WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
Edgar Avila: Buen día wework¿ estoy localizando a una empresa, ustedes me pueden ayudar a localizarla?
Peace To All: Be careful if you rent with them. They just evicted all of their Cass Avenue tenants in breach of their lease agreements with less than 30-day notice. No offer of moving help, no offer to cover rent at another location during duration of your lease. Anyone who was at Cass location should get a lawyer and sue. Shaddy company.
Aaron D: I travel all over the world for work so I've seen many offices in many locations, so I wasn't expecting much more than a wifi connection and a outlet for my electronics. However, I was really impressed by everything about my experience at WeWork.1. Registration and booking - super easy. I downloaded the app, picked a location, and reserved a spot, paid, and received a confirmation all within about 5 minutes. The app was excellent and easy to use.2. Location - right in Campus Martius in downtown Detroit, it's in a great spot with wonderful views of the Campus Martius park area. Loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance.3. Staff - When I arrived, I was greeted by Jameel at the front desk and within 3 minutes I was checked in, issued an access card, and shown around. Service was fantastic and very friendly.4. Environment - A nice, chill vibe conducive to productivity. It wasn't dead silent like a library, nor noisy and full of distractions. Just a quiet buzz of activity and conversation, exactly what I was looking for.5. Facilities - Several types of coffee makers (drip brew, super-automatic espresso/latte/cappucino maker), cold brew and kombucha on tap, kitchen area with microwave and toaster oven, fridge, sink, etc... This was better supplied by far than my regular office. Very impressed with the setup here. Everything was spotlessly clean (kitchen, work areas, restrooms) and well maintained. Wifi was very fast and I had no connectivity issues at all. There are meeting rooms you can rent, and free-to-use private phone booth for sensitive calls.6. Parking - The parking situation in downtown Detroit can be a little weird. There are quite a few garages in the area: 1001 Woodward Parking Garage, Campus Martius Parking Garage, Z Park, and Kennedy Square Garage are all within a 5 minute walk, but expect to pay. I parked in Campus Martius Garage for $25 for the day. There are also surface parking lots for between $7-$15 on most days. If there are sporting events, these will cost more and will fill up early. If you don't mind the $25 fee, the Campus Martius Garge is just a block away and if you're worried about security, it features a Detroit Police substation right in the structure. When I worked downtown regularly, I parked here for 14 years and never had a problem.7. Overall - this was a great experience, and I expect that WeWork (and this location in particular) will become my go-to place in Detroit when I need a desk for the day.
Virgil H: Love this wework out of the 3 in detroit. They're all nice but this one... Omg.... amazing views 😻Parking is horrible 😔 but it's not much they can do about it
Dre B: Love love love this place!! Amazing staff and work effective place!! Truly!
Jonathon hyde: Great office
Owice Aittaleb: Staff is kind, great atmosphere. I love working out of here
iRepairMotown Detroit: Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere for folks looking to get some work done and connect with other professionals in the area. Can't say enough about the support staff rocking the front the desk and maintaining the day-in and day-out operations. Always look forward to checking in and making the most of my WeWork membership.
Isaiah Jordan: Cool space relax and motivating
Nick DeNardis: Typical WeWork.
Norman Huang: Love the entrepreneurial atmosphere! There are big, beautifully decorated and furnished collaborative workspaces in the lobby, surrounded by equally functional and well furnished privates offices. The lobby area gets loud but the private offices are much quieter. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful!
Jeff Niemi: Amazing workspace.
Saiful Islam: Nice
Anita Paylor: Great business facilities for new entrepreneurs. Look into what they have to offer.
Will Juntunen: Cookies and milk await you for break time. I want this to be my full time office!
Ken Seier: Fancy, fun co-working space.
Lauren Duprey: Great location for meetings or solo work.
Carla Saunders: Love the facility
Ali Bazzi: Great space, friendly staff, awesome people to work with.
Manoj Reddy: I worked from this place for a week as my office has a branch here. Great office, great staff and the facilities in the common area like Air Hockey table, Board games, food and snacks etc were excellent. They even have free beer on tap and the views from the building are excellent!!It is in the central part of downtown and this place is perfect for startups as you can rent as much space as you want. In case of unexpected events where you need more space, you can use the conference room for free!
Duke Solomon: A great place to work. Especially hats off to the common areas which are well maintained......

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
Todd: Very pleasant
Lamar Parker: Loved this place. Great place to have an office and also get to know other people outside of your field. Chelsea and Amanda are amazing.
Abbey Bates: Convenient location with plenty of parking. Could probably have used a few more "telephone booths" on our floor but I understand why there aren't. It wasn't a huge deal to go down one flight to find one.
ES Levite: I had a coding class here on Saturday's. Nice place however, we could never access the internet. I saw that as a huge drawback. You need the internet to code.
Xavier A. Honablue: Always great... every city.
Jeff Stoker: What a place to work.

Regus - Michigan, Detroit - RenCen: what do users think?
Michael Hunter: Having no heat this past winter was horrible. Hate to see how this summer goes, hearing there's no AC after hours
D L: No heat or AC after 5PM and none at all on the weekends.
Prerna Lal: The views are nice but the location is less than ideal. No affordable parking nearby for clients, the entrances are not marked, there are various ID checks before this center can be accessed and that doesn't bode well for visitors or meetings. Also the location staff is nice, but has been unresponsive and do not provide the quality of service that I am used to from another Regus Center.
Jim Fera: Excellent staff
Devan Olah: Great overall office environment, with a helpful staff.
Colleen Samantha: Wonderful downtown location! Such a beautiful view! Always a great experience coming to Regus! The staff is great.
Joseph Generette: I've been waiting for some time for Regus to finally get based in Detroit and this location is amazing. The views in this building is just what I need to make my day.
H C: Great experience. This product gives my company the professional appearance I needed. Only paying about $90 a month for a professional address and they forward my mail out for me every week! Every time I call they are extremely helpful. Could not be more happy with my service.
Sara Muse Papineau: Front desk was very professional. Space was beautiful and has a great view!
Thomas B.: Biggest scam ever ! Stay away from this evil place... nothing's working .. i had an issue with my credit card, which stopped the recurrent payment that i had set up.. i may have received mails from them to tell me about the issue but since they send you tons of mails to urge you to take different options you dont need the whole thing went to the junbox ... till i received one day a $2000 bill (one year plan minus what i had already paid) from a collection agent for a service that got cut off after 4 months... which caused me headaches and killed the image of my business cause they were returning all my mails. Means not only they cut you off services but on top they try to oblige you to pay for something they dont do ! i try to do a reinstatement but they still try to get way more than what it should be !

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
Alex Houghtalin: In town for a conference and needed a place to work for a day before the event kicked off. I was really impressed - this WeWork location is gorgeous, super spacious and wasn’t crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. I worked here all day and it was really comfy and inspiring!
Sha McC: Beautiful space nice people. My complaint is I was there to do an orientation for a canvassing job. Once I got there the contact person was sketchy. It was for petitions signing instead. So I texted him multiple times no response and called no response. Left to figure out what was wrong like am I in the wrong room. Just to figure out my contact person was rt next to me. When confronted he claimed to explain the position via text. We talked and text for a week. I was like this isn't what you described. He was like I sent you the same text I send everyone that says petitions signing commission. I opened my text and he sent it as I was standing there trying to figure out the miscommunication. I pointed out that he sent that 5 mins ago and wasted my time before I left.
Sunny Couture: Clean quiet environment to study.
Darla.B: Amazing working space! Wonderful light. Historical, but modern atmosphere!
Amber F: Had a meeting here. Fast internet. Clean place. Great meeting place. Cool building.
cynthia: Very nice place, peaceful and very friendly staff.
MY Booker: Great location
Francesca Cusumano: I cannot sing high enough praises for this WeWork. I purchased an AllAccess membership this summer while studying for the bar exam, and it was the best decision I could have made. The WeWork staff helped me choose which plan was best for my needs and the AllAccess was perfect for studying and having the flexibility to travel to other cities. The staff was kind and always went the extra mile to help in whatever way they could. When it was announced that the bar exam would be administered remotely, Maria and Rachel were able to set me and other students up in offices for a seamless testing experience. The space is as beautiful as in the pictures and incredibly clean. Working in such a great space made my productivity skyrocket. I visited a variety of WeWork locations in different cities with the AllAccess Pass, including Boston and DC, and none were close to my experience at 6001 Cass.If “work from home” continues into the fall, I will be headed back!
Craig Harris: Was in town and needed a place to work for the day. This was perfect! Such a nice space and friendly staff. My only regret is that I don't live closer - I'd be here all the time!
Tom Deacon: After recovering from GLWA big oops. 6001 Cass is open. We work is open for business.
Ahmed Badr: Great working spacesVery friendly and professional team membersThe only reason I didn’t put the 5th star is because of the limitations due to COVID-19 which is mainly networking events that was the best thing about the other Detroit locationsHopefully once this is done things are back to normalWill definitely recommend!
Kendra Patocki: Beautiful space in a convenient area. Offices are quiet, and thoughtfully planned out. Highly recommend.
Ashley Blake: Unfortunately, this space is quite a disappointment. Filtered water (or water, period) is not provided consistently to each floor, there are next to no amenities (somewhat understandable due to COVID, but there could be more done for the amount of money tenants are paying), and the amount of rent far outweighs the benefits of this particular co-working space. On the plus side, the main floor is beautiful and the front desk attendants are lovely people.
jayson pankin: Tremendous kudos to WeWork for reinventing a historic building and creating a strong new pulse in the emerging Detroit TechTown R&D community. Brilliant new home for global entrepreneurs and local innovators. The Iconic yet decades long abandoned former Cadillac World HQ Building from the 1930's in Detroit's revitalizing Golden Age New Center neighborhood, also home to the Art Deco masterpiece, The Fisher Building (my first office in Detroit in early 1980s), former General Motors World HQ (now Cadillac Place), WSU IBIO complex recreated from a 1920's original Buick then Cadillac dealership, and next door to NextEnergy, TechTown, Henry Ford Health system, and the brand new state of the art Detroit Pistons performance center, is an extraordinary compliment to stitch together the fabric for a new live/work/shop/play neighborhood for Millennials and Boomers- locals & transplants. Spectacular sunny two floor atrium will attract and keep ideas and talent in Detroit as it did when Cadillac. 1 block from Qline street train connects to downtown and Riverwalk. Thanks WeWork.
