Regina Turner: I had The Lap-Band procedure done back in 2011 and NOT ONLY DID IT NOT WORK, THE STAFF WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY BAND FILL INS, SO I STOPPED GOING TO THE HARPER HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL BUILDING. I FELT THAT THEY WERE DOING NOTHING FOR ME BUT WASTING MY TIME! I AM IN A LOT OF PAIN NOW BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I HAVE PUT ON MORE WEIGHT SINCE I HAD THE LAP-BAND AND I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR NOT DOING MORE TO HELP ME. I HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT FOR DR. WEBBER, AS HE WAS THE SURGEON WHO PUT IT IN BUT HIS STAFF IS WHERE I REALLY PUT THE BLAME BECAUSE I TRIED TO TELL THEM THAT I HAD TO TAKE FOUR (4) BUSES TO GET DOWNTOWN FOR MY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS AND TO ALSO BRING MY BABY DAUGHTER DOWN THERE WITH ME AS WELL, BUT AS I COULD SEE THEY DID NOT LISTEN OR CARE AND AS A RESULT I HAVE TO WALK WITH A CANE AND ALSO SUFFER FROM SCIATICA NERVE PAIN IN MY LEFT LEG AND HAVE 5 HERNIATED DISCS IN MY BACK AND I AM IN PAIN EVERYDAY AND CAN BARELY WALK AND I BLAME THE STAFF FOR IT. MY NAME IS REGINA TURNER AND I AM PRETTY SURE THAT THEY WILL REMEMBER ME BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR MY FILL-INS BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THEM TO ME AND FOR THAT I AM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!!! I WISH THAT DR. WEBBER WOULD CALL ME!
Aisha Amazing: Love Nurse Angela Always Return My Calls. She always answered all of my questions and concerns.
Ikea Smith: They have the WORST Dr assistant Angela D. Dr Webber assistant never communicates with you. Every time you call her she never calls back and if she does it's only once and if you call back the office assistant always say she never available but can i help. Then when you ask a question it's oh you haven't been to your consulting so i can't answer any questions .. so my appointment is January 14 but i don't know my surgery date but if something happens to me just know that it's DMC THAT IM GOING UNDER THERE KNIFE.

Gerren Monroe: My girlfriend went there they are extremely rude people, better off going to another clinic. Renee, she works there is not polite and will not give you the time of day. Place is extremely stressful. Not losing the weight and buying the expensive products they give you the hardest time. Not worth the money. She would rather go to an nutritionist through her medical provider and get prescribed the correct medications to help with weight loss. Terrible clinic! She will be calling corporate.

This is the first time I have been successful. The ladies that work there are so very supportive and caring. They celebrate each successful goal I've met with me. K H: Poor customer service. Workers take breaks/lunch at the same time and expect customers to wait until their lunch is over. I'm not assuming, I was told this by a worker after waiting 20 minutes for service. They also don't manage inventory properly and run out of product. Save yourself and go to a different location.

Cheryl H: I started at MWLC at the Dearborn location in January, 2018 and have lost 67 lbs. I am 3 lbs from my goal. It has been such a life changing process for me. All the ladies at the clinic have been so supportive, caring, and informative. At the beginning I had a hard time but they kept encouraging me to keep going and after a short time it just became habit and the pounds started coming off. I go into the office 3 times a week which is the suggested number of times. The Lipo injections are fantastic - they boost energy, weight loss AND diminish cellulite, yes ladies, it helps get rid of pesky cellulite! The supplements taste good & there are a lot of fun recipes on the MWL website. I'm very happy with my weight & inches lost thus far and I feel this is a healthy regiment I can maintain for life. It works & I'm going to stick with it.

Y. Babe: This place and programs are wayyyy too expensive. It’s like a money gemmic. The staff are nice, supportive, and encouraging. However, the programs cost too much and they make you buy their products. Which is a minimum of $48 a weeknight top of the program you purchased. I was happy about it until the hidden prices came.
Pam Roberts: They are always so friendly when I go in. They always ask if I am struggling and give me options on different things I can do if I am. I find them very supportive and sincere. I have lost close to 50 lbs since going and feel better than I have in a long time. I have been going to three different locations and I think they are all great.

The program, but mostly the people whom I have worked with has made the difference of over 50 pounds that I have kept off for over four years. This is not a diet! This is a life change that has changed my life!The manager Linda has worked with me the entire time I’ve been a member. She has made a difference in ways I can’t even begin to describe. Jacqueline Travis: I started MWL a couple years ago. I lost 40 pounds but covid came and I didn't follow the program and i got lazy. I decided to try a different program. Food was horrible, I stuck it out there awhile but never looked forward to my next meal. The best part was our weekly classes. But no one in our class our our coach seemed to be losing weight. I decided to return to MWL this new year. I am so glad I did. Food is great! I am back on program and lost 6 pounds. (I would have been 8 pounds but due to our family funeral I was distracted and needed to go off the weekend to handle arrangements ect)Thank you Clinton Twp friends, I am back!
