Jordan Mears: Dr. Masri BOTCHED MY FACE to the point where I either looked like I had a stroke or and allergic reaction when shooting in the tear duct area... and the one time I tell him to "go conservative" he put 65 units of botox in my face to be over frozen on top of the crazy stroke looking situation going on under my eyes. I cannot help but think this was done as a financial move because I had said I was moving to florida and I feel as if the motive was to get as much money out of me as possible because I may never be back. brooke wiese: Overall experience with surgery was good. I was told they provide 3 complimentary laser treatments for scarring. My 3rd appointment was set and cancelled by them due to the machine breaking - in January. I had to call about rescheduling 2 times- once in February and again in March. And the 2nd time was told I can no longer get this laser treatment at a time I previously was seen for it (4:30pm) because they set a new schedule. This procedure takes a total of 5 minutes and as someone with a full time job until 4 pm I cannot take off work to drive 40 minutes round trip for a 5 minute laser. The front desk staff I spoke to was not accommodating at all. Very disappointing considering I am not happy with the scarring at this point- 7 months out.

Yasmin Traini: Nov of 2020 I went in for what I considered reconstructive/reparative surgery (tummy tuck, muscle repair) and not what most consider purely cosmetic. I was met with a physician who has the same attitude. She showed me that she believes medicine and care need to be held to the highest standard regardless of if the procedure is elective, a concept many surgeons hold very loosely. I went to 5 consults before I met Dr. Hardaway and every doctor was sales-pitchy, over-promising and obsessed with appearance. Dr.Hardaway was frank and clear, reserved in nature and strictly professional. Finally! Why is it so hard to find that?Her surgical nurse Lisa is …perfect. That woman is a saint and Brenda the Nurse Anesthetist is so compassionate and professional too. Their two personalities will balance out Dr.Hardaway’s (sometimes) dry personality. It’s the perfect mix of welcoming and kind yet professional. They work well as a team.I had only 2 minor complaints that I share only as a warning. The recovery time post surgery is non-existent (literally got me dressed and sent me home). I later saw that they do make up for it with very dedicated post-op care in the 2-52 weeks after surgery.Secondly, the nurse who took care of me for post-op appointments can sometimes be aggressive when removing stitches or doing checks on wounds. But she is receptive so I just had to remind her a couple of times to ease up and she tried her best. Just mentally prepare yourself that those appointments aren’t fun.Overall though, my experience was great and I’ve already recommended her to 2-3 friends who have also gotten surgery by Dr. Hardaway.Dr.Hardaway has a lot to be proud of; ownership of her surgical center and practice, both of which are dedicated to clinical excellence, speak for themselves. The office full of empowered females of diverse backgrounds, different professional levels and roles which is great. It is not lost of me the time and energy she puts in to her overall business/career.

The staff always asked if you need anything and puts you in a relaxed mood. Dr. Kaiser is always on time, and very efficient in explaining what he is doing when he is doing it. he makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone but him. I also plan on going to him for my rhinoplasty in the future. Until the nose, I will continue to go there for maintenance on Botox and fillers. I have also had Facial peels done by Alycia, which are a dream. Thank you Dr. Kaiser and staff, see u in a couple of months. :)

Sherboom Lakalaka: Had a procedure a while back in which the office/hospital staff were very pleasant, but I am not at all happy with the results. Had a breast lift (my chest was not big to begin with) and followed instructions to the letter but my post-op results looked about the same as before. When I mentioned that they looked like they were drooping significantly after 2 weeks he was like, "oh no, they look fine" until he measured himself; but was still apathetic. At the next appointment a couple of months later he mentioned something like, if I were to redo them blah blah blah or if you get a reduction...blah blah blah. Schakerra Edwards (Kerra): Dr. Kayser is hands down one of the best plastic surgeons around today! My experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I had a breast lift with implants, tummy tuck and liposuction to my flanks in April 2016. I was very scared to have this procedure done because I wasn't sure how things would turn out and Dr. Kayser and his staff met with me multiple times before my procedure to ensure that I would go into the operating room without feeling uneasy. The thing that sold me on Dr. Kayser was his patience and compassion for me and I knew without a doubt that he isn't just in the business for the money. I had a few surgeries in the past due to health concerns and I had great doctors for those procedures but one thing that stood out to me about Dr. Kayser was that he offered to say a prayer before my procedure. My results are phenomenal! My breasts look amazing and my silicone breast implants look very natural. My tummy tuck looks amazing as well. My scars are barely visible. If I had to do this procedure all over again, I would travel across the country just to have Dr. Kayer as my surgeon a million times! I can't say enough good things about my experience. I know someone that had breast implants and a tummy tuck by Dr. Kayser and her results were great as well. That's how I found him.

MAC MAC: I met Dr. Kayser 17 years ago. After having two children I was completely flat chested, actually inverted. I wanted breast augmentation, but was really afraid to do so. I couldn't have been happier. These saline implants only have a life span of 10-12 years. 17 Years later I had a leak in one implant. Deborah Pindzia: Dr. Kayser is amazing. I started my journey with him five years ago. I had consulted with several surgeons about a breast reduction. I was never comfortable with my breast size and was ready (thought I was) for a change. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Kayser. So I met with Dr. Kayser in June of 2012 and he and I discussed the procedure. He said, “Deborah, I want you to wait. To get the result you want you need to lose weight and then you will feel and look great”. I wasn’t offended because Dr. Kayser was so sincere. I felt he truly cared about my health and me. All of the other surgeons were going to take my money and do the procedure – not one of them had talked to me about the future. So I began my weight loss journey. I still saw Dr. Kayser once or twice a year for Botox. I loved the Botox result. Finally November 2016 I was ready! I had lost almost 100 lbs. and now weighed 150 lbs. - the goal weight Dr. Kayser and I had set during my first visit. This is important – I live 1500 miles away in New Mexico and had been flying back and forth to see him for four and a half years. Every visit was carefully planned out and scheduled. When I met Dr. Kayser I trusted him immediately and knew he was sincere and I knew I wanted him to do my plastic surgery. I scheduled my surgery for January of 2017. I turned 50 in March and wanted to be healed by then. I opted for a breast lift, tummy tuck, and an arm lift (mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and brachioplasty). If it's something I don't need he tells me that he doesn't think I need it and why. Plus he doesn't operate out of his office like some of them others out there, (just trying to make more money), he puts the patients safety first. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!
