Claudine 27: My experience was horrible, I walked in the rain twice and the first time if Ratman had simply listened to the problem it would've required me to walk back again in the rain, and not only to listen to his problems senility, grumpy because he hasn't had breakfast and a plethora of things that had absolutely nothing to do with my phone service and once I got home after 611 service told me exactly what to do and the same problem I was experiencing she fixed in a matter of seconds. So my store experience was awful and Ratman also played favorite too his customers who he pick before me even invited one behind the counter and im positive that I was 2nd but somehow end up 5th and still didn't get the problem fixed. John Milan: This your basic cell phone store. Clean, modest inventory, quick in and out. It's on the smaller size, but offers the standard services.The customer service you receive will vary greatly depending on which one of the 20 to 30 yr old guys you talk to.There is one guy that is personable, eager to help and seems genuinely happy taking care of his clients.The rest will stand there stone faced and do the very minimum required.Typical but adiquit.

I had to reboot it to manufacturer setting.I can even tell you whos account was on it before me!! I'll just say he's initials are J.L.A. Now I am having complications on my social media because of this!! Also when I left the store I noticed my receipt wasn't in the bag no more then five mins passed I was right outside the store when I went to ask the man working the store for it he locked the door and disappeared into the back. Once I arrived at work I sent him a message requesting a receipt which he did send via text. All in all very douchebag of an experience. Awful awful awful!!

Christopher Currie: Not a good experience. I visited this store at approximately 10:30 a.m. The door was open to enter. There was no clerk to greet me at the counter. There were seemingly no employees in the open sales area. I waited for about 4 minutes, then left to a nearby restaurant. I came back about 10 minutes later. Again, no employees inside, as I entered. I said "Hello" at an audible volume a couple of times, but, no response. Again, I left. I'm not sure what was going on at this store on this day, but it was not a good day for customer service.
Cymone Powers: This place is the worst. The new guy did lower my bill but I wanted to buy a charger cord and he grabbed one out of some random box and charged me 20$ for it after he told me my bill was lower than what it actually was then when I call to tell him they messed up he only wants to give me a store credit and try to justify the guys actions. Horrible nobody should go here.
Neural Patterns: Why bother posting "open" hours on your door, when you never are open when supposed to be? Came at noon on Sunday and you weren't open, what happened to open at 10am? Now it's 930am Mondayand I'm trying to come in before work, sign says open at 8am...and of course...not open. Last time I attempt to come into this location.
Ivory Slaughter: My husband and I have come here numerous times when we rode the bus to meijer and their door says 10 AM on Sundays and they weren't even open. That is absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here!! It absolutely ridiculous and I do not recommend it! Go to the location at 8 mile and Greenfield or 14 mile and John R you'll be much happier with your time spent.

Jennifer Alexander: This is the worst place to ever buy from or go to my son was sold the wrong case for his phone and they would not give him his receipt or let him exchange it they are disgusting rude people and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how crooked they are! Dominick Sica: This store should shut down, most of the neighborhood south of here is a complete dead zone for metro service, yet T Mobile works fine. Since 2017 and 4 different phones from 4 different manufacturers I am tied to a wifi router in order to use my phone. Completely dead from livernoise to Linwood. Beyond ridiculous its still a thing half a decade later, but they still sell service out of here.
