service at Hear Michigan Center, Livonia. However, there is no consistency with calling prior to an appointment or keeping the same employees, both the audiologist and reception staff. The office on Five Mile in Livonia has probably changed audiologists and reception staff at least twice every six months. Every appointment I have, they've had turnover with a new audiologist and reception staff.
