Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
S P: Wow, I came just looking for something different. Andre helped me so much and was very polite and excited to hear about what my plans were for what I bought. Thanks Andre! You made my day special!
Cody Ball: Came in looking to buy a coffee maker and the salesman was extremely rude and pushy. I told him I wanted to look at a certain brand and he kept trying to pull me to the most expensive one being sold. Wouldn’t even give me a chance to speak and extremely pushy salesman. I had to walk away and take my business elsewhere.
Don Goergen: Great kitchen store.
Timothy Furry: Would not honor a return because it was tried once. How do you know if you like it or can actually use it without trying it? Nothing else was offered, not even store credit. Chef Debbie there is great but policies and customer service are deeply lacking. Deeply disappointed.
Nandana Doddapuneni: If this store tells you they hold an item for you, do not trust that. They made me drive 45min each way only to find out the item “held” was not available anymore. The lady at the register was not helpful either. She didn’t even try to order the item for me and didn’t suggest anything; instead just wanted to move on to other customers.12oaks WS has much better customer service.
Natasha Baccari: Don’t ever purchase an electronic device from them. Once you use it, they won’t return it even if it’s defective.
Chantelle: Sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable & pleasant. He even honored the sale of the double wall glasses for me as they were out of the 4 pk.
Marty West: Large store, helpful staff, quality products.
Cinder: Helpful and easy shopping. The store is pristine and beautiful!
john j. lignowski: It's Williams-Sonoma so you know it's amazing... But, everyone working was so friendly, pleasant and helpful. Such a laid back visit even though it was short. Picked up what I went there to get and I was on my way. Effortless.
Kimberly Wyman: Williams Sonoma continues to charge my account WEEKLY for a cooking class I took my son to 27 months ago. Yes, for over TWO years, every single week Williams Sonoma charges my account. No one can make this stop. Management at the Somerset collection arrogantly boasted they were able to resolve it a year ago, while in fact, my account is still being charged weekly. This is fraudulent at worst and insanely frustrating at best.
scott hewitt: Overpriced kitchen goodies, but fun ideas
Matthew Julian: Reason for 1-star is that the staff was consistently coming up to me and I would tell them "I'm good" and then they ended up acting like "helicopters" and would not get off my @$$... I eventually just handed over all my items and they asked if I wanted them to hold this at the table. I said nah, I'm good I'm leaving because you won't stop following me around like a lost puppy.
Monique “Ivy” W: I Found the start to my new plates. The store is really nice and so was the staff.
Peter Schaffer: Nice store
Jerry Gabryel: Awesome store with a great staff.
Debra Maes: Where is all the Halloween decorations
Trevor Diehl: Always make it a point to stop in here when I'm in the mall. If you can't find something for your kitchen here, then you don't need it
Ghazal N Mehrani: I was a frequent customer of WS until today when I noticed that they will not accept return on used items. The manager told me that this is their policy and it's been written on the website and the sale's receipt. However, no one explained it to me at the purchase time. I spend around $450 on a toaster oven and an apple peeler. The peeler, however, was piece of junk and wanted to return to get my $50 back, but since it had been used WS did not accept the return. So inconvenient and I never shop there again!!!!
Molly Killeen: It's like a huge toy store for adults!
Maureen Maclellan: I love Williams-Sonoma!

Sur La Table: what do users think?
Alex Maki: If you're looking for a fun and informative cooking class, Sur La Table should be at the top of your list. I recently took the Date Night cooking class with my partner, and while I was initially hesitant to be paired with another couple, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The class was well-organized, with 16 people split into four groups of four. Our chef was fantastic and very personable. We loved hearing about her other endeavors in the community in the world of culinary education for youth in the area. Her passion for cooking was infectious, and she made the class both informative and fun.During the class, we learned a lot of cooking techniques that we usually wouldn't have learned on our own. The hands-on approach was great, as we were able to practice the skills we learned in real-time. By the end of the class, we had prepared a delicious meal that we were proud of.As a bonus, we were offered a store discount as part of taking the class. This was a great perk, as we were able to purchase some of the tools we used in class to practice our new skills at home.Overall, the cooking class at Sur La Table was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the chef was knowledgeable, and we came away with new skills that we can use in our own kitchen. I would highly recommend taking a class here, whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out. It's a great way to have fun, learn something new, and improve your cooking skills.
Kathie Crook: Crab cake cooking class was fun and educating.
Amy Rosswurm: Very disappointed in the steak cooking class structure. Instructor was great! We assumed it would be the two of us cooking a meal together as it was advertised as a date night. Instead we shared cooking the meal with the couple next to us in a very small space. Nothing to drink was included - not water, wine or anything. After spending $180.00 would have expected each individual to have their own steak and own experience - and maybe a glass of wine. To top it off, we ate standing up in the same space. This should not be a direct reflection of the instructor.
Kat d: Do NOT do their cooking classes!1)You have to work In groups of 4, which changes the whole dynamic.2)The gnocchi and steak were beyond disgusting. You have to split a thin piece of flavourless steak between you and ur partner and as an Italian these so called gnocchi will haunt me forever and make my Italian ancestors roll in their graves3) be prepared to go for dinner right after4)If you want to have a comic date night then do it, or do urself a favour and spend the money for a nice dinner with your partner elsewhere.
Max Yu: Only the best kitchenware options for passionate home cooks and up, no clutter items like some other stores. The class here was really well put together, everything ran smoothly and we finished off the class by having a meal with what we learned to cook.
Kathryn Makowiec: The chef and her assistants were fabulous and the croissants we made today were delicious! Only complaint was that the class ran late because they only had one working oven. I was surprised that they didn’t have all working equipment! I would do another baking class but would want the oven to be fixed or replaced first.
A. Talampas: Rude customer service over the phone. They just talk over you then get mad that they didn’t understand what you were calling about. Quit your job if you’re that unhappy. Never again.
Gregory Fennell: Cooking class- worst food, horrible presentation, very poor service from people with bad attitudes.
Amber Long: I don't have a reason to visit often but my husband and I were there on December 22nd. They were quite busy in the store and there was a class going on as well. Tom was working the cash register and he couldn't have been more pleasant. He was hustling for sure but had the most amazing attitude and was so great even though the chaos of everything! I'll be back and it will mostly be because of him.
Victoria Marie: Their cooking class is terrible!! Especially when being taught by Chef Chris, she’s not one to teach a class. You pay $90 for the class only to share your 2oz chicken, a flatbread and green beans with the other people in the class. Not worth $90. Plus they don’t teach you anything.
Mary D: I was so excited to learn to the art of French pastry @surlatable and this is what I got, and it wasn’t even what I made. You would think the helpers would keep an eye on the ovens. And I wanted to take home what I baked, but instead I got someone else’s pastry. I should have been able to take my own pastry. So DISAPPOINTED. And for your planning, the classroom and surface space was WAY TOO SMALL for 12 people. I won’t be back after taking multiple classes in the past.
Kenny Isho: Took a cooking class! It was great and very informative
Phil E: Great experience purchasing several needed kitchen items. Staff are very attentive and helpful.
Justin: Do NOT go in there with a gift card of any sorts. It will get denied but your debit card works.
Brennen Robison: Very fancy kitchen store, everything you need to become a iron chef. Everything is professional grade and priced as such. Helpful staff they were very knowledgeable and eager to help. Cooking classes are available by appointment.
bon kas-mikha: Bought the z6 jura coffee maker just a heads up if you do purchase one of their coffee makers. They are good but when they need repair beware of the following: if you are in the warranty you are good. Once out of warranty and you need to send out for repair they charge you$355 and to give you another 1 year warranty it costs$220. Keep that date because if you don't renew warranty before 1 year is over then it's starts all over again where you pay $355 plus$220 if you send out for repair. But normally you will pay$220 per year to have warranty extended. They don't send out renewal reminders. If send out for repair it takes at least a week to get it back so be prepared for that as well.Another separate review took the artisan pizza class just okay. Very basic. Was disappointed. To eat we had to stand and eat at a weird counter. For the price of class I expected a nice dinner table to relax and enjoy what we just made. We had to rush and eat and get back to make another pizza. Would try another class that's not so basic and hopefully will first see if we will still have to stand to eat etc...
User LX: Did a date night flank steak with chimichurri. Have done cooking classes before and this was the worst, disappointingly, especially for the price. It was a demonstration rather than a class, we barely got to do anything, the steak was tough, we were rushed to eat at the end (standing up) and get out. Two of the other couples were joking with us that they needed to go out for dinner afterward. We did the same! Wouldn't recommend.
Jodie Eastlake: Such a fun experience. Great instructors!!
Ed Cantarella: I haven't been to the class yet - I am very taken back by these reviews. TO many are negative so I am think where there is fire, there probably IS some.I will be a bit "agro" if my experience. I too am an awesome cook and don't direction on ANY of the items. IF it is that bad and my partner agrees, I will just do my own things with the darn ingrediants. Gues I will just elave myself open to the idea that "possibly" I wil meet someone nice in the flesh. That really was my main incentive, along with some basic huma fellowship and fun. Shame it doesn't sound very "fun". I shall see - I already bought the ticket. But I will come back and leave a serous negative if it is as bad as some are saying.. GOogle reviews CAN be edit.
Garrett: Cooking classes are not worth the cost of admission. My wife and I decided to try the "Date Night Grilled Flank Steak" class with a gift cards we received (THANK GOD we had gift cards). They over book the classes so my wife and I were paired up with another couple who took over half of the cooking duties and would also touch everything we would be eating (not to say they were unsanitary). Due to this, it felt as if we just stood at our station for roughly 40 minutes doing nothing, before we ate a somewhat decent sized portion of the food we created, yet once again, we shared it with our partners since we created it with our partners. This is a roughly $80 class and it was over the weekend. Don't expect a glass of wine or even a drink or water to be offered to you and do not go with a couple of drinks in you, you will fall asleep! If I were to grade the "Chef", a D would be kind. She did not keep the class interesting, she would talk to one side of the class so the other side could not hear anything (although it could be that the class was too loud due to how large the classes are). Your stations are on a U style table and the Chef will perform what you need to do in the very middle of the U so those of us on the side of the table can't see the presentation. I think I learned one thing that I did not already know and I learned it from our partners since my wife and I could not see the demonstration. The food was subpar at best and not as good as something I could make at home, alone. I am no "Chef" but I can at least follow a recipe online that will provide better tasting food, where we can have a glass of wine and will allow my wife and I to have a date night together without being forced to share it with a couple we don't know. If you are reading this, or any of the other 1-2 star reviews, you should go to any other location for cooking classes. Expect to be waiting to go home from the second you step in the class, if you go to a class with Sur La Table. I don't typically write essays about companies but this was a particularly bad experience.
Mallory Burgess: This was such a fun way to take my mom out for a mother's day treat, we loved the cooking class which made me feel like I could cook anything! They broke down the steps super simple and all of our food was delicious. The retail store had a lot to offer as well and if you take a class you get a discount on retail. We took the French Desserts class, highly recommend.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
BradandMichelle Morgan: I was able to find the perfect gift for an upcoming wedding.
Christopher Scott: I absolutely love Williams-Sonoma. The options and selections are great for new cooks and seasoned chefs alike. Take your time looking around and you are certain to find something to make the cooking, baking or barista experience more enjoyable.
Scott Rolando: Good selection of housewares and other items.
Annamarie Conley: I went there specifically for their hot chocolate. It's expensive but worth it. I can't remember who waited on us but she have my granddaughter some peppermint sticks. That was very nice of her.
M J: Great place for all that love cooking and food 😊
Jim Olds: Nice store very expensive
Janine Johnson: Such beautiful tableware. Have really unique foods that I want to try. Great place if you like to make your own coffees and are great in the kitchen
Leanne Shashlo: Really bad customer service. The older women working there look down on everyone that comes in and dont feel the need to help younger customers. Stood in the back adjusting a place setting with their backs turned to the customers in front. Completely unfriendly, nose-up, no need to help anyone staff. Went to Crate and Barrel and got SIGNIFICANTLY better service. Will not go back to this WS location.
Amanda Arreola: I registered here for my wedding and they were incredibly helpful. Even months later when I had to return or exchange things. Love this store, and even though it’s on the smaller side in this mall the staff are great
Natalie Fowler: It's a shame when employees don't greet or assist you when you are trying to be a paying customer. Not sure if it was because we were younger or dressed more casually. Went to buy a Le Creuset but stood inside for a solid 15/20 minutes looking and discussing and an employee never came over. We were the only customers in the store. Tried to make eye contact with an employee but we were dutifully ignored. That's fine - went to Crate and Barrel and spent my money there instead.
Lev Rubel: Orders randomly get cancelled because employees don't input correct info after I received the confirmation email!
Karen Mauney: No longer give military discount. Only had the demo of the Breville Joule. When another customer asked what it was, the sales lady said "a dehydrator" which is only 1 of the 7 different devices that it can replace. She didn't try to "sell" it to the customer and sounded like she was not educated at all on what it is to be able to try to sell it to customers (although, if she would have, they didn't have any in stock at the store so the chances of actually selling them are slim to none anyways).
David Humphries: Endlessly solid... and expensive. Even above MSRP. Update: dropped another star. Again they tried to charge me 15% more than retail for a $100+ item. Walked the 100 yards to purchase same at Crate & Bbl at retail price. Walking past on my way out, I let them know. Didn't care.
Kylie Arsenault: insane prices, but it's expected when you walk into a high end cookware shop. you get what you pay for, because everything is super high quality. However the staff kind of hovers & makes me feel unwelcome when i buy only one small item rather than a full on knife set or blender... It's purely just my experience, so i fully recommend checking this place out
Richard Lehman: Always good to get some golden malted waffle mix here.
StillTrekkin: Pleasant and helpful salespeople
Randal Bentley: Friendly and very helpful staff. Great things to buy.
Colleen Wineka: Ivan was the most helpful, thoughtful & patient GM I have come across so far. She helped me solve a return issue and was able to fix an additional issue I had with ease! I don't usually comment/review people but she was so kind and easy to work with. So glad to have her at my home store!
Barie Fetter: Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have out there Christmas treats.
Jaiden S: Really nice store very expensive though.
Kyle Hankinson: Good place.
