Sebastian Noack: Update: They have been owning up, and did a decent service recently. So I upped my review to 3 stars. But a relatively new system requiring to be serviced that often still bothers me.Original review: We had a furnace installed by them 3.5 years ago, got AC added 2 years ago. In both cases we went with the more expensive option they offered. 2 to 3 times a year for the last 3.5 years the system stops working. So far they didn't charge for the service calls at least. But usually they cannot find the issue. Twice when the AC stopped working and equipment was frozen they just told me to turn it off for 24h.Also when they first installed the furnace and ran the ducts in the basement they didn't bother to insulate any of the ducts. They also put a non GFCI protected receptacle by the furnace in an unfinished basement which caused me trouble with an inspector later on.Given the price they charge their service is extremely disappointing. I don't understand how anyone here gives them 4 and 5 star reviews.

Sean Baskin: I had National come out to look at my baseboard heating in one area of our house because it wasn't working correctly. Upon inspection we couldn't figure out what was wrong but it they turned the boiler up (hotter) and it kicked on. It lasted a couple of days and then again shut off again. I called them back they came out same day replaced a valve and it is now working correctly. Fred the manager was a great help and we spoke a few time about the issue and how to correct it. Thank you for your help.

Smart Aa: 10 Stars-First I have to say that I needed a new hot water heater ASAP b/c mine got destroyed in the flood. My old was located in a very tight location. I had called 5+ different folks, everyone that came out said that my current one could not be taken out and there is nothing they can do. It was the same story with 5 different people even with the folks that installed my furnace just 9 months ago. I have been without hot water for more than a week. I googled hot water heater and JLH showed up in the list. I had called the 2 before them and no one answered. I am glad they did not answer because I got JLH instead. They are truly amazing. They came out the same day on a Saturday to check out my current situation. They said they will try to get the old one out and installed a new one in a different location which would be for easy access. They came out on a Wednesday, got the old one out, installed a new hot water heater in a new more convenient location and all in great timing. I honestly would not go anywhere else ever, nor will I even try. I highly recommend them. Very professional, very clean and just amazing people. love to Read: We made an appointment for Saturday at 11 am. They arrived 1/2 hour early. They did a thorough maintenance of heating and air conditioning and top off. Also, informed us that we needed a liner in our chimney. He pointed out the neighbors that had them and what we needed and why. Our neighbors received air conditioning maintenance and top off and they said they were very relieved to have the work done. The price was very reasonable but the best part was knowing that we had an honest professional.

Hannah Thomason: The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I worried about being over quoted. I went in wanting a new boiler and I had already received an estimate from another location. Supreme’s estimate was about 20% lower than their competitors. After Dennis came out to give a firm quote it was under what he estimated. I was provided financing options which was wonderful. They were able to come within that same week and install. The team was on time and very professional. They worked without breaking to get it done. The new boiler is working beautifully and looks so much better. I have not a single complaint about my install and service and would recommend 10/10.

Buffie Burns: UPDATE: stay away from this company. There are many better and more affordable service providers. The service was incomplete and they won’t fix it because they don’t like my review. I already paid way too much (so much I’m embarrassed to say). They ought to be ashamed of themselves. And they are not transparent with costs. Costs should be provided before the visit. Just utterly ridiculous. This is my first year with a boiler - this won’t happen to me again rest assured. And I will see these guys in court!Way.Too.Expensive!!! This was not an emergency call. For the cost of this service, I should leave the mess and buy a new boiler in 6 years. Literally.They cleaned the burner, level sensor, pigtail, and pilot. They charged me TRIPLE the National HIGH cost for a general cleaning and 1.5x the average deep clean and they didn't do a deep clean (empty the system nor descale the tubes). Moreover it was $77 over the cost he told me. “Around”Replaced the sight glass when he replaced the nuts and seals but you could see water in the site glass. I really question if he could have cleaned it or just left it and replaced a $2 seal. Honestly, there was a very small water stain but nothing wet. I really question if it was a leak at all.Replaced 2 straight vents that I thought was supposed to be $100 less.They cancelled my Friday appointment and came Monday. It’s going to be chilly this week so I felt stuck.2 stars because Brandon was professional enough.Service:Heating system maintenance

Lewis Stevens: Truthfully $100 just to advise me to buy a new boiler after ‘not trying to scare me’ but basically telling me ‘the boiler is a bomb’ is a bit excessive. That’s 100 I’ll never get back. $100!!! Perhaps using it towards the repair would be a better use of the funds or just sell boilers.I was advised that my boiler ‘may explode’ or it’s far to old to be touched with out it breaking and being unrepairable, Because the tech ‘didn’t want to play with it’. He said ‘I could work on it’ but pretty much guaranteed that it would be a failure and I would have not much other option than to buy a new boiler.He also said key parts weren’t available.. the tech I’m dealing with now bought the parts the next day and installed them without issue.Another problem I had is going out to the truck to talk to the manager..why not speak in front of me? (Dodgy) I’m sure you all have your protocol and it’s a what you’re taught to do. But I had a company come out and actually and thoroughly inspect the boiler and gave me realistic options to repair the boiler and not once was buying a new boiler spoke of.The repair tactics are a bit much. but if you want a brand spanking new boiler please go with this company but otherwise nah. On a positive note the tech was respectful and well mannered and completely understood why we didn’t want him to repair it, while of course taking $100 for his eloquent advice.No hard feelings. I just wish for a consultation that didn’t feel like I lost so much. And in fairness you guys told me the protocol beforehand and out of complete desperation frigid temperatures, I agreed thinking repair wouldn’t be problematic. A $100 lesson learned. God bless you.

Shone Pate: A Supreme Heating and Cooling Tech came out to my elderly mom home charged her 100 dollars to turn on her boiler. Then tell her she has 30 days to use the 100 dollars towards the estimate of changing and cleaning a components on her boiler. Total amount to be charged was roughly 450 dollars. The service manager was no help...he bashed other company who I had done a price comparison after they took my mom money and gave a list of things she needed addressed. Supreme should be ashamed. Natasha Al-Rafie: Wow, I am a new homeowner and I love in a 100+ year old house. I've been dealing with a lot of companies recently to get my plumbing, electricity, and heating up to code and safety. I called Supreme and they had worked on the house through the previous owner. Like many of the reviews you see in their page, this is common and incredible. The technician, Brandon, came over, taught me how to use the boiler, fill her up with water, and taught me some quick trips. He made suggestions in what to do with the boiler, what to fix in the future, and provided support on how to keep up the boiler. It was very helpful, and the service from start to finish was great!

I had been putting band-aids on a bullet womb for approximately 8 years and my furnace finally died... time of death 1:00 p.m. Sunday, 01/22/23. YIKES!!! DTE blessed my household by routing my service call to Manning Mechanical. Kerwin inspected my furnace and immediately determined the cause for its failure. He contacted his manager, Rodney, who came to inspect the furnace as well. My consultation with Rodney determined the best course of action was to replace the furnace. Since my A/C unit began to die this Summer, I elected to replace both. Rodney discussed finance options, provided the application information and I was financed and scheduled for installation by the end of the day. A very smooth process!! My installation team, Julius and Clifford were great to work with. They were punctual and cared about making sure that I was satisfied. Over the course of 2 years I had my boiler repaired, thermostat replaced and the boiler was ultimately replaced after being serviced by another company that ruined it. I was devasted and had no clue where to begin as a first time homeowner. Carlin immediately jumped in and did everything in his power to help. I couldn’t afford to pay for a new boiler right away so I saved for a few months and even as I saved, he checked on my home periodically to see if there was anyway he could help. That speaks volumes of his character, he was so kind, personable and professional, every tech he sent out was the exact same way, and I’ve had atleast 6 people come out over the course of 2 years!
