I loved it so much that I decided to give them to some relatives and friends for Christmas. I purchased 4 bracelets total, and they were absolutely beautiful. (The concept of the jewelry itself is also just very unique!) One bracelet broke (it was my sisters, so we used super glue to put it back together, not a big deal!) So I wrote an original review saying I loved the bracelets, and just wished the one was a little bit better put together, but still have 4 stars. I got an email asking how they could make it right. I was out of town and not answering emails at that time, and then I got another follow up email to see how they could make me happy (even though I was happy and not expecting anything from them), and they sent me a new bracelet free of charge. It was so thoughtful!! I was extremely pleased with the customer service, and could not be happier with the products! I HIGHLY recommend these products and this company. I am a forever customer :)

They employ women,train them to make beautiful jewelry; with each piece being unique. I selected one of their bracelets for a friend who is leaving the state of Michigan and I thought this would be the perfect place to purchase her gift. What a perfect remembrance to gift someone. They have a wide selection of earrings, pendants, bracelets and cufflinks each handmade. Customer service was awesome. Stop in and take a look around. Jade Brown: Terrible terrible quality! I never ever write reviews but I ordered two pieces that were supposed to be gold plated and sterling silver and they finally arrived after two months and in no way are they the materials I ordered. The gold one is dull brass orange colored, matte finished. Silver one is dark gray, no shine, and so flimsy. Thank goodness I also ordered them forShapeways and they came out incredible. If you’re going to use Gildform please please just get samples before you order a large quantity. Someone made an Instagram about Gildform being a scam and now that I got my products this just gets me more suspicious of their intentions. I hope they can start creating quality products as I never want a business to fail!

I later went to another jewelry store and they tested my necklace and they mixed my necklace with regular diamonds and moissanite diamonds. I called and spoke to the lady i felt with when i went and purchased my necklace she was very rude and talked over me on the phone and wasn’t helpful but very rude. So i will be filing a law suit for diamond fraud. I urge anyone who got any jewelry from here to go get it tested and make sure you got what you paid for.
