Wu: Pizza has too little sauce, the payment tye workers get isn't enough but they should do a better job at earningEdit: They re-opened after a while and changed everything, new employees, new technology. The new tech is good considering sometimes back then before the renovation they had, the card would take your money, It's fixed and they also have a pizza delivery machine, considering the new employees and the renovation from a nasty place with undercooked pizza to cleaner and crunchy delicious pizza it's a great place to get pizza if your in a rush.

Sellygang Gunn: Hot mess a 5 minute wait time turned into 25 minutes. I had a horrible experience asked about the wait time on my order and got attitude because I didn't want to argue. Waited to show me she had power and served two additional customers getting them in and out in under 2 minutes. Management was clueless as to what was taking place up front. I have seen employees come and go and I won't say I will miss this new batch of workers. I recommend going here if you want 20-40 minute wait time and a large side of rude better take your money elsewhere waiting for this place to close and something else to open up.

William Morris: I swear, this has to be one of the worst pizza places on earth! Not because the food is horrible or anything, just inconsistency. They never answer the phone. You never know if they're open. You never know if they have enough staff. You never know if the pizza is hot or ready like they advertise. You never know if your pizza will even be cut right. Half the time I have to cut my pizza again once I get home. I just went there on a Thursday afternoon, a little before 2pm to try and get a Hot N Ready pizza. The guy at the register tells me 30-35 minutes! I started to ask why??? Then I said I don't even want to hear the excuse and walked out the door. Can't even get anything quick anymore. Guess it'll be frozen pizza from home for lunch today.*UPDATE:It's currently Sunday, February 26th and I decided to walk on in and give them a try after walking to the store. I stood in a relatively long line for about only 5 minutes, not bad. The bad part was when the young lady told me how long it would be for a simple Hot N Ready pizza, 30 minutes?! The last few times I've been here I was told the exact same thing. That cannot be true! Seems like something they tell you to clear the line up real quick. Any who, I don't have all day so I decided to leave. Get it together folks, it's not rocket science! This location continues to be terrible with no end in sight for their horrible business practices!

Ron Craig: Has to be consistently the WORST LITTLE CAESARS IN METRO DETROIT! It is currently 9:25pm the location close at 10pm and they have shut ovens off and stopped taking orders. If you actually catch them during daytime business hours be prepared for at least a 15 min or greater wit just for a plain hot and ready. I've personally called a order in ahead of time (15 min before arriving) and still had to wait another 15 min for just pizza n wings. The attitudes of the clerks are very temperamental and aggressive the whole location needs to be evaluated n put under new management and structure.

I must say they were very crowded as usual! HOWEVER cashier, when people have dedicated orders, don't feel pressure at the window to tell someone it's a 30-minute wait! Literally stood there and watched one of our pizzas out of 10 to a lady who didn't seem to want to wait the time... then pulled another pizza from someone else's order to satisfy ours. Then to hear a young lady(employee) get a "visitor" and complain about how busy they've been and people wanting to place large orders and she wanna be at home with her man on a Sunday and she don't understand why people won't cook... if people didn't place orders, you wouldn't have a job or a NEED to be there... if you don't want to work, don't! Called them they said they would remake my order and then they remake it with very little salt on crust and no pepperoni on it! Terrible service there and can't get an order right for the life of them! I'll never order from them.again!

Detroit's Finest EL: The cheese bread was good better than the one on Nine Mile and Wyoming however the attitudes and then being extremely slow was terrible and the floor was so greasy and slippery you could fall if you're not aware when you walk into the store they don't clean their mouth apparently it has Butter all in it which is disgusting and they don't have food ready like they supposed to whatever system they have is not working because they have people outside the door waiting for food and it just takes too long they need a whole entire crew and a new manager that will make sure the floor is clean when the customers walk in and not slip and fall if they don't correct that they're going to get sued want a customer does fall the floors disgustingVegetarian options: I'll order the Italian cheese bread because I don't eat meat so that's a good vegetarian option even though I'm a pescatarian I eat seafood and fish for Little Caesars doesn't offer that probably too protect others from allergies.

Mr Mongala: As waited an HOUR on two different days. 7-8 on Thursday night and 8-9 on a Saturday night. Come to find out on Saturday the pizza was made an ago AGO, so I waited for NO REASON. This took place towards the beginning of February. And they don’t sell bread in person!

Amahd Roquemore: Location closes earlier than listed. Placed an online order for 1-2 hours before closing, got the notification saying my food was ready. When I arrived the location was closed and the employees inside just stared at me. Can't get a refund because Little Caesars has abysmal customer support. Waste of time and money.

Aire Rrr: Save yourself the trouble and don't go here! How ever if you do be sure to check your order before leaving. Made it all the way home before realizing they gave me the wrong order. They don't answer the phone. When my husband brought the pizza back up there they were rude and just back there playing, and laughing. Several other people in the store orders were wrong as well.

Brittney Hensley: This was the worst little ceasars i even been to. They were giving everyone wrong orderd. They messed up a door dashers order and they told my husband he ate 2 cheesebreads in under 2 mins in the car and they didnt want to give him what they didnt give him. Then didnt gice us our pretzel pizza or our 9 sauces we paid for. I tried calling no one answered. Rudest and most disrespectful little ceasars i ever been to. If there was a 0 star or negative i would have given that.
Marsha Saine-Tarver: This particular Little Caesars Pizza restaurant offers very tasty pizza for those who frequent Little Caesars Pizza however, they seem to frequently have trouble with hiring staff with the ability to fill out customers orders correctly; they simply struggle to get it right and as a result frustrated customers experience longer wait times, some simply leave and the establishment loses revenue. Little Caesars prides itself on hiring younger people which is absolutely admirable but in addition the site managers are around the same age. Perhaps, if Little Caesars Pizza were to hire managers a bit more mature to organize the work flow of their younger staff members the general public may experience better service. Just a thought; until then I'm not ready to give up on Little Caesars they have been a community staple for decades and a much needed employer in our community. It's not that easy working with the youth of today keeping in mind working at Little Caesars may be their first employment experience so, keep up the good works with our youth Little Caesars; we appreciate you.

Erica: Thought I'd try something different, so I got the parmesan wingz. They were really good. I also tried ordering directly online from them for the first time. The touch less option they have when you order is cool. You just pay they let you know when it's ready for you to pick up. Then, they send a code to you to enter into their food pick-up oven looking portal thing and go. However, customer service is very important to me. So I prefer to see speak with people. If I had not needed someone to tell me that, I could just use the code they sent me to grab my food and go. I didn't think anyone would have even come out. Even to say hello. Which is sad. However, if you're a grab and go, no time for pleseantries time of person good for you. Definitely recommend ordering online. Don't forget to try their wings. Overall: Good Food, Fast Service, Covenient.
