Kirk Jopowicz: Had an N95 mask on and could still smell the must and dust. That’s the smell of a good thrift/record/DJ store. Old stuff, new stuff, weird stuff, and things that go bump in the night, it’s all here. I wish I had a whole day to spend here. Some guy was listening to records and another that I thought worked there was recommending records to him. I asked for a specific size and he went and found it for me. Later at a bar, turns out he doesn’t work there but spends a lot of time hanging out.That’s a great place when people that aren’t getting paid want to work for free.Go, rummage but take your antihistamines first.

Lauren Scott: If I could give 0 stars I would. I was so excited to support a local business and brand. All this company does is take your money without giving you any product OR a refund. I placed my order March 2nd, it’s now almost June 2nd and nothing. They start by saying that things are back ordered, then when I started asking for a refund they kept saying 3-5 business days - it’s now been 6 weeks of waiting for “3-5 business days.”Avoid this company at all costs, it has become a scam.
Austin Roby: I'd give no stars if I could, placed an order for one hoodie early april for a show I was booked for , As an artist based out of Michigan let alone Metro Detroit I'm extremely dissapointed I wasn't able to wear this to my show out of state . They had reached out to me saying sorry for the delay the first two times I had reached out to them , This is now 2 weeks after orders placed with NO tracking number or any indication they even completed my order for a SINGLE hoodie, 3rd time I reached out they had said it would be a week that they ship it out due to stocking issues , Which is understandable but still aggrivating. FOURTH TIME I reached out absolutely no response after the hoodie still hadn't been shipped out after an additional 3 WEEKS from them saying it'd be shipped out in a week , I mean this is ridiculous , I can understand a few weeks delay for stock issues no problem , But I mean 2 MONTHS for ONE hoodie...C'mon yall, Unacceptable .
Brandi R: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, especially online. I ordered a hoodie mid March. They immediately charged my credit. A month later the product hadn’t arrived. I requested a refund. It is now May. After credit card disputes and complaints to FTC my card was credited. STAY AWAY!

I called a number that nobody answered and I sent several emails as to where the order was and when would it be delivered to my grandson in Tennessee. On December 23,2022 got an email saying I would receive order on December 27 that’s after Christmas. So on December 17 I said cancel my order it was shipped anyway and at this point I don’t know the location of the order because my grandson sent it back to sender.

I practically begged them to ship it because she is going back to Germany. I get its a busy time but still, some consideration would have been nice. T Hall: I will never order from this place again. Two days after placing my order I received a tracking number. Their email said to wait 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system. I waited a week. The package still has not been received by USPS. I emailed and I was told that they get 3-14 days to actually ship the item so they are unable to provide me with any additional information until I have reached that point. What in the world?? It has been 11 days since I placed my order. I wish I had come to read the reviews for this company before I placed my order.

Kelvin Martin: I went to the Jimmy Jazz location in Southfield on 12/19 and they told me that the Fairlane location had a pair of Air Max 97s in addition to Ken Griffeys. I called the Fairlane location and the female employee told me that they do have the size 9 in the (AM 97) that I was looking for. I left my house and was about to buy my whole family a pair of shoes and drove over 20 miles to get to Snipes and arrived at 8:05pm and they told me that they didn’t have them. Then the 2 female employees told me that they have been “looking” for them for awhile. Why would they tell me that they had some shoes that they have been “looking” for for awhile? Yes, I’m extremely irate and your 2 indifferent female employees that said that other locations cannot look up their inventory and then mumbling smart comments in the back of the store did not help the situation! On a positive note, you saved me over $500 plus dollars and a lost customer!

I hadn't bought a decent pair of shoes or even been to the mall in some years but him and the employees at that store were great and made my first experience since being on the street and in a really bad position a really great experience. People never know what the person you're dealing with have been through and I don't think people realize how much it means to someone when they get treated like a human or are just treated kind. So I just want to let the people at jimmy jazz know your kindness went so much further than you know 🙂
