However when you think these products are hand crafted, totally Vegetarian and they are totally against Animal testing and they promote Charity, You may be Ok with the slightly higher prices. Tyko D: Love all the products and went to try something new in a body soap and a bit more moisturizing than the rhubarb soap I typically get. It was very busy but I was greeted by Hailey at the entrance who informed me that due to being at capacity my daughter and I would have to wait to enter. But we knew what we needed and wanted so we were able to tell her exactly what we wanted and she brought it out to us! She even recommended the teddy bear super moisturizing one and we were even able to check out right at the entrance with Sabrina. Hailey even gave me a sample of Baked Alaska to try.I could not have been happier to have been helped by Sabrina and Hailey once again, some of the other employees can be a bit rude and act like they really don’t want to be bothered helping or suggesting products and act like you’re bothering them. Can be honest that sometimes my daughter and I won’t even go in unless I see the familiar faces of Sabrina or Hailey. I’m glad I finally got their name’s to let Lush be aware of their amazing customer service and always making us feel welcomed!The Dream Cream is a great product as well and helps immensely for my sons psoriasis that tends to show up on his face, he also likes Honey I washed the kids and olive tree body bars and helping hands lotion. I like Goddess bar and Magic Crystals is my fave body scrub. For hair I like Jason and the argon oil and rehab. Retread for conditioner and love the scent of anything Snow Fairy. Brush strokes facial mask is also really good.

Lee Lee: Lush head office needs to do themselves a favor and go in to the store in Devonshire mall to see how the male associate interacts with their customers. My poor experience had nothing to do with covid and everything to do with him. I would go so far to say that this male sales associate does not like people. He is not polite. He is demeaning, does not give you a chance to breath and did everything he could to have me have the same shopping experience on line as I would in the store. I do love lush products but I will not step foot in this Windsor Devonshire mall location again. The way that he answers people raises the hair on the back of your neck.I tried to get past the way he interacted with me but I just couldn’t. I’ve never experienced that type of masked abuse before masked with politeness. He’s not polite he’s quite horrible.

allie hefkey: went in after a long work day and didn’t really want to talk much.Sales associate read the social cues and asked how I was doing and set me up with a few products to unwind during my hotel stay.Not only were the products and samples fantastic, but they gave me directions, one girl even stayed past her shift to finish up the transaction (which I know sucks in retail as you don’t get paid to stay). They recommended places to eat and Netflix specials to watch.Retail is hard, and dealing with ppl all day is harder and I appreciate all the efforts put in to make my purchase a nice experience

Shannon Raynard: The staff at Lush Partridge Creek was absolutely amazing. My non-profit group is part of their charity pot program and we ran a promotional event at the store today. Everyone was so welcoming and kind the entire day. Not only did they help us get set up and learn about the charity pots first hand. They also made sure to speak to all the customers who came in about who we were in particular and to make sure people were informed about our mission. This was great and gave us a nice ability to rotate in and out of the store and throughout Partridge Creek. When we finished she's the event I was allowed to use a cart to take all the supplies back to my car and they even gave us a little gift for my crew. Lush Partridge Creek might be my new favorite store and I cannot wait to return to do my Christmas shopping. I'm so glad the company is helping us out and I'm glad that we were able to run the promotion at such a wonderful store today.

Just a bit confusing why one person at a time couldn’t be allowed into the store to view merchandise.Asked about certain products, and felt more like an interview or interrogation rather than an easy and welcoming experience. A shame as several years ago staff here was very down to earth and awesome. Do not feel comfortable shopping at this Lush anymore due to the demeanor of (new) staff and the limitations of counter side only.

Sandy Zagorski: I ordered 2 pies after seeing them on QVC. They were suppose to ship the beginning of December. They didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later. On arrival the packaging seemed secure. However, opening the box I found lukewarm ice packs and two pies which were falling apart and clearly damaged. Clearly disappointing after waiting so long for pies which are quite expensive.

Vicki Yatzkanic (MsYatz): I placed an order through QVC for two pies they were to be sent out December 5 oh I did get a message saying that the label was created and they would be on the way…. it is now December 19, 2022… please do not send me the pies I don’t want them I had them taken off of my account… please know when people order things you must make sure that you have those things available because if you don’t then you should never take orders for them. This is horrible customer service at its best and had I known that Oprah Was making such a big deal about them I surely would’ve never ordered them… after the many horrible reviews I am just thrilled that I did not get them and I wasn’t charged for them….

K M: Lemon Butta pie is delicious but one complaint; the layer of crust on the bottom is way too thick and only a THIN layer of the lemon filling. There should be less crust on bottom so that MORE lemon filling can be added!!

Rein G: So, I purchased the two pie combo and it did ship fast; however, the ice pack was melted, one pie was opened, and the other was slid to the side and destroyed. I immediately reached out to the owner on Instagram. She saw my messages and insisted I email her. Well, I’ve emailed twice and still haven’t gotten a response. $80.90 down the drain and I have yet to get an apology, the refund I requested, or even the offer to ship two new pies. I was so excited to try the pies. 1. Black owned business 2. They always look amazing on her Instagram. I doubt I’ll ever try her again and I’m reporting her to the BBB. To not even acknowledge my refund request or say anything regarding my order (I sent her pictures immediately after opening the box) tells me how bad her customer service is. I’ll try my bank again because I don’t have money to throw away. Not cool!

E Thomas: I've been wanting to try a lemon butter pie for a while and had the opportunity to do so at Arts, Beats and Eats. The pie filling was really good but unfortunately, the crust was frozen.

Claudia Baker: I recently purchased a two-pie combo of the pies sold on QVC. I was so excited to try them because I LOVE lemon pie! The pies were shipped on 8/18/2022 but didn’t arrive to me until 8/26/2022! I realize that we have this “shipping” problem going on since the pandemic, but I thought a perishable item would be treated more tenderly than this! When I opened the box you could feel the warmth of the environment inside! The dry ice of course, was gone! But even worse the pies were improperly packed and had been jostled inside the box! There was very little protective packing to lessen movement of the pies! Bothpies were mangled and there was NO WAY we were even going to taste them, they smelled so good! I’m very disappointed and wish I had taken pictures to include! These pies cost too much money to have arrived in this state! I would have paid extra postage if that had been an option! I’ll think long and hard before I purchase another of your pies.
