Michelle Aranowski: I purchased a Wellis Libra hot tub from Lifestyles Hot Tubs in October 2022. It was delivered mid November 2022 on my brand new patio. In January 2023, we noticed the water was low more often than usual and thought maybe it was the cold January weather in MI and it was evaporating. Not the case, it was leaking. Called for service and a very nice gentleman from Lifestyles came out and said he knew exactly what the problem was. It said it was a manufacturer defect that has been going on for a while. Why wasn’t this fixed before my hot tub was delivered 1.5 months ago? Moving on… the service man said it wouldn’t be fixed until the weather warms up because the glue will not dry. I called Lifestyles in March to let them know I think there is another leak because the water is leaking at an increasing speed. The tub needs to be filled every other day! They told me they are still waiting for the parts and they’ll contact me when the parts come in and when it warms up. I also told them that one of the jets were not working properly and could they send someone out. Again, they told me parts were not in and I’d have to wait. Why can’t they look into the other issue? What if they have to order more parts for the new issues? Will I have to wait another 3 or 4 months for those parts? I also asked them for another solution for the arm/lift for the cover, that broke after 1 month. Nope, I would have to wait… why? I went on vacation in April and had to have my daughter fill the tub up in the meantime, because we were still having cold nights, and it would freeze if the water got too low. So much water was leaking that there was algae or mold along the edges at the bottom of the tub on my new patio. In addition, a run off stream in the grass. In the meantime, I contacted Wellis, and after a couple attempts they responded to me and said Lifestyles has nothing on order for me, the glue can dry in weather of -15 degrees and they don't know why Lifestyles is not fixing my hot tub. Wellis contacted Motor City Hot Tubs for me and they came out immediately and fixed the hot tub.I still have not heard anything from Lifestyles.

Mike Siekierzynski: Man has it been rough dealing with this company. The customer service is non existent, the actual product is cheap and not well made. Our brand new hot tub, that was delivered wrong and set up without pieces that we had ordered (the whole salt system!) Took over a year to get it, then to have all these issues. Now it is literally falling apart at 1 year old. When we had a service tech out in Sept. He said to just "kick the side piece back in, it happens". He also never ordered the pieces that fell off exposing sharp staples. When we followed up wondering what was taking so long, the parts never got ordered, so they waited another week then ordered them and never told us they were missed, until we followed back up. Oh and I almost forgot the thermostat stopped working twice in less than a year. I wish I had never bought their product. I am now getting the BBB involved. Please, please save your money and sanity and buy a different product. Hands down the worst company for customer service and product reliability.

Zee Dak: Honestly I’ve never seen a massage spa that’s booked every single time you call , weather it’s a Tuesday morning or a weekend , it’s weird they’re literally always fully booked not even room for one person . Don’t know if they’re just lazy and don’t wanna assist people or if it’s just not meant ? I’ve been calling every day for the last month trying to get a massage and somehow there’s never ever room. Pretty lame, time to take my money elsewhere from now on !

Jennifer Cummings: We stayed at MGM for a girls' night out and then hit Immerse Spa in the morning. Such a great place! Gorgeous facilities, ample room, relaxing vibe; each of us enjoyed our treatments (massage, pedicures, manicure) and left feeling pampered and refreshed. Prices are a bit higher than a strip mall facility, but rightly so and well worth it: the steam room, pool, hot tub, locker rooms, and showers were clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Christina England: I booked last minute because I had some time to spare and my usual downtown spa was booked. You may like this if you have NEVER been to a spa before. The pool is the only decent area. There is paint peeling off the walls, sinks wouldn’t drain, the toilet areas are terrible tight little booths that remind you of a prison the showers were decent but not cleaned fast enough. I cannot believe how run down it looks. The staff is not helpful there is zero privacy, they didn’t even have a laundered robe for me they had to open one from a bag and the slippers were the soaked they handed me so disappointed. There weee zero infused waters or tea or coco you could make in the locker room/relaxing areas and no fruit or snack ms that is typical for a spa of this price range. Whoever is leaving reviews have never been to a good spa. I spent A LOT of money at spas and they had a chance to earn that and the unprofessional, loud staff that seemed to lurk around no private changing area and dirty appearance really turned me off!!! To bad because I did like the overall vibe in the pool area. The hot tub is not nice and had crystals at the bottom which is never appealing there is no sauna.

heather hurley: USED to be one of my favorite places in town. During 25 years of bartending I have suggested this place countless times. NO more!This used to be my husband's go-to place for buying gift cards for me. I had a few saved up and decided to treat my friends for their two birthdays (one their 50!). We planned for the day, I made the reservations for all three of us to have services, I got a babysitter.... and upon arrival I was told my gift cards had to be verified by a third party that could take up to 4 days. Note my husband goes directly to the spa to buy the gift cards. Apparently they had a breach in security which has spurred this process. Having worked years in customer service, I know when something is the fault of the company or of the customers. The fault lay on MGM and all they could do is direct me to a phone number to call. Even though the cards were attached to my name and I had my driver's license and I could verify the amount of the cards they were unwilling to accept. It was very disappointing and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

A Jackson: My day at Immerse Day Spa was amazing. Pool, Hot Tub and an incredible massage. I received hot stones 50 min massage. The masseuse hit all the right spots. When I tell you it felt like God reached down from the heavens and gave me the massage himself My soul was touched. Every spot he hit took me to heaven. I highly recommend Jerell professional, soft touch and pays attention to your needs. The atmosphere was so refreshing. I will definitely be returning soon.

Summer Alkhafaji: Very nice place. We stayed at the MGM hotel twice, months apart, yet both times the hot tub was closed for renovation! The receptionist didn't do a decent job informing us of all the amenities available. We were not made aware that there are robes and slides available to use inside the spa! One would assume someone would inform you of available amenities. I also had a question regarding one of the shampoos for sale at the store front, but she was very annoyed by my 1 question! Not sure I would like to go there again, very unwelcoming vibe.

olga long: I was staying at the casino for my 55th birthday with my husband and about 20 friends. My husband wanted to pamper me with a special spa treatment. I enjoyed a facial that included a relaxing scalp, arm, and shoulder massage. The spa environment is very clean, beautifully decorated, and tranquil.When staying at the hotel or using spa services, you have access to the wonderful pool. There are round rattan oversized chairs to lounge in. The amenities are plenty and offer a full locker room to shower or change your clothes. Fresh fluffy towels are also provided. My friends, daughter, and I are returning this Saturday and cannot wait to chill by the pool before dinner at D Prime Steakhouse.

Cons: staff was helpful but not friendly, 50 minute spa was more like 40 minutes and felt rushed, poor layout (felt cramped at least in the women’s locker room), several lockers needed repairs and one of the showers wasn’t working, no sauna, minimal refreshments only water, coffee and tea offered (no trail mix, cucumber/lemon water, etc.)
