Debbie Y Ting: I ordered sylvania night lights and it was 50 bucks for 1. On the description it said case pack of 6. So I thought it was for 6 lights. And no it was only 1 light. This light sells only for 13 dollars at home depot. Why is gods name would you charge 50dollars. You're a rip off you don't even deserve any rating.
Connie Bellman: I ordered a light on 3/10/21 and the packing slip shows it was printed on 4/6/21. I called today, 8/24/21 to find out how to return the light because now that the construction is finally done on the room, we determined that the light is too large for the space. I explained that we had trouble with contractors coming to finish the work and it took months longer than it was supposed to. The woman on the phone said the light can not be returned and cited a 60 day return policy. I asked if an exception could be ade because it is very common knowledge that covid has delayed everything as far as contractors go and the light is still wrapped in plastic and in the original packaging and box. I also asked how I was supposed to know about this 60 day policy becuase the packing slip does not indicate this. The statement about returns says, "Return eligibility is at the discretion of Lighting Supply and is subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price and any freight costs." It appears that they just don't allow for returns no matter what. Terrible service especially in times like this. Buyer beware!! Even Home Depot is accepting returns for 6 months from the date of purchase due to the back log for contractors.It's bad enough we've had our home torn apart for this long, now we can't even recover the money from this light to buy one that will fit where we want it.

Constance King: I bought a spiral light bulb in December 2019. I called an electrician when on/off switch stopped working. Electrician determined bulb was not good. I called to request a refund and was told there is a 60 day return policy. Regardless of return policy a light bulb should last longer than 8 months!

Website checkout did not say that it was out of stock (later found out I received an email about this but it was in my spam folder). I showed up and they said the part was not in stock but they agreed to ship to me this one time because of the mixup. Appreciate the great customer service and communication.

ted moosman: Unethical, shady practices. Yesterday I found Atlas PFL126LED light for good price on their website at ~$380 apiece. I called them and ordered 8. They took credit card info and confirmed order was placed. I never saw a email receipt so I call them today. They say a "security check" on my card failed and indicated it was declined and only way to continue with the order was a wire transfer. They say you can still place the same order. I tell them to send me wire instructions and I will do that. They seemed surprised but sent instructions along with an updated quote - not expected - with a price over $100 more apiece than less than 24 hours ago. They told me original quote and price was still good on the phone. So I check website and suddenly it has the price at over $100 apiece also. So I checked with my credit card company and they never attempted any transactions let alone decline any. They are flat out lying to get out of honoring price and sale, and well as manipulating the purchase process. I will be doing a BBB compliant.

Joshua Creech: Everything you’d need for lighting. Have a weird bulb, broken bulb, or even just questions, this is the place.Came here with a bulb from a stove that I could not figure out what kind it was. Showed the gentleman the bulb and he goes “Where the heck did you get this from?” Explained where and he goes well it’s a European bulb and of course I have it. Had the replacement bulb within 3 minutes of walking in. Stayed another 30 minutes learning all about bulbs/colors and anything and everything I was curious about.Was even assisted by a second employee who is pictured in the photos.
Nikolas Mika: P&M had some unusual fluorescent tubes that I couldn't find anywhere else, and even shipped them to me since I don't live nearby. Very happy with my purchase and Paul's assistance.
Susan White: I recently used this company for some at home work. My outside lights were old and not working and the inside switches didn't work (bought this house recently). Paul sent Maurice to my house who very skillfully and patiently figured out the problems and got everything working great. Can't say enough good things about them!
Carly Atto: A hidden gem! I bought a huge art deco lamp from Facebook marketplace that stopped working as soon as I brought it home. Did a Google search and found these guys down the street from me. They repaired the lamp in a day for an extremely reasonable price and were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend.
