Four weeks after the treatment, the capillaries were completely healed and disappeared. I was astounded! Professional atmosphere and very reasonably priced procedure, I will definitely be back. Jason Hamika: I was disgusted to hear that on my last appointment there they wanted to charge me $.25 for a mask. I work for a government entity and the government doesn’t even enforce masks… and most places don’t. So the government is not mandating CDC and and they want me to pay for a mask to go in your office? Sorry they’re not that special I told them I was not coming back there again and I found another office around the corner from my house. Glad that their insistent $.25 mask mandate got in the way of earning hundreds/thousands of dollars for my business…

Jennifer: I really recommend the Physicians Assistant that works here, John. He is very professional, works quickly but not rushed, and is thorough in answering any qs you have. I’ve seen him probably 5 times now in the past 7 or so years and he’s always been great to work with.

kyra elston: If you want to be treated horribly, charged a ton of money, and spend time on the phone being told you are lying about your patient experience, this will be the perfect practice for you to go to. Otherwise I’d suggest going literally anywhere else. I am left with scaring, the originally problem still present, and now hefty medical bills 2 months prior to my wedding. Save yourself the trouble and go to a practice that actually cares about their patients.

However, as it relates to actually treating “ Melanated Skin” or People of color, they did poorly. I have no idea how other people felt, but as for me I’ll never be back. Rather than prescribing a script for daily washing, or a moisturizer, they wrote me a generic mediocre cream and pushed this LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT. I won’t be back. Next time treat the issue, instead of pushing a profitable invention.

Alexandra Hutting: Regrettably, I have always used Dr. Ferrara's practice for small immediate treatments and concerns while using a more reputable doctor in Bloomfield Hills for skin cancer checks and procedures. This practice lacks due diligence, they have never inquired or completed a skin screening. I will no longer tolerate Dr. Ferrara's and his employee's poor practices after they billed something as a surgical procedure unbeknownst to me and refused to correct their error.
