I went to Nordstrom for the 3rd time and Damon was excellent, he brought 20 pairs of shoes on the floor to help me decide. I found the perfect pair thanks to Damon. He is passionate, helpful and on point. Always ask for Damon for 100% customer service.Rasheeda.

M S: Great store, great restaurant and small caffe shop. Love getting coffee and chocolate chip cookies from Nordstrom caffe shop .Was in today after long day of shopping and young gentleman that took my order was supper nice and helpful. Love that there is tables and chairs in front of caffe

Leroy's Tea: Was fabulous. I like visiting their ebar cafe. Best chicken and swiss cheese on a croissant ever. People are super friendly and the beverages are the best. Have been there so often I am greeted by name which is a nice touch. Always feel welcomed when I go there.❤️
Kitana Carter: Chyenne in the Kidswear department was so helpful , she literally helped me find dozens of outfits for my kids & even put back the stuff I didn’t want herself. She even added me to her style page & sends me new things when they come in. Nobody else greeted me , but she did. Thank you so much Chyenne.

Robert Solis: The store had a nice selection of clothes, the store was neat, and organized. The only problem I had was only have one cashier. I was lucky and only had to wait 20 minutes to be checked out. There was a line from the cashier all the way to back of the store almost to entrance. Unacceptable!!

Joseph Kharsa: Good deals here need price things better especially the shoes
Adnoral McKenzie: Received a gift that still had the tags on them. The item was too small, and the person did not give a gift receipt. Went to the store to exchange for a bigger size, or I would have gladly accepted a store credit. I left very disappointed... they would not return the item without a receipt 😒
K. A. Hauxwell: There wasn't enough time in my day or money in my pockets for the great savings here. There's something for everyone in this store! Not to mention, Laman was so kind at the register, was super helpful, and kept her wits about her during our struggles at the cash register. It crashed and caused her problems. The store could probably upgrade their systems for their employees so they wouldn't have to stress, and lines wouldn't get held up.

Drew Review: This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the return area is so disappointing. The girl with the high pitched voice was texting while the line was long and then walked away and went to the check out register and started ringing people out even though the return line was much longer. The lady behind me gave up and walked out. Saw it happen the last time too. Not worth the hassle to come here. Save yourself the time and go to Marshalls. I am.

Jas Monay: The employees are very rude, I don’t understand how they was even hired. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years and never thought to speak to my customers the way I was spoken to today. They closed at 6 not even 4 minutes after I had multiple employees come out to rudely rush me out the store. The sad part about it was I was putting my mess back before leaving, I should’ve been rude like others and left a stack of shoes out.

Joseph P. Massaini: Selection was light, and staff on sales floor was an embarrassment to the Nordstrom name. You would be better not to have anyone on the sales floor. A complete opposite, the cashiers and customer pick-up area were amazing. Overall, I'm going back to only shopping Nordstrom Rack online and bypassing the stores completely. Nordstrom executives CLOSE YOUR BRICK AND MORTOR STORES AND FOCUS RACK ON LINE. STORES SHOULD BE YOUR FULL REGULAR NORDSTROM STORES
