Courtney Johnson: I registered my daughter for private at home lessons on 5/18 and paid the $20 registration fee. I received no communication after registering. I followed up via phone on 6/3 (over 2 weeks after registering) and left I voicemail. I followed up a week later on 6/10 with another voicemail and sent an email asking for a response or refund at this point. I was then finally contacted later that afternoon. Suzette was apologetic and explained (in detail) that she had some personal stuff going on. I was very understanding but also thought it was very unprofessional. She then said she would get a schedule over to me on Friday 6/11. Never heard from her. So, I followed up again today on 6/15 via email asking for a schedule or requesting a refund, only to get a response from her that indicated she would be giving me a refund. Regardless of personal stuff going on, this is a business and a poorly run one at that. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and time wasted.

Randy Olmstead: Really impressed with how quickly they got my kids swimming! I was skeptical at first by their alternative methods of teaching but it totally works! My 6&4 yr olds have just completed one session of lessons (neither could swim before or were particularly safe in water) now they can both SWIM and safely! They LOVE it here. They can do a couple of different strokes (the length of the pool) float on their backs and are even confident enough to jump off the diving board (with their teacher ready to assist below of course!) They are worked hard and pushed to their personal level of comfort so the kids have a great sense of pride in their accomplishments. They look forward all week to their swimming lessons and the ratio of teacher to student is fantastic. Couldn’t be happier to find this place. Just wish I’d found it sooner!

R H: I took my kids here after the lack of progress at one of the chain schools that advertise on TV and on billboards. I saw an immediate impact on the kids with the change of program that is geared towards getting your kids to swim quickly. It seems the other school was very slow and at times the instructors where not engaged with the children. Not the case here! It is also nice to know the owners are directly involved in teaching.

Elizabeth Meinhart: Do not go here from summer camp!!! The counselors are on their phones at drop off. No one was watching the children. My daughter was taken off campus to the McDonald’s so that the counselors could get food. One counselor was like a drill sergeant screaming at children to line up when it was time to take attendance. Horrible camp! Go to Salvation Army camp instead; similar pricing and exceptional counselors who really care.

A very real and tangible sense of Community has lived here since well,the late 60s or 70s? WhenvI was a new Grieving Widows 12 yrs ago..they gave me a free membership, new mittens hugs . they brought me tissues to dry my tears..these are people who will save u with CPR all of them always watching out for you! It's just so uncommon but God Bless this team here!

Christopher Juarez: I have never in my life been treated so poorly for wanting to give blood to help a cause.. Yelled at and told we are “short staffed” when 6 people are sitting around. My advice is to find another donation center where your kindness is appreciated.

Anna Natushko: With no explanation, they cancelled my twice over confirmed appointment that I had for today. I called and was told the reason was “negative appointment time”. Have no idea what that means and they would not explain. I figure for them to answer the phone saying they are in a crisis and need blood, they wouldn’t be cancelling donation appointments.

Holly Gray: This is my perfered location to go to make donations, it's clean and updated, the staff is professional, I donate plasma when I can, they listen to your needs when donating, as I have to use the iodine solution to clean my arms.They talk and keep you comfortable the whole time, I do prefer more attention to the set up and my arms and less talk but each person is different this would still be my first choice facility!I also prefer this location over mobil blood drives.

Rayla E: Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to swim hours/lap lane availability (lifeguard on duty issues) The staff there is truly amazing. I mentioned a concern about the hours being very slim on times.TWO people got back to me about the issue quickly and they are trying to get more lifeguards(I know they hire teens, which is nice). But we just were not able to enjoy the facility due to the restrictions on pool hours. The place is clean. Managers (ms Rushlow assisted me) was truly great. Got back to me quickly made sure we had a tour etc. We may go back. This is a great place to have. Wish taylor had one of our own! If only every place had great staff like this place does!! Great people

Mariana Leon: I highly recommend staying away from this place, unless you're trying to get a skin infection by swimming in the pools which is what ended up happening to my boyfriend. Sunday was our first day going there we went for a casual swim, and I started noticing my boyfriends face was getting red. 3 hours later his whole right cheek was swollen, he had a fever and we immediately went to the doctors we were informed he had a skin infection that was caused by the pool. We tried to let the supervisor know but sadly it seems like they don't care.
