Mike Wilson: Called to make an appointment for an international call for a temporary Power of Attorney with my spouse in order to re-fi our home. Spouse is overseas. Michigan law permits for remote notarization vendors (am a notary also). I called to confirm the appointment and she made excuses and said she would not make it. No reason given, no calling to let me know. I can see why others are upset about her just not showing up or being responsive. Skip her. Find someone who is reliable.
Vera Moore: Called. and made an appointment for the next day. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I called the morning of my appointment she didnt answer however she called back. Told her i was on my way. I was only 7 mins from her house. I get there outside in the car she didn’t answer I call 3 times waited 20 mins. And never called. So unprofessional. Had to wake my children up and we could have still been sleep!

Marcelo Farias: Dear Srs, we are very upset with the company. Currently, almost 2 months since our packages were sent using and paying for your services, we know that our stuffs were somehow lost, and we do not have a simple communication requested by email to explain the procedure to receive the corresponding refund and compensations that we deserve. By phone has been impossible to have an answer even contacting the help desk, the investigation team, and the sender office multiple times, the supervisor has not contact us by email as it was required speaking with Michele, the only person who has helped us in our desperate seek for explanations. We need contact by email because we are outside US at this moment, without a lot of personal belongings that we trusted to you. Can you please contact?

Rashnav Thi: $159 is Too expensive to send a guaranteed 3 day mail to another state. Okay but Not so friendly customer support. They were so concerned about their flimsy packaging being returned to them upon my declining of the mail at that cost.

Victoria Alliare: Overall bad experience and don’t recommendI recently visited this UPS store, I’m regular customer at this store. I went for package shipment and a print job. There were 2 ladies at the desk, one of them was a African American and the other was Caucasian fat tall lady. It was my misfortune, I was taken care by “Caucasian fat tall lady”, she was so slow with the shipping process and I noticed she did not know her job well. When I asked her to expedite she was rude to me. There were other customers behind me and they were also shocked by her attitude. After struggling lot she finished my shipment. But when I asked her for printing job she was angry with me and took almost 55 minutes for simple job. At the end when billing process came, she was hostile with that too. She couldn’t print both of them together. It was clear that she could not fulfill what her job entailed. When I politely asked her to be quicker with my print job because I was getting late, she was incredibly inconsiderate of my situation. As I reminded her of my deadline she was intolerant of my critiques and carried on to do her job disgracefully.During the entire process I observed the other African American lady had served 6-8 customers gracefully and she was enjoying her work.

Michael Christie: THE WORST UPS EVER!! Zero stars…Well went to return 2 items back to amazon and was told by the associate and the manager that I needed to print out a label, they no longer allow scanning of a phone. They informed me I was doing things the "old" way with saving paper and using technology. 🙄Are you serious right now? How can you not allow scanning of a phone bar code unless you're tying to gouge he customer by making them use your computer and printer to charge more money. Which of course I paid for a computer charge and a print charge.I filed a complaint with ups corporate as well because frankly I could have used fed ex or usps.
N Nomad: Fast service. I pick-up a couple of parcels sitting at the shop during the pandemic. No extra charges for storage. Much appreciated.

Collecting Asia: Not recommended. This store does not adequately pack items. They cut costs on their packaging materials with my shipment. They shipped a $3,000 heavy bronze statue for me without the use of bubblewrap or packing peanuts. They used paper and inflated air bags like a cheap amazon delivery. I also paid for double-boxing - they did not double-box it. They also used a box size without the industry standard of a least 4 inches of crush room all the way around a fragile and expensive item. I also paid for insurance which they have not honored. They charged me $148 for shipping - I ran the cost through UPS's online calculator for the package dimensions and add-ons - the cost was $56. So they got $90+ to pack in a single box and stuff with paper.Bottom line - this location handles packages from local auctions and is in the business of doing high volume and not giving special attention to handling fragile items or making sure they are packaged carefully.
Brenda Vazquez: Great customer service. Staff was patient and helpful. Store was clean and staff are wearing masks. Some customers get really close to the staff who don't have face shields, so please everyone be respectful, wear your mask and be mindful of distance when asking questions.
