Y Malveaux: I was told by a reliable source that the owners (Asian decent), doesn't care about the upkeep, they only want to money. Par for the course of most Asian owned businesses in urban cities. If it weren't for James, a true sweetheart, they wouldn't have the little quality he maintains. Thanks you James for your awesome care you put into a place I wouldn't give second thoughts to return. Having you around makes it all worth it.Open 24/7 is a bonus.
Charlie Hood: Nasty rat dropping on the folding table, worker blame rat dropping on customer, left dropping on table didn't clean it up.
Helen Giles: Prices were a little higher than I'm use too and all the dryers were not hot enough. But it turned out fine.
Mo Mo: A vagrant is at the front desk. I saw skid marks on his pants So You get the scent of defecation upon entering. The floors are filthy. The machines halfway work and are dirty or smell of mildew. They renovated only for it to go downhill starting 2020. Maybe they’re trying to compensate for subpar environment with reduced pricing compared to previous years but the stinch was so strong today i could hardly breathe. I tried to tough it out over these few years but it’s no way in hell I’ll continue to spend my money here. No matter how cheap it is. The owners just don’t care and it’s beyond evident.

It could use a bit of cleaning but overall it's a decent place BUT the dryers are only 7 minutes for the 1st quarter you put in and 6 minutes for every quarter after. Not really sure why that is but it got the job done so no worries here.

Nightman: I have had nothing but great experiences at WashingTon's! The owner is super approachable and helpful. So is the rest of the staff. It's ALWAYS clean and all of the machines always work. The main reason why I continue to support this business though, is because of all of the services it offers the community (faxing, notaries, shredding, scanning, the works!). It's inspiring to see someone look at our community and try and fill the gap of services we desperately need. I only wash my clothes here for that reason.

Sharon Wells: My first time at this laundromat, and it was a pleasant experience. The attendant, Lisa, was very helpful and nice. It was the cleanest one I had ever been in. I will definitely return.

But not the full rating bc the dryer didn't completely dry and it smelled burnt...like maybe they need to replace their dryer belts.

A Foundational Black American Man: Open till 10pm weekdays and probably on weekends too... Last wash loads at 9pm... $4 small, $6.25 medium, $9 large quarters only washing machines. 25¢ per 7 minutes quarter coin dryers. Clean newish well maintained gum free washers and dryers.

John James: It's convenient and the driers seem a lot more clean than other laundromats I've been to. Something weird happens almost every time my partner is there alone, but almost never when I'm there, so that might well just be the pervasive misogyny of our society manifesting rather than a specific feature of the laundromat itself.
Le Rose Williams: I utilize this laundromat frequently! As other reviewers have stated, it is very well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I’ve never felt as though the machines were dirty, and you can put in black clothing WITHOUT retrieving it with dirt and lint in the wash cycle (from an unkept machine). There are about 3 different sizes for washing, depending on your size of load. I LOVE IT! I enjoy washing here, and taking a walk through Dequinder Cut while clothes are drying.

Fie Fie: The worst laundromat ever! The attendant was very rude and unprofessional! I accidentally opened the wrong dryer unsure if the clothes were mine I scanned the clothes. The attendant then said the clothes weren’t mine .. (since My girlfriend put the clothes in the dryer I asked her was she sure) I wasn’t sure I said I’d go out to the car to ask .. the attendant (who was on the phone) went on a rant making slanders ! Calling me names .. granted it was in fact the wrong dryer! Before I could make it in to apologize to the young lady she demanded an apology.. things escalated.. I was then labeled a thief trying to steal ppl clothes .. I was called “goofy nigger” I was told I’m broke for washing at the laundromat! She called me ugly and said I looked crazy (my hair is loc’d and nappy) She literally argued me for 15 minutes.. things calmed down ! She proceeded to call someone (on FaceTime) and make a threat (using her pointer and thumb) “I’m this close to putting my hands on him” .. the attendant then pointed her camera at me to show the person on FaceTime.. I was beyond embarrassed everyone in the establishment was looking at me.. I was belittled bcuz she “got a washing machine and dryer and don’t gotta come to no laundromat” not only is that insulting to me but everyone who was there using the laundromat .. i was too ashamed and furious to fold my clothes .. in my defense all I could say was “I’m washing my work clothes” I wasn’t only washing my work clothes .. after leaving I left management a message… management called back within 10 minutes.. I tried to explain to the young man (I believe his name is Ken) he completely backed his employee.. I dnt think I can ever go to a laundromat again !
