After explaining the situation to Ricky he said he would reimburse the fund for the socks but never did!!! Ricky set expectations that he did not meet and ended up providing a poor customer experience due to the expectations he set and did not fulfill.

It was very confusing trying to explain to our guests what they were allowed to play. Although the “attractions” are unlimited for two hours, my daughter was too short to partake in several of them, including bumper cars and the trampoline park.Furthermore, I encountered the rudest employee possible at the prize counter, who would not let me purchase a lollipop for my daughter because she didn’t have enough tickets. I will definitely not be going back.

There was one young lady who was overseeing bumper cars as well as the toy area next to the night golf...However, it was very apparent that each area she was watching required trained staff supervision with all the children around. The understaff with a full overload of patron attendance is an accident waiting to happen.

I was able to book a private room for 50 bucks for 4 hours and they gave me free plates and utensils for our birthday cake. The game play was affordable. And the guy at the register went above and beyond customer service and made sure my party had everything we needed. Will be the location I come back to every time.

Try having 2 kids with snacks, in seats watching previews and the power goes out.Fast forward to this place. The manager showed true compassion for our situation, and went above and beyond to help me salvage our fun day. This place was clean, not too loud, and all machines were working. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and were a pleasure to be around.This manager knows how to run a location. Great job everyone working today at this place. Gets busy on weekends, 1 major annoyance was having to skip games after buying the Unlimited pass because they are too busy, if you pay extra for unlimited you should be able to play EVERY game. I WONT make that mistake again, and recommend you dont either - dont fall for the scam "Unlimited". Just buy game-by-game.Bring your own refreshments. In between games they have ONE person working the counter. And hes SLOW. We waited, and waited, and waited..... gave up trying to buy a measly bottled water. Next time I will bring my own water.I didnt experience any problems with the equipment or the laser tag itself, was a lot of fun. Some of the staff come in too, so dont think you can get away with any shenanigans. I liked that. Was a good mix of ages, but mostly 12+. Everyone playing was cool. No drama. Again, DONT BUY THE UNLIMITED PASS. Dont waste your money like we did ours.

Nikki P: I am so glad we chose this arcade to host my son’s 8th birthday party!!I’ll start with when we came in, the manager and staff were very helpful in letting my son’s father and I everything about how the party is going to work. They let us keep our cupcakes in their fridge, told us when our laser tag sessions will be, got everything straight on the pizza and pop, and answers any questions we had. When all the kids arrived they all were checked in and given their wristbands and play card. We chose the Cosmic Commander party deal. Wow we got a lot for a GREAT price! Each one of the party guests received a 5$ arcade card, and we all got 3 games of laser tag. It really was a great deal and overall awesome experience. Not only did the kids have a great time, so did the adults!! Overall great place to have a birthday party! Thanks to all the great staff who helped us out!!

Maiya Budu: This place has great deals for pricing and is very fun for the whole family! We went for the Friday 5-8p unlimited laser tag deal which was only $15 a person (unlimited games!) They can hold something like 35-38 players per game (I can't recall which he said) and new games go like every 15 minutes so we played A LOT of games. It wasn't too crowded so we got to go in each round. They also have a 2hr unlimited arcade card so we played arcade games in between some of the rounds and then at the end. The 2 hr time starts when you use the card for the first time so we waited until about 6p to slide our arcade card so once 8p came, & our laser tag pass expired, we still had time for fun in the arcade!Big slushies for only $2, can of pop or bag of chips only $1 (that's the only food they have so eat before you come).The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they let me bring my toddler into the laser tag with me and made my gun be able to shoot 1 handed so I could hold my toddlers hand while still playing. That was nice so our family could all go together instead of 1 parent having to sit out.The laser tag space is really big & multi level. Classic arcade games like ski-ball, throw the ball at the clown, basket ball, and many others!Also, their prizes are actually nice! And you can get a lot of stuff for the tickets you win in that 2 hr time slot. Much better prizes than many other places I've gone.I'll also add that all the guests who came were also respectful and safe. There were kids of all ages including teens & pre-teens but no one ran over the little kids or was rude or anything. The more the merrier is how it went in the laser tag and they switch it up to do different size teams (like 2 teams, 3 teams, 4 teams or every person for themselves (free for all). It was great!Definitely recommend & will be returning!

Matthew Dippel: It seems wrong to call this place "Laser Tag" because it evokes visions of expensive little arenas, long waits, and getting clobbered by little kids who can't seem to follow the "Don't Run" rule.Little kids: Yes. 7-13 is pretty common. But so are teens, 20s and some 30-somethings, and plenty of Moms/Dads (playing along with the kids). If the kids wanted to sit out a game at a competitor's place, I'd feel weird playing alone. I don't here (and I'm older than the 30-somethings). My kids love this so much that we've gone every other week for over a year.Price: Cheaper than all but the tiny one packed into that bar/go-kart place. Cheaper than most other "fun center" activities. A little more than Skating - $15 for 3 hours on Friday, $20 on Saturday and includes a drink. The arcade offers "unlimited play" for some time period along with credit-based play using a card system (that also stores ticket values). It's really hard to find a better deal, especially when you consider ...Arena: Biggest in Michigan. Biggest outside of one in New York and one in Illinois on this half of the country (and on-par with both), and beaten only by a couple on the West Coast. This isn't a "big room with walls" ... it's a two-story *maze* that you can return to several times and discover new things about. There's very few places that offer "true" cover but many places that seem deceptively safe. It limits players "camping" (hanging out in a difficult to hit place the whole game).Equipment: Laser Force -- $10 membership cards get you a custom name, score tracking with achievements and a features added to the game as you level up. Laser Force is used at a *lot* of arenas (the little one at Kalahari in Sanduski, and a smaller arena in Warren, for example), and the cards (usually) work there, as well (you also receive an achievement). Everything actually works, too!Waits: 15 minute games, if the players are aware of the rules they skip the explanations/videos, little-to-no delay between games. If they're not busy, they'll get you in back-to-back in that 3-hour block. If they're busy, you'll do every other game, but you'll always get at least 4 in (making it a better deal than buying 4 games separately). They select game types based on the number of participants, not just going with "teams" every turn; it makes it a lot more interesting (and all of the games are at least as fun/easy as the "teams" variant).Getting Clobbered/Kid/Teens: Never an issue. They run a *great* operation here. This place *can* get busy in the winter months, especially on Saturday's afternoon session. They stop selling wristbands to ensure things move, they have security staff at night patrolling the parking lot ... I've gone every other week for over a year with my kids and there has not been *one* situation that concerned me as a parent. Either Laser Tag doesn't attract punk kids or this place keeps 'em out.

The girls especially had a great experience with young lady named Jordyn, who they called Ms Nice Lady. Was able to have "best birthday party ever" for a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure!

Blackheart Lives: A little on the dated side in the party room. Really could use a makeover. Otherwise a pretty standard arcade (some games work and some don't.) Overall the kids seem to have a good time.

Brianna Young: We had my son's birthday party here the other day, and it was a blast for the kids! The pizza provided was better than I expected. There is so much space and so much to do. All the children had a blast! I would say that if you are going to book a party, book it for AFTER 12pm since that is when they first open and they want you to arrive 15mins early to check in. The line to get in when they first open is a long wait due to going through a security check (which is fine because it made us all feel safe). It wasn't overly crowded which was nice and it was fairly easy to keep track of the kids. I would definitely recommend this place for a party. For the time you get, the amount to do, and the price....You can't beat it!

Jessica Honig: It was okay….having to go through the metal detectors and be greeted heavy security was incredibly off putting and concerning even though they’re for the opposite reasons. We were here on a friends birthday and there were a couple of filtering in through the evening. We sat by the tables by the race track because there were really no other large group seating areas. Three of us went to get drinks, by the time we had gotten service we decided to order two beers a piece (they were wrong but it was beer) because who knows when we would be served next. Since there were no other areas for our group to sit, we had to sit next to to track. I could barely hear anyone and no conversations could really be had. There are a lot of games I have never seen before and lots of activities to play that is an upside. But the jury is out if I’ll be going back even though I still have money on the card…

Jess: There are so many things to say. Several activities closed and were only for bday party guests. They need help at the snack bar, and you are checked by Warren Police before you can enter. That says it all right there. This place did not use to be like this when it first opened. Most of the workers, not all of them, looked like they did not want to be there, and if you asked them anything, most seemed immediately agitated. My niece almost fell and broke her neck in the playscape area. One of the nets completey broke, and Son had to pull her up by her leg and arm. I told a worker who was supposed to monitoring the play area, but instead on his phone. When I did tell him, he got up to go look. But came back to sit down, instead of closing off the area. This place is Ghetto and I wouldn't recommend going especially with kids.

You have to load money into the card and if you want access to all rides you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides. They can get really busy. There was no time limit… after requesting a refund we were told “our package didn’t qualify” since purchase on the terminals and not at the tills. Had to ask to be served at the counter when cashing in tickets. Overall not a great experience.

Mebb86: Great environment and extremely fun HOWEVER the birthday packages are just not worth it🤷‍♂️.Spent $300 plus tax for 2 hours which included: A couple attractions(2), tiny room, a host with no service, and 20 arcade credits which gets you maybe 4 games tops🤷‍♂️.The attractions were fine however the tiny room and basically no service from the host is absolutely not acceptable. Also 20 credits for arcades is just embarrassing😆🤦‍♂️. Would definitely recommend the place but NOT for birthdays, sorry🤷‍♂️🙏

We had 3 additional kids costing me $75 more. 2 of these kids were the age of 4, barely involved the the games. In my opinion, just not enough for the money. The value just isn't there. The kids had fun, but it was like offering a kid one smartie out of the box and not giving them the rest.Overall, the host was OK, but the venue and value for the party stunk.

Very clean, organized, delicious pizza, friendly staff, and wonderful games and activities, and be sure to check out the new virtual reality game- supercool! Reasonably priced and great for all ages! I couldn’t be happier and that is why we choose to celebrate my son’s birthday here year after year! The kindness and attention to detail by the owner and staff always exceeds my expectations. James Rathwell: Overall this was a very fun and enjoyable experience! It’s CoD without the wild game chat ;) the facility was relatively clean and well organized, and the staff was helpful and fun. In-game experience was great, with players able to play through many different match types which keep things interesting and challenging. Our instructor “Fluffy” was a ball of fun, super helpful, and informative both in pre-game instructions and in game! Only gripe was that the gear that we put on came straight of the sweaty backs of the last game, so they were sanitized but also still wet as heck… but that was a small bother, because once you start playing that almost stops being a concern entirely. 9/10 recommend, and I will definitely be back!

David McFall: Came here for the first time nice concept and staff was very friendly. However, the equipment needs some serious TLC. I spent most of my time while others were in combat getting my gun fixed 5 times. This ruined the experience for me, the opposite team had a player that couldn't be killed no matter how many times or people shot at him. The games were nice but I'm not sure I'll be back. They didn't even try to make it right since I couldn't even play most of the time.

Jesse Ortiz: Use to like this place until we went for a school event. Kids got to play the attractions. They also got a game cars to play games for one hour. Card only worked for half the games. The other games it did work on they couldn't earn tickets. Come on really its all dollar store prizes. Like they didn't make enough extra money from the parents eating and drinking. Won't go back. Get over yourselves

Mojo313: I brought my kids here to ballocity thinking they had a ball pit for the kiddos. Its just a glorified mcdonalds play area with 1 extra slide and a ball dump for $12 PER CHILD! plus the arcade is ridiculously expensive. Recession or not... end of the day though. The kiddos had a good time but a ball pit would've sure put the icing on the CAKE!

Matthew Bentley: THIS much fun should be Illegal! I mean, come on! Plenty to eat and drink to keep you fueled up! Where else can you hang from the ceiling! Nowhere, thats where! Great for birthday parties and school events! And that just on the kids side. Also plenty to keep the BIG kids (parents) busy too! Take advantage of the special offers.

Jen Michalak: I wish they had a 100 star review because this place deserves it especially Kristen the one who helped me with the stem program they started to do with the schools which I had asked about having a Girl Scout meeting for them to earn their stem patch from the time I left my number for someone to call me regarding the details to the time we were there was absolutely seem less. Kristen is genuinely so nice and super informative about everything. She even came in when she wasn’t scheduled to be there just to meet me and the troop, she hung out made sure we were good with how it was all going and then even made a follow up call a day or two later so ask about our experience which was absolutely amazing but that’s not all she then mailed out a thank you card with a couple of arcade cards as a appreciation for us having an event there. I loved this place since it had opened and now I even love it more after the Girl Scout event. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!! Thanks for everything!

We drive weekly from Toledo 5 kids are never disappointed (parents either ) adult kid and family oriented the place is family owned and ran there memberships are the greatest idea pays for itself one visit a month when we go for dinner (platinum membership includes food every visit!!) the whole place is themed around motor city and antique cars engines motors repair shops defiantly an A+ ten star would recommend again! I’m fast to do a bad review honestly … it’s harder to wow me but they did… cheap fast friendly family fun what else could you ask for! Oh the pizza is awesome too!!! Good food add that

Kathy T: food was great, not your typical menu, chips, salsa, pizza, pretzels with cheese dip. I know that might sound typical but it was higher quality items and you could taste it. They serve alcohol and lots of physical games for the whole family. Deceiving from the outside because it is very large inside. Family owned. Service was great, cup of water was free, so they are not nickel and dime every thing. I was well taken care of.

Allen Richardson: Little pricey but my daughter had a great time be back soon it means a lot to me them offering a military discount which shows that they are appreciative for what sacrifices veterans and active military have done and keep doing for our country.

Tammy Robinson: I've always given this place high reviews but like any other establishment they get greedy, I understand the cost in every day economy has gone up but the prices here are getting ridiculous...One example their 20oz was $5 unlimited refills.. now it's $3 EVERY cup.I MEAN COME ON, YOU RAISE THE PRICE OF ATTRACTIONS THEN SKY ROCKET THE FOOD/ DRINKS ALSO.I'm not one to want something for nothing but there has to be a happy middle and something that won't cost me a mortgage payment to bring 4 kids and two adults just for a family night out.

Jessica Zanlungo: Such a fun place with so many different things to do. They have a full kitchen with good food & a full service bar. This is a great place for kids and adults to enjoy. There is a full arcade, bumper cars, virtual reality, laser tag and a ropes course and more

Nikki B: It's a fun place. On the expensive side. So I was really surprised at how filthy it was. Particularly the ball area. The slides had a thick layer of dust. The corners also looked neglected. Needless to say, it's overdue for a deep clean. So if your children have really bad allergies be aware or beware. I did take pictures of my children playing which shows the visible dust I mentioned but it also has other children in the background so I do not plan on posting.
