John Milan: This place is Way more than just a paint supply store. Custom wallpaper, banner and signs, design consultation and SO MUCH MORE! As a private contractor, when comparing prices between the other major suppliers including Home Depot and Sherwin Williams;; shopping here - between the contractors discounts, quality of the product sold and the top notch service offered by knowledgeable staff - will leave the competition in the dust.This place is doing everything right. The location is just slightly off the beaten path but worth seeking out. A welcome addition to Detroit's growing pool of resources in home and commercial renovations.
Joey Schwab: Really happy to have Color Bloc in the city. They’re open on weekends which is highly appreciated, and their service is excellent. They deliver, which is great when you run out of paint in the middle of a project, and the staff is always super helpful. They also have a small selection of assorted hardware items, tools, etc which is great in a pinch when all the other hardware stores are closed (things like saw blades, drill bits, joint compound, scrapers, cleaning supplies, etc). A great place to shop!

Zac Sackko: Willow and Greg literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Greg started contorting his spine and mumbling an ancient language while locusts crawled out of his mouth to conjure a discount for my items, but Willow made sure to snap them out of it before the Lord of Darkness took complete control of Greg's body. I don't think I can find that kind of service anywhere else.
