Slick Vick: I needed 4 different keys made and the machine had a lot of different style of brass keys but the machine wouldn’t let me pick different styles so now I have 4 keys that look the exact same and have to spend more money to buy key covers to tell them apart

I was a bit put off when the system offered a second key at half-price after my order - I happened to have another set of keys to be made and was able to know to wait to order the second copy instead of ordering two keys up front. Anthony Brock: This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a locksmith company. I waited and waited and waited some more. I called back over 8 times requesting an ETA update for the technician. The phone operator Joslyn (clearly foreign) was not very helpful at all and she hung the phone up on me and even denied calls I attempted to make. It’s been over 3 hours since I made the request and not once did a tech call me to confirm almost as if the entire company is a scam.0/10 do not recommend.
