Dee Oakes: I purchased a Groupon and was excited to discover this location was near my home so that in the future I would have a close place to get regular treatments because I am a facial/treatment junkie. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and I appreciated them still squeezing me in. I had paid for a micro dermabrasion which according to what I saw they had on the Groupon redeem slip is normally a $100 service and I paid $35. I have had this service before at other estheticians and spas. I didn't expect much for the 35 but I did expect them to at least clean my face before the service. I raced to that appointment from work so I did have makeup on and of course I didn't expect a facial but I did expect for them to cleanse my face before the treatment. The provider literally swiped my face with 3 makeup removing wipes or solution and there was still makeup on my face. She proceeded to perform the microdermabrasion over 12 hour old makeup. I said nothing in disbelief. Maybe she thought I was ignorant of what the service entailed. I am a massage therapist of 18 years and have used Groupon in my business. The goal is to retain customers. Now of course I didn't expect more than a cleanse and the microdermabrasion but you go above and beyond to wow the client to make them want to come back. On my leaving she asked did I want to schedule a facial. I did schedule but after thinking about it said why would I go back especially with her telling me to make sure I was my face washed before coming next time.

So hard to find a place that does the Russian technique and it is sooo worth it. ***Update 1 week later: I did the revanessa this time instead of the juvaderm after they continued to recommend it and I am super disappointed 😞 I was told the revanessa wouldn't bruise and I got way more bruising and swelling this time then I did before. I also messaged afterwards about odd bruising above my lip and got no response. I love this place but after not getting any feedback when I reached out about odd bruising made me feel like they didnt care abour recovery after service. They do have very nice staff and I will still try them again.*** UPDATE 2: the team reached out to correct My lips, I have to delay an appt til after a wedding I'm in but absolutely appreciate the help and will take them up on it!The filler seems to be settled more now and the migration isn't ad noticeable as it was on first update. Good customer service and appreciate them!

Ann Brown: This place does decent work but the upselling is sickening. They lie and tell you an offer is ending tomorrow to force you to book. Prices are different for everyone botox goes from $8.00 to 8.50 depending on how they feel. The picoway laser was quoted $3000 for me!!!! While others only paid $1600. They don’t listen to what you want I told them exactly what I wanted and they tried to push other services on me and got annoyed with me when I couldn’t be per-swayed. Andrea Elle: I went in last year for botox and filler and it was recommended I get threads, which I should have never agreed to without learning more about the risks. I have a fairly advanced autoimmune disease, which I had indicated on my intake forms. I had surgical suture hypersensitiviy after the procedure, and it's been a nightmare! I was told my a plastic surgeon in the area I live that threads are NOT recommended to patients with AI. I further found out that one of the contraindications of thread procedures are people with autoimmune disease. My own fault in a way. Hard lesson learned. The staff have always been kind to deal with, thus the 3* rating.
Danielle Dewyer: So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM 💥 there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didn't think my face could ever look this good. I was so pleased with everything I brought my 80 year old mother in and she got pdo threads and botox and fillers and a ultherapy treatment she got her confidence. Matt Theisen: I have always been self conscious about residual redness on both my cheeks from prior acne (with broken capillaries) along with acne scarring. I did 4 treatments with the PicoWay Resolve Laser for $2100 starting in January 2023 (and spaced 1 month apart). I guess I should have thought out my decision to do the laser much more thoroughly. A laser will not undo the tethering that pulls down the skin to the underlying tissue (so it won't help acne scarring). You need subcision and a filler for that. That was my fault.I was so disappointed that the technician who did the laser (for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions) was more focused on my forehead lines (each time) instead of the reason I was there (for redness and texture issues on both my cheeks). Each session seemed a little rushed too. I would not recommend the PicoWay Resolve laser at Laser Duet. Then I learned some people only had to pay $1600 (while I paid $500 more). So disappointing.However, I did botox and they probably have the best price around ($8 per unit).

Samar greeted me and explained the weightloss management program: semaglutide injection, plus six vaser + zerona and Morpheus8 treatments. Dara Fish: First time ever getting botox I got 40 units, as you can see the bottom picture was taken the day I had my treatment (4-4-23) I had very deep forehead lines and my makeup would always settle into them. I wasn't sure what to expect, nothing is a miracle treatment the first time. The top picture was taken today (4-17-23) I was told after 15 day's that I may need to go back for touch-ups. Although my lines are not completely gone, my makeup doesn't settle as much into them. I'm hoping the touch up does a little more. It's all about a confidence booster for yourself. The office is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The only negative thing I truly have to say (which again may help once I get the touch ups) is my right eyebrow lifts when I make a face and shows my forehead lines, whereas my left doesn't 😅 Hopefully this will go away.I wish I knew the young lady who did the treatment, she was very kind, answered all my questions and was very gentle. My face became infected as a result from this procedure. Please take care of YOUR face. It is the only face God has given you. I now have a depression on the right side of my cheek and I have a scar. The lumps are everywhere on either side.

A dermatologist was going to charge 7x what I paid here with poor customer service. The staff at Zeiva is friendly, personable, and laid back. Dark skin is not an issue here. Zeiva kept telling me to be patient and shes trying different settings but no improvement… nothing. My tattoos are still the same. I just let them take my money, and there was absolutely no change in any area of body for the sessions of full body i had done! They also dont take their time on you! She rushes, i am not even sure she even cared. She is a very nice lady, but all they care about is taking your money and they act like they’re so cheap.

Rasha Zaid: been to several laser removing places in Windsor and in the States and did multiple sessions . With that being said, you can only imagine the amount of money paid with no definite results. The hair grows back in a month as if no laser was done. It felt like I was getting waxing service done but in a pricey way. I finally came across Zeiva's instagram page and decided I had nothing to lose and went and tried their laser service. BY FAR the best I have EVER gotten. because her machine was AMAZING I decided to get a full body done and I never regretted that decision. By far the best decision I have made. Amazing prices for the results obtained.

Jennifer Brown: I have been seeing Dr Ferrara for a variety of issues since I was a teenager (I am now in my 30s) and he is always pleasant to work with. I usually have a lot of questions and he is patient and kind. The office is very efficient, and I never have to wait long to be seen.

Four weeks after the treatment, the capillaries were completely healed and disappeared. I was astounded! Professional atmosphere and very reasonably priced procedure, I will definitely be back. Dr Caretti listens and pays attention which means so much & her PA was terrific & helpful in looking into another minor problem I had. Jason Hamika: I was disgusted to hear that on my last appointment there they wanted to charge me $.25 for a mask. I work for a government entity and the government doesn’t even enforce masks… and most places don’t. So the government is not mandating CDC and and they want me to pay for a mask to go in your office? Sorry they’re not that special I told them I was not coming back there again and I found another office around the corner from my house. Glad that their insistent $.25 mask mandate got in the way of earning hundreds/thousands of dollars for my business…
Jennifer: I really recommend the Physicians Assistant that works here, John. He is very professional, works quickly but not rushed, and is thorough in answering any qs you have. I’ve seen him probably 5 times now in the past 7 or so years and he’s always been great to work with.
kyra elston: If you want to be treated horribly, charged a ton of money, and spend time on the phone being told you are lying about your patient experience, this will be the perfect practice for you to go to. Otherwise I’d suggest going literally anywhere else. I am left with scaring, the originally problem still present, and now hefty medical bills 2 months prior to my wedding. Save yourself the trouble and go to a practice that actually cares about their patients.

Farrackan Millender: This establishment is top notch from the outside looking in and as it relates to the location of the practice in Gross pointe. However, as it relates to actually treating “ Melanated Skin” or People of color, they did poorly. I have no idea how other people felt, but as for me I’ll never be back. Rather than prescribing a script for daily washing, or a moisturizer, they wrote me a generic mediocre cream and pushed this LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT. I won’t be back. Next time treat the issue, instead of pushing a profitable invention.

Alexandra Hutting: Regrettably, I have always used Dr. Ferrara's practice for small immediate treatments and concerns while using a more reputable doctor in Bloomfield Hills for skin cancer checks and procedures. This practice lacks due diligence, they have never inquired or completed a skin screening. I will no longer tolerate Dr. Ferrara's and his employee's poor practices after they billed something as a surgical procedure unbeknownst to me and refused to correct their error.

Sonya E.: Our Family has been seeing Dr. Balle for decades. Very professional and knows exactly what to do in each situation. The staff is very professional too. This has nothing to do with the service at the office itself but I notice it says on Google they close at 5pm but when I called to make an appointment at 4:30 a message says it's closed. Just wondering if they shut their phones down at 4:30pm or if they actually close at 4:30pm. Because to me if it's closes at 5pm they should be answering their phone till 5pm. Also one time I encountered an accident on the way to their office which I called to let them know while driving there. I was 15 minutes late. I walked in and they said "sorry they couldn't see me" when I got there after telling me on the phone it was okay. We live 15 miles away, not a short ride.
