They have a very clean practice as well. I have darker skin too and they are extremely skilled and do not burn your skin; Which can be common for black women who get any type of laser treatment if the tech is not careful or familiar with darker skin tones. Dee Oakes: I purchased a Groupon and was excited to discover this location was near my home so that in the future I would have a close place to get regular treatments because I am a facial/treatment junkie. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and I appreciated them still squeezing me in. I had paid for a micro dermabrasion which according to what I saw they had on the Groupon redeem slip is normally a $100 service and I paid $35. I have had this service before at other estheticians and spas. I didn't expect much for the 35 but I did expect them to at least clean my face before the service. I raced to that appointment from work so I did have makeup on and of course I didn't expect a facial but I did expect for them to cleanse my face before the treatment. The provider literally swiped my face with 3 makeup removing wipes or solution and there was still makeup on my face. She proceeded to perform the microdermabrasion over 12 hour old makeup. I said nothing in disbelief. Maybe she thought I was ignorant of what the service entailed. I am a massage therapist of 18 years and have used Groupon in my business. The goal is to retain customers. Now of course I didn't expect more than a cleanse and the microdermabrasion but you go above and beyond to wow the client to make them want to come back. On my leaving she asked did I want to schedule a facial. I did schedule but after thinking about it said why would I go back especially with her telling me to make sure I was my face washed before coming next time.

So hard to find a place that does the Russian technique and it is sooo worth it. ***Update 1 week later: I did the revanessa this time instead of the juvaderm after they continued to recommend it and I am super disappointed 😞 I was told the revanessa wouldn't bruise and I got way more bruising and swelling this time then I did before. I also messaged afterwards about odd bruising above my lip and got no response. I love this place but after not getting any feedback when I reached out about odd bruising made me feel like they didnt care abour recovery after service. They do have very nice staff and I will still try them again.*** UPDATE 2: the team reached out to correct My lips, I have to delay an appt til after a wedding I'm in but absolutely appreciate the help and will take them up on it!The filler seems to be settled more now and the migration isn't ad noticeable as it was on first update. Good customer service and appreciate them!

I also had a baby 1 year ago so that made aging worse. The owner was super attentive and kind, she listened to my concerns and recommended the best treatment for me. After just one treatment of picoway and Morpheus 8, I see a drastic difference in the texture of my skin. My mom and husband notice my skin more lifted tone and smooth. Ann Brown: This place does decent work but the upselling is sickening. They lie and tell you an offer is ending tomorrow to force you to book. Prices are different for everyone botox goes from $8.00 to 8.50 depending on how they feel. The picoway laser was quoted $3000 for me!!!! While others only paid $1600. They don’t listen to what you want I told them exactly what I wanted and they tried to push other services on me and got annoyed with me when I couldn’t be per-swayed. Andrea Elle: I went in last year for botox and filler and it was recommended I get threads, which I should have never agreed to without learning more about the risks. I have a fairly advanced autoimmune disease, which I had indicated on my intake forms. I had surgical suture hypersensitiviy after the procedure, and it's been a nightmare! I was told my a plastic surgeon in the area I live that threads are NOT recommended to patients with AI. I further found out that one of the contraindications of thread procedures are people with autoimmune disease. My own fault in a way. Hard lesson learned. The staff have always been kind to deal with, thus the 3* rating.
Danielle Dewyer: So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM 💥 there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didn't think my face could ever look this good. I was so pleased with everything I brought my 80 year old mother in and she got pdo threads and botox and fillers and a ultherapy treatment she got her confidence. Back and she can't stop smiling not to mention. The staff here is totall y genuineEveryone is so supportive and they really know what they're doing if you ever want to get anything done cosmetically. Matt Theisen: I have always been self conscious about residual redness on both my cheeks from prior acne (with broken capillaries) along with acne scarring. I did 4 treatments with the PicoWay Resolve Laser for $2100 starting in January 2023 (and spaced 1 month apart). I guess I should have thought out my decision to do the laser much more thoroughly. A laser will not undo the tethering that pulls down the skin to the underlying tissue (so it won't help acne scarring). You need subcision and a filler for that. That was my fault.I was so disappointed that the technician who did the laser (for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions) was more focused on my forehead lines (each time) instead of the reason I was there (for redness and texture issues on both my cheeks). Each session seemed a little rushed too. I would not recommend the PicoWay Resolve laser at Laser Duet. Then I learned some people only had to pay $1600 (while I paid $500 more). So disappointing.However, I did botox and they probably have the best price around ($8 per unit).
C London: Finding Laser Duet Med Spa was one of the best decisions I made during my weightloss journey! Samar greeted me and explained the weightloss management program: semaglutide injection, plus six vaser + zerona and Morpheus8 treatments. I currently I've lost a total of 12 lbs and I am only in my third/ fourth session! The facility is clean, smells pleasant plays good music and the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable as well. My face is already tighter and looking younger. I suffered from acne scars and fat pockets around my lower jaw line. My face looked droopy. I was desperate for a change. Thank God on a hair removal visit they had mentioned this new treatment, I feel like I really got what I had been searching for ! It is like a mini lift with micro-needling. rose butler: Nice clean friendly office. The medical assistant 's are very helpful. I like the selection of skin products in the lobby which work very well. The OTC products Dr Carter-Snell recommends are also fantastic. Dr Carter-Snell gives you tips to help you with your skin care routine.
