I’ve called and left messages and still no response. I called the shop and another secretary answered and said he was unavailable. It was very rude and unprofessional to tell someone a lie instead of being upfront and letting them go for what ever reason being.

Man: Warning ⚠️ Had my bike most of the summer. Took 3 weeks for a two day project of adding sound system and new bike bags.Did not advise that parts wouldn’t be in for weeks. Missed ride outs. Could have had my bike on the road until they had parts ready to start the work.

Looks like I found my new repair shop. I must also say. Tom gives you the time & courtesy every customer wants. Keep up the good work.

Robert Zacharias: Don’t buy they try to make parts seem better then they are. They sold me a frame they said was usable but was clearly not usable and a e50 case that was warped from being in or on fire. The case is unusable and the frame has to be completely redone we’re the engine bracket mounts. Just be careful cause the don’t tell the whole truth just enough to get you to buy
