Hasan Sajjad: I called in the morning to confirm the availability of GC 470 that was listed 77 days agoThey confirmed that it was available I took off from my work to go look and pay something as an advance payment coz I was serious about buying but when I got there the guy told me that their employee is interested in this very car and it’s not available I asked them is is sure that it’s not available he said my manager is in a meeting and you have to wait after 2 hours almost he came to me and told me that no it’s not available, by that point I had wasted whole of my work day and didn’t end up buying a car that I confirmed before talking off from my work !It’s ridiculous.I’m so disappointed that what’s the point even !!I have nothing more to say … HONESTLY

Service manager C Jason Deckard has no idea what car he has in service with problems, in fact I think he is there for the number of employees zero professional Assistant Service Manager Kristopher J Crosby is one of those who actually holds the power in service. He is a liar, a disinterested person. To tell you that for an engine compression I paid the amount of $4630 after a month, in which the car was in a parking lot. I would have a lot to say, but I don't have time to spend for this 2 person. ATTENTION DO NOT GO TO THE MERCEDES SERVICE IN SAINT CLAIR SHORTS MICHIGAN EVEN IF THE CAR IS ON FIRE. THE SERVICE IS REMARKABLE OOOOOO.

Then there's the Mercedes wear so you can shop while you wait also. So far so good and it is not a far drive for me either and that's a plus!

candice mccolor: On March 24, 2020 my best friend, my father passed from Covid 19. My father was always by my side at dealerships to make sure I had the best deals. So, when I nervously and broken hearted walked into the Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores alone I was sure I would get the worst deal there was. On first encounter I met Alan who was so kind and caring. I expressed to him that I was nervous and that my father had recently passed and he was always with me when I purchased cars. I asked Alan if he had any children and if so please think of me as his child alone without him for the first time trying to make this purchase. He looked at me in my eyes and said Candice you are my daughter as well. Alan talked me through every process, went through every car, and helped me to chose the perfect car for me. I walked out of the dealership with best deal there was, a 2021 GLA 250 lease for under $350/ a month. Every time I walked into the dealership from there on I felt like family. Fast forward to November/December 2022 it was time to turn my lease in. Alan (who I could see was visibly under the weather) and I sat to build my next car. Alan explained to me that because of the economy that the deals aren’t as good but he was going to try to his best to give me another great deal. As we were building the car the computer seemed to be moving slow but that didn’t stop us. We talked and laughed and built my dream car to purchase. February 2023 I received a call from Alan telling me that my dream car had arrived. When I walked into the dealership I was greet with so many smiling friendly faces with my car under a beautiful red covering. I was so excited and in tears of joy at the unveiling that I hastily signed the papers without taking note of all the things that weren’t on my car like I ordered and a light was malfunctioning. I didn’t noticed until I was getting into the car to drive away. Within that week I returned to Alan in tears and visibly upset that the this wasn’t the car I ordered. Alan assured me that he was going to do his best to make it right. A day later the General Manager Mike reached out to me to address my concerns and assured me that it will be fixed. The next day Alan called me to inform me that were working on a grand plan. The third day Raz (Sales Manager) called me to inform me that they had found a car that would be perfect for me and I that can come in when I was ready to discuss my options. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with so many friendly faces and hugs. Alan, Raz, and Mike all apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel like family again. They showed me this beautiful car with everything I wanted plus more. They explained to me the wonderful deal that Charles (Financial Service Manager) worked out for me. I was so elated with joy that I was getting my dream car with no hassle and no extra money down. I am so grateful for the quick actions of Mike, Raz, Charles, and Alan. We don’t know how the other car came with so many missing things that I ordered. Maybe a human mistake, but no human is perfect. Maybe it was a computer glitch. Whatever it was it doesn’t matter. My new extend family Mike, Raz, Charles, and Alan came through and was able to fix all that was wrong. I will forever continue to purchase from Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores.

James Collins: Brought my car in when it was acting jolty. The mechanic said the radiator was leaking into the transmission. I knew he was lying and took it elsewhere. The next mechanic said there was no way they could have come to that conclusion as nothing was opened up to check. He could tell from all the months and years of gunk underneath. Turned out he just had to reset the computer and all was fine. Didn't even charge me. Such a shame that a Mercedes dealership would be so deceptive. I had been going there for years.

Ahmad Refai: Absolute waste of time. Scheduled me for a diagnostic on a day they don’t do diagnostics. The service rep was confused?? about their own warranty policy so he just decided to brush me off. The staff could not care less about anyone there. The building looks like a run-down Burger King from 1978. Don’t waste your time here, buy a Lexus or something; at least their customer service is worth something.

Charles Knazze: I took my car to Mercedes of Bloomfield because it was shaking at high speed and with sudden stops. They put it on the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong. After I requested that they road test it, they found the rotors were a problem. They replaced the rotors under warranty. Then they discovered another problem and claimed it would cost $3,600 to fix. Alex Johnson was the advisor. I strongly protested and asked them to put it back together so I could get a second opinion. After taking the car to another certified mechanic, they test drove it and put it on a hoist and concluded that several bolts on the lower controls had not been tightened by Mercedes and that presented a dangerous situation for driving it. They then tightened the bolts to fix the problem, drove the car to test it and the car ran perfectly. They then charged $100 for the problem that Mercedes was going to charge $3,600 for. I was also not given the opportunity to complete a survey. The technicians at Benz are either incompetent or completely untrustworthy.
Queen313: This dealership DISCRIMINATES and would not sell us or TEST DRIVE a Mercedes even after we offered to purchase in full. The THING that works there named Tina L. I believe that's its name with the TRASHY weave was very NASTY and demeanor was UNPLEASANT from the time my fiance and I walked in. I work in a hospital and he's a musician the thing Tina eyeballed us up and down, no eye contact, no welcoming greeting from ANY of the staff. We felt UNCOMFORTABLE and will not be back and my fiance knows a lot of people we are definitely SPREADING THE NEWS about how displeasing this dealership is!!

Amy Eapen: I initially had great experience with the sales department. However, by interactions with the service department has been very poor. On my last occasion, I had brought safety concerns with my car moving while in park and off, the servicer I worked with, Alex Johnson, dismissed and told me that nothing was wrong with the car. He did this prior to actually having the car looked at, and when I asked if he wanted to see details my app gave and whether he had looked at the brakes, he said “no, but I am just telling you we won’t find anything.” He then proceeded to not let me know my car was ready an hour later, and when I asked if he had news he said nothing was wrong and that I should take a video next time. I asked how the video would help since I could not see how it would be safe for me to take a video of the car moving with no one to control it, he didn’t have a good answer. I also told him I had alerts on my app that showed what happened, and he told me that he doesn’t want to see it, it won’t help. I mentioned I will take it to a different dealership and that he has not addressed my concerns and he said “go ahead.” He was very disrespectful, condescending and did not perform up to par for the dealership. My survey was also withheld even after I asked if I could have one sent as it always is to write a review.

Zach Urban: Brought a pool vehicle here for work, needed brakes and asked for a quote on tires. Won’t be returning for multiple reasons, there’s other Benz dealers close enough that I’ll avoid dealing with this place. Biggest reason being I asked for a quote on tires and they charged me $1500 to install a set without any authorization or notification until I picked up the car. I would’ve gotten a better set for less money at Discount Tire. When I dropped it off service advisor said it might not be done same day, I explained that I didn’t need it until later the following week. Didn’t receive any communication between drop off and the time that I decided to call over a week later. They said it would be done by 4 on Friday, never received a call. Called Monday afternoon, “we’ll have it ready in 45 minutes”.

H: I have a 2022 S580 with 4000 miles on it, I called this location twice trying to get my tire inspected for a manufacture defect because of a sidewall bubble up, they said it is probably road hazard, and it is not covered. They assumed that without inspecting it, I insisted multiple times to bring the car in to get the sidewall bubble up inspected for manufacture defect, However, the service advisor refused, as well as the service manager. I spoke to Pirelli and they told me that the tire is still covered and I should just take it to another authorized Pirelli dealer.

He was SUPER helpful, very empathetic, and kind. He told me about my complimentary roadside assistant option. He made sure that I would have my tire fixed the day after.The free tow truck towed my car to the dealership. An Uber voucher was given to me so that I can go there to pickup my car the next day. They kept me in the loop on what the status of my tire replacement was, even Santiago called me to make sure that I respond in timely manner to give permission to replace my tire! This is what I call a 5-Star Service!I have the other leadership close to my house, but I rather go to Novi which is about 40 miles away to receive a great service.I already booked my next service with them. Highly recommend!

Sandeep: I have been to the dealership twice over the last few years. Both time I have felt unwelcome and got the impression that the salesperson was not interested in answering any questions. The second time I was just handed the key and asked to check the car by myself. The salesperson was not around to show any features or answer questions. He was not even around when I went to return the key. Nobody offered a test drive. On top of that, he advised me that there is a wait for a lot of models, but I could get one sooner by paying over the MSRP. Overall, a very disappointing experience both times. I will not be returning.

andrew: This is probably the worst ran Mercedes dealership I’ve been to. There has not been a single time I have came to this dealership and left on time they gave. Every single time I come they delay at least an hour and then they always try to get me out of a car wash and then that ends up taking another 30 minutes because they do it by hand, which you would think for Mercedes they would have a more efficient car washing service. They always seem understaffed, and not knowing what’s going on.

Alain Rivera: I would like to provide my feedback regarding your extended guarantee product for the cars you sell. I must express my negative opinion about this particular product.Mercedes vehicles are delicate, and while they are known for their luxury and engineering, they can sometimes encounter unexpected issues and require costly repairs. Offering an extended guarantee as a separate product may inadvertently emphasize the perceived fragility of your vehicles. This could raise concerns among potential buyers and suggest that the standard warranty provided is insufficient.Instead, I recommend focusing on improving the overall reliability and durability of your vehicles. Enhancing the engineering and quality control processes will instill greater confidence in your customers and reduce the need for additional warranty coverage that usually reject any responsibility denying the coverage with no more explanation for the customers and requesting additional oil changes more frequently even that was is defined by the agency.Thank you for considering my feedback about your global warranty four starts (that supposed to be the best one)With the simple fact of not purchasing that product you would be saving your money._____________My complement for your kind comments:I believe it is important to continue this conversation publicly, as it may benefit other potential customers interested in your products or services.I purchased your most exclusive Global Warranty product, 4-star coverage for 4 years for $4,292.87 trusting this level of coverage should provide maximum protection for the vehicle.Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing with several issues:1. The Global Warranty portal listed the mechanics workshops for guarante evaluations, but your agency where I purchased the product was not listed among them.2. The workshops I visited either did not service Mercedes-Benz or only inspected certain parts and the only one that started a diagnostic mistakenly claimed a serious problem not covered by the warranty but the technician realized their error when I noticed the disconnected scanner, but their apology did not rectify the situation even when they didn't turn the car on or checked the engine.3. Faced with a lack of reliable authorized service centers, I had no choice but to rely with you where I bought the vehicle for its annual service. However, the warranty requires service every 8/12 thousand km, even though the agency recommends servicing every 20,000 resulting in additional expenses to maintain the warranty coverage.Furthermore, I had to wait for over a month for and scheduled service appointment, exceeding the mileage tolerance and ask to check two engine noises and the brake system disconnection warning light but I received the vehicle at the end of the day in a dirty condition, without the service performed and handed over to me by a salesperson without any charge and further explanation.It was only in a second visit when I received the news that a secondary air pump needed replacement and informed that it was not covered by the warranty, and it was "possibly" causing the brake system failure and the other noise without any quotation, nor a clear explanation as to why it was not covered. Additionally, I discovered that the appointment for the service I had scheduled had not been mention the service so I mentioned that I had previously made the oil changes to maintain the warranty for two times, I was told that since the oil had already been changed, the service was unnecessary, except for tire rotation.If you choose to contact me, I kindly ask that our discussion focuses n the refund of the warranty product. However, I am willing to share my experience to address the unresolved maintenance and repair issues, including the air system problem. I have not received a satisfactory explanation regarding the lack of coverage, neither verbally nor in writing. The only response I received was an apology from the person who assisted me, who acknowledged their lack of knowledge on the matter.
N F: Heather in SERVICE never picks up the phone. 4x call backs. 8 transfers. And Noone to pick up after 30 mins on hold to get a shuttle to pick up our vehicle. NEVER had service like this at any mercedes but this one. 👎

Thomas Z: The parts manager Mike is extremely rude and clearly doesn't appreciate the fact that the customers spend a lot of money to service their vehicles. Remember Mikey, the customers pay your wages and you just lost one. You will not service my GLE400 again.

Oleg Kachmar: Hi Mercedes Windsor team:Lucas Lenarduzzi, Paul Twigg and my favourite Cody Doherty "future" of Mercedes Windsor dealership, lol.Hopefully, you guys doing well, because I'm not.First Lucas, thank you for losing my file regarding rust on my Sprinter after I make its claim when was 49000km or so. Thank you for your business.Mr. Paul, I trusted you, Mercedes GL350 (123,280 km) amazing car, that what you said to me and after not even 10,000 km (132,120km) I have to pay 2000$ to fix all the oil leaks around the engine, also your "best warranty" for 3,499.00$ doesn't cover that.Regarding safety, DON'T TRUST THEM, bring the car to your mechanic, I don't know how my car passes safety, but I have a legal document. Crack rim, remember that, of course.Mr. Paul good job of hiding all not efficient in my car!!! But the way I can't lock my left rear door till now, thank you very much, I don't recommend this car to your wife like you recommended when I asked, remember?!!!My "friend " Cody, please be responsible for what you saying to your customer!!!!!P.S. Don't trust, ask your mechanic to double-check.Nice to you when you buying, only!!!Very bad experience, I'll be back, after, those 3 persons get fired.This review only to the Mercedes Windsor dealership stuff. This is my personal opinion regarding my experience with them.
SIRUI DING: The service is so bad. I called service phone number several times but no body answered. When they give a phone call they don't pay attention to which phone number is the best number even I mentioned when I drop off the car. They called my husband and my husband asked them to call me back but I never received the call back. And I tried to call service advisor but no one answered. And this is not happen once.
