Bellaa Angel: The worst hospital I’ve ever visited. Nurse Amila had a terrible attitude and laugh when I was crying because I couldn’t see my great auntie that had just had two brain surgeries because I work 8a5p and my job is an hour from the hospital I made it five mins before tried to call Amila to see my auntie for two mins and she completely disregarded me. Laughed and joked say you work everyday as if my auntie couldn’t pass away at any moment. She laugh with another nursing saying omg this girl crying . And proceed to tell me my aunt isn’t dying right now like she has a phd or something! Disgusting behavior!!! *Spits*

I was admitted to the hospital for a possible Heart Attack, and I was extremely disappointed with the care I received.Firstly, I was made to wait in a chair in the hallway for an extended period of time before being moved to a bed in an empty wing of the hospital. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but this was unacceptable and unprofessional. I felt neglected and ignored by the staff, who seemed to have no concern for my well-being.Once I was moved to the bed, I lay there for three hours without any communication from a nurse or doctor. I found this experience distressing and unacceptable. It is unacceptable to leave a patient alone for such an extended period without any updates or check-ins.After three hours of waiting, I decided to leave the hospital. I was shocked that nobody had noticed my absence until I reached the exit door, where I was stopped and instructed to write a formal complaint.The level of service I received from your hospital was unethical and unacceptable. As a patient, I deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. I felt that my care was not a priority to your staff, and this is unacceptable.I would also like to mention that I sought medical attention at a different hospital shortly after leaving yours. There, it was found that my blood pressure was at a critical level, which was alarming and concerning. However, the staff at the other hospital treated me with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. They listened to my concerns and worries, and I felt like I was taken seriously as a patient. This only highlights the stark contrast between the level of service I received at your hospital and the level of care that is expected in the healthcare industry.I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen to any other patients in the future. Sparkle Mason: I wish I could rate this a triple 0! The absolute worst staff ever! The nurse that tended to me upon being brought to the ER by the police immediately treated me under the assumption that I don’t deserve a sanitized room or water or care that is due for a patient in my state. I was battered and bruised. She was rude and placed me in a room with a bed with blood still on it from the original person didn’t bother to come and clean it until over an hour and a half. When I spoke up about it again she had the worst attitude and wiped the bed down with a rag and bleach swinging the rag which was not squeezed out; contaminated bleach swung on me. When she gave me a shot of toridal for pain she didn’t even wipe with alcohol swob or put a bandage on it. So I’m bleeding and the officer had to put a bandage on me. She was all types of liability. I told them I have diabetes she didn’t care she said my levels are good. They weren’t… I was dizzy and dehydrated. Didn’t ask what type I had or cared. I would never willingly go to this hospital.

Kathy: As a physician assistant I am appalled at the customer service I received in the ER waiting to see my elderly aunt who was being treated. Virtually impossible to get back through the doors to see her. I have sent many patients thru this ER. I will definitely rethink any future referrals.Update: the security guards were fantastic and once I got through to see my aunt, the nurses were quite helpful.

T Money: I grew up going to this hospital They have saved my mother's life a couple of times. Yes some staff are rude but they can. be rooted out I wish they would extend themselves back to southwest Detroit with emergencies

Franklin Butts: The two star rating is for the handling of my husband's belongings. His eyeglasses, watch and money were never recovered after asking multiple times about it. His health was already at risk and you tend to forget to follow up with everything going on with your loved one. This will definitely be the last visit to this facility. I'm very disappointed. I will be contacting our attorney about this.

Noah: Incredible care provided in the ICU. ER was a little discouraging but we had a brief stay before being moved to the appropriate wing. Staff went above and beyond consistently.

Shantae Martin: They need to hire more people because what I just witnessed is unbelievable I was there from 12 to 8:30pm and still was waiting to get my breast exam I came through Emergency, When I say I waited 4 hours to even get to the back once I got back there blood I had to get drawn from my arm she stuck me and blood went everywhere then she ask me can I help her out she don’t know why that happened so once we got it underctrol the doctor came exam my breast say he didn’t feel nothing but he want do exam I wait nobody came and check up on me ask me did I need anything I ask nurse for a cover cause it was cold took her forever so once I got up 30 min later to remind her she said oh I forgot that was it for me I’m never coming to this hospital again also the room was not clean either EVS there need train on derp cleaning not leaving blood on things

juanita bridgewater: My son was admitted to the hospital yesterday with congestive heart failure. We are still in ER. He can’t see a doctor because he should be upstairs no room. No medication for congestion heart failure, blood pressure 130/100 coughing and tightness of the chest.No help in ER because he should be upstairs.No! Help from upstairs!!!!!!

Nicholas Van Orton: They need to make a negative star option!! Absolutely disgusting how this “hospital” is still even in business with how poorly they treat their patients. The nurses and doctors are a complete joke, and were very unprofessional and didn’t even do their job, and that’s what they’re getting paid to do!! I went in with a family member and saw a number of patients on beds in the halls being ignored by the nurses every time a patient asked for something. They were talking very poorly (and very loudly while using expletives) about certain patients and just acted like doing their job was such an inconvenience. So I made my family member leave because they didn’t feel safe there and I drove them over an hour away to go to Henry Ford because at least I know that hospital has actual doctors and nurses that want to help people. And I trust that hospital and knew my loved one would be taken care of.

Morgan G: the er doctor yesterday night was phenomenal. great bedside manner, easy to talk with, and took my concerns seriously. he was thorough with running tests. my experience having him perform an abdominal ultrasound was actually super neat, because he let me ask questions about what was being shown on the screen & he explained to me what all we were looking at. i wish i could recall his name so i could namedrop in this review to give him the recognition he deserves. sorry about that.the nurse who attended to me was great too. getting an iv in me can be a nightmare, but she aced it. there isn’t even a bruise!knocking off one star for the long wait to be seen by the doctor, however i did anticipate a lengthy wait time. just sucks to be stuck sitting in those uncomfortable waiting area chairs for hours as a chronic pain experiencer.
