Leonard Schwartz: I still have not received my hearing aid after three weeks. The owner does not have any assistance in his office. He claims he doesn't need any. This is proof that he does. An assistant would have realized that my hearing had not come in and could have checked on it before now.
Shelia Arrington: The man he was not friendly at all he only did one of my devices he keep telling me the prices several times this was close to my home but if he still works there i wont go back he shouldnt treat people like that.I was so upset

John and Patsy Sullivan: This is wonderful!! Paul just introduced me to my new hearing aids and I love them. I’m so excited!! I can actually hear what people are saying on TV when I’m siting across the room!! The most exciting thing is that I can hear the TV from another room!!! Paul is the greatest!!! 👍He is so patient with my questions and helpful with any problems!!! He is not only my ear doctor , but he’s my friend!!!

Judy: I've always had great service at Hear Michigan Center, Livonia. However, there is no consistency with calling prior to an appointment or keeping the same employees, both the audiologist and reception staff. The office on Five Mile in Livonia has probably changed audiologists and reception staff at least twice every six months. Every appointment I have, they've had turnover with a new audiologist and reception staff.
