Backed by physicians of the highest quality I was given an exemplorary tutorial of my new Bipap machine. The machine then being personally tailored for my use. Much different than a multi-state organization where the technician had trouble turning on the machine. My confort zone having been completed before ever leaving. This is a "Five Star plus organization."

I had a prescription for compression stockings since I’m due any day with twins. First, my husband went down with the prescription, my ID and insurance card. Moe came to the car to measure me and make sure he was giving me the best fit. I felt at ease because Moe was taking COVID-19 precautions, he was wearing a mask and kept distance. Sanitizing and allowing me to stay comfortable during this pandemic. Thank you, Moe!

He allowed me to pay over the phone and made special arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. She wouldnt have made it through the night without it. More businesses should practice this level of courtesy.

Karen Geldner: I dropped off a script for a wheelchair back in August. They said they needed a copy of my chart from the doc. Three weeks later, when I saw my doc, she said she faxed it over twice. I have called several times asking what is going on. Although the people are very nice, I believe they are incompetent to do their jobs. They said the fax was blurry? Then call the doc office?!? The people at my docs office are very efficient and capable of sending faxes. I have been with my doc for 20 years and have never had a problem. So I am blaming this medical supply place. Thank goodness I didn’t need the chair right away! I’d be screwed!! Avoid if able!!

TERI JUBENVILLE: In 2020 during the beginning of Covid, my son was born. I called around to many medical supply companies to find a type of feeding tube I needed for him. No one was able to supply the needed tubes. After contacting Christin at AME, I had them within a day sent monthly to my home. She did all the work including working with my insurance to make sure they were covered. I now will only deal with American Medical Equipment for all our future needs.. They are local and amazing!

Let me explain - they are courteous, thorough and patient. The other well known stores have a waiting list just to talk to them. They are not as customer friendly. So glad I called Christin for my moms transport chair instead of waiting days just to talk to others. They are the BEST.

She adjusted the mask for me, showed me how to put it on, and gave me tips for cleaning my machine. I hated using my machine before and now I know it’s because I didn’t have the right mask, but Susan took the time to make sure I found the best fit and now using the machine is so much easier. I will definitely come back to this Binson’s location for any CPAP-related needs.

Cheryl Harris: Went in for a hinged knee brace. Was heading towards the orthopedic room because that's where I thought I had to be. WRONG!! Don't go there. It's a scam!! The same knee brace is on the floor for $50; The knee brace in the orthopedic room is the same but for $200. However the 'therapist fits you' AND "insurance MAY cover it". Now if I don't know if I'm Small, Med or Large then I have more issues then they can help with. Lol. So getting fitted is absolutely silly and my deductible would be more then $50 so your insurance angle didn't work either. I had a script so I already saw a doctor and don't need your therapist (Another tactic they used to try to get me to buy the $200 brace vs the $50 brace). IN SHORT their orthopedic room is a scam and the same items are on the floor with no waiting room. If you have common sense you don't need their orthopedic room.Now the nice woman on the showroom floor showed me right where knee braces were, gave us helpful hints on wearing it and was knowledgeable. Then at checkout the cashier also had advice on washing it. So would of been a 5 star review except I almost got scammed by their orthopedic room.

To the point I left after my second visit and him telling me that I didnt have the correct paperwork. Of which I had the correct paperwork all the time. Client, Robbie Davis referred me to Sousan at the Dearborn store. She and her partner were the best! She was friendly, pleasant and took the time to explain to me my options, showed me several masks, ordered me a new machine and reassured me that my sleep apnea would definitely improve. She made me very comfortable and answered every question or fear that I had. Told me if I had any questions or concerns feel free to call her. SamM: Orthopedic gave me a prescription for daily wear while walking ankle stabilizer. Hart decided to sell me one that you can't wear in a shoe.Hart will not or can not order what you need, or they will say your insurance doesn't cover it before you trust that statement. Call your insurance company more than not, but it maybe covered.I know it happened to my mom when I called her insurance company it was covered , and Hart doesn't make any $$$ off the product, so they tell people it's not covered.And because people need the medical supplies, sometimes they pay out of pocket. Stop it if any medical supply facility tells you you're not covered call before you give them any fund's.Here's my ankle stabilizer from Bensons Farmington MI..
