Kitasha Willis: Usually get great food with a slight wait depending on the time of day. But 2 out of the 3 times I've been recently, my order has been wrong, most recently last night. Cheeseburger, no ketchup no mustard, plus mac sauce. I got cheeseburger WITH KETCHUP AND MUSTARD WITH EXTRA MAC SAUCE TO COVER UP THE KETCHUP AND MUSTARD!!!!Parking: It's in an awkward spot. Drive thru line blocks cars in.
Ashin Kusher: Alright. So don't order curbside. I guess the owner doesn't surveil entire parking lot so the employees park their cars in the pick up spots. Huge inconvenience if you have kids with you and don't want to stand in the always crowded line. Often I will visit and there will be workers congregating instead of preparing orders. I watched a guy literally spin in circles and stand still as he caught the balance of his equilibrium. Interesting, I thought. It gets better. Instead of informing you of what they don't have they try to substitute your order without your knowledge or consent. For example. I ordered to holiday pies and got my food handed to me swiftly only to discover I had two apple pies. Atleast tell me. What if I'm allergic to apple. No consideration for my existence whatsoever. Just throw the whole front counter crew away. Except the one with the tounge ring. She decent fsfs

Daryl Haynes: This McDonald's is horrible. I ordered two filet o fish meals. One of my sandwiches had a dot of tartar sauce the size of a dime. The other had none at all. They didn't have coke zero so they gave me a regular coke. I only drink sugar free soda because I am diabetic. When I explained this to the worker at the window she was very rude and shut the window in my face. Taylor D: Had 2 medium fries with order, I guess the worked didn't hear the whole order. Got our food with 1 small fry that we didn't order. Told the worker and they took the bag back and, even though the worker was very nice, he just handed us a box of medium fries without a bag, and without the rest of our food. We said we were missing fries, and were told that we weren't rung up and that they didn't have a register close to them to ring us up. This didn't make any sense and eventually a worker asked us to just give her some cash for the fries. She tells us the wrong total so when I get my change back I suspect they shorted us. They didn't like when I called them out on that lol. But the thing that actually got me upset, was that they never gave us the fries 😭. Never again.

Lay Gilmore: Back when I was a kid this was the best McDonald’s in the area, now it’s gone down hill. My order is always wrong, and something is always missing. Today my double cheeseburger had Mack sauce on them that I didn’t request. But of course nothing will change there because there are new team members every week being trained wrong.

Lisa Edwards: This location is the worst. I got out of my car to find the doors are locked. I then, go to the drive through because I am picking up food for another. I am then told I have to come inside. I told her the doors were locked. She then says I have to ring the bell. Are you kidding? How am I supposed to know this? Customer isn't lacking, it is no existent. This location needs to be closed. So very unprofessional.

Kelly Robinson: As with a lot of places nowadays due to covid this place closes way earlier most days and you never know if they're open or not. I was going to sausage sandwich instead of my ham on in the morning so I just have to check that but otherwise it's a pretty okay place just the hours the worst place for hours though is the Taco Bell on John r just before 14 that place closes whenever the heck they want real bad 🙄
