Reginald Smith: I rented a 30’ RV and customer service was great over the phone. The actual rental center was too busy to answer the phone most days when I tried to call and schedule my appointment time. They delivered RV between the 1pm - 4pm hour so that was great even though I tried to leave earlier. The RV itself had a odor of a dog and the shower door was not on track and needed fixing those are the only two things I wish had been taken care prior to my departure. The RV serviced its purpose and I had no problem for a trip that was over 1600 miles. One recommendation is that they find a way to build in more phone charger ports that can run without running the generator.

Zack: If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and the RV I rented was beyond NASTY!! Do not rent from them. You can buy a RV from camping world world for less then you can rent one from here.

Lisa Marie Chambers: DO NOT USE America Car Rental! Reserved a Jeep Wrangler for pick-up at the Cancun location, it was not available upon on our arrival so they gave us a different SUV with License Plates/Tags set to expire in 3 days! We were to drive the SUV back to the rental location to exchange it for the Jeep IF it came in. Told us to call the day before so we stopped at the Tulum location 2 days before and they said they would get the Jeep and call us when it came in. Never got a call and phone calls to the Tulum office were never answered. By this time the tags had expired and we would be driving around on an unlicensed rental car so it sat for our entire vacation. We Whatsapp'ed customer service to no avail and upon returning the car to Cancun, they said they could not do anything there, we needed to contact customer service. We've attempted several times with no response from Customer Service. We were charged for a vehicle we never received, forced to drive an illegal vehicle and have not heard a single response from Customer Service.

Darneitta Jones: Overall a great experience for our family the only drawback was the water smelled like onions when taking a shower. The R.V. was very clean and accessible to my 94 year old mother who enjoyed the motorhome away from home.

Patrick Sullivan: The staff was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with a mirror on an RV that we'd rented through another Cruise America location. The staff at the Westland, Michigan Cruise America were incredibly helpful in getting it replaced. They took the extra steps to call Traveler's Assistance to get confirmation on replacing the mirror, welcomed us to their location at a mutually convenient time, and were timely and thorough in fixing our issue. They provided great service and even offered us bottled water while we waited. I highly recommend this Cruise America location - they were friendly, thorough and timely in their assistance solving our issue. We were back on the road in no time! This business is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Yusuf Qamruzzaman: We rented a large RV for a trip to the Upper Peninsula. First time ever renting an RV. We were very happy with our experience. Woman at front desk was friendly, knowledgeable. Price seemed fare...I didn't feel nickle and dimed. RV was clean and well kept, although alignment was off. Overall, we would be happy to rent again.

Martha offered to stay and wait for us so we could have the RV for our vacation. Everyone at the pickup location is very friendly. Couldn't have asked for more!
