Chaudhry Tawab: Lady at the counter was rude! No smile or welcome! There is no such system of line or first come first go here at this shop. Lady who picks up hats for higher rows had an attitude that she us not willing to find the right size. Variety is good but extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this place unless they re train their front line people.

Wart: Who’s the District Manager of this place?Customer service is at an all time low here. They don’t greet you when you come in and they don’t say a word to you when you’re standing right next them for 10 minutes. They just play on their phone or talk to each other. I had $300 ready to drop on hats until they completely ignored me. When I brought up their lack of customer skills they yelled at me to leave the store. Locker Room is no better. Trash service. Nobody should buy from these people.

Arturo Garcia: Prices are kind of high. Staff (4 of them) was hanging out just talking. When my son and I tried to pay, we were told "she'll help you". A girl was playing on her phone and said "hold on a sec". We had to wait for her to finish texting before she would even acknowledge us. She put down her personal phone and picked up their little payment thing, but wasn't too competent using it. Took a while to cash out. Nobody greatest us. Nobody offered any help. We had to ask people to help us even though everyone always just standing around and playing on their phones.

Zachery Grew: I went here looking to get a hat embroidered. I call ahead of time on the phone to make sure I had everything I needed. On the phone the employees didn’t really sound like they cared about what I was trying to do. I finally got to store with the .dst file that I was told I needed. I asked a worker who I should talk to about getting a hat embroidered. She didn’t even say anything and just pointed towards another employee. I then talked to that employee and they seemed really unhappy and made me feel like an inconvenience. I just ended up leaving after that. I felt uneasy with the store and the energy of the workers. TLDR; Straight up did not have a good time.

The Donnelleys: I visited the store on 4/13/22 in the morning. There was a customer before me who was getting custom embroidery. The Lidz employee was incredibly patient and kind to this person who was very particular about the embroidery. The employee made the multiple changes the customer asked for and there wasn’t a hint of frustration or impatience. The customer stuck around to watch the embroidery and when it was my turn to check out the employee continued to be kind and calm and didn’t even hint that he may have been frustrated with the customer before me. I was so impressed with his patience, kindness and calm demeanor.

Lisa Dragan: Super friendly and helpful staff. Had 2 hats custom made, which exceeded my expectations and were done in 45 minutes. They probably would have been done sooner but they had 2 other hats ahead of mine.
Marcus Horton: Horrible customer service. The sales person was very rude. He appeared to be on drugs or under the influence of something. I was looking for a particular hat and he ask if I had a problem. Then when I asked for a return he asked was I okay. He was using profanity the whole time and was trying to cause a confrontation. Eric Riddle: One of the last surviving stores in Lakeside mall. That place is a ghost town and I'm not sure how they even keep the lights on.However Lids is still operating as normal. I will only shop for hats in that location moving forward due to her customer service!!I went to (LIDS) across the hall from the locker room and the customer service was disgusting.Not even greeted and the girl with long fake lashes long straight brown hair and a taller man continued there conversation, didn’t even look up at us! I asked the young lady questions about hat sizing and she was extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered with us even gave me attitude when I asked to see a Size 7 hat!! She basically nudged the hat at me and gave me one word answers to the point where I just left! I will NEVER shop in that store again!!LIDS needs to take a lessons from LOCKER ROOM! Two very different views of customer service CLEARLY!!

Larry Douglass: A bit more selection than Sarnia, but didn't need any and across the hall there was another LIDS with shirts as well. Lots to choose from in both stores.
Inspectah Tech: Great selection, Price's are not too bad , especially during buy one get one half off
Mike Crawford: Good selection of sports hats and brand names but pricey.
