Adrienne Grayce: They rescheduled my husband 4 consecutive times. Wasting our time and energy. Forced to find another ocuplastic surgeon.
Tom Weston: Rude on the phone and they kept resetting my appointment every week. They did this 4 times and the last time they told me it would be over a month before they could reschedule me for the 5th time. No wonder they have a 3.3 out of 130 reviews on google.
diane redden: This is the absolute worst place to have an appointment, especially if you’re in pain. The staff is rude and clearly they don’t care about their patients. Would not be here if it wasn’t an emergency.

Franklin Vaughn: Absolutely terrible, I was a walk in with trauma to my eye. I arrived at 11:45am and it was 2 hours before the initial exam during which my eyes were dilated. I have been sitting in the lobby for the last hour and a half. There's been several people in and out. But never more than 5-7 people in the lobby at any given time. Why have a walk in clinic for eye trauma? When you have to wait while they take those who made appointments? I will find another eye clinic, reputation or not, it makes no apparent sense.

zunaira T: I've used Henry Ford OptimEyes (Detroit Renaissance) twice. I am in awe of how polished, modern, and spotless everything is. I brought both of my siblings the second time, and they also had an amazing experience. Our doctor was very knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. Our optometrist, Jamela, was really helpful when it came to choosing glasses because all three of us had different insurances, and she was able guide us to what would be covered for each of us and provide us with useful information. Jamela made sure to phone us after picking up our frames to ensure everything went smoothly. The Henry Ford OptimEyes, the Detroit Renaissance Center, has Jamela to thank for that.

It’sAriee: Made a appointment a month ago for my son .. received a call today stating my child appointment has been cancel due to doctor have a emergency for June 13 … how would anyone know they have a emergency two weeks away ? Not faulting the doctor I’m faulting the scheduling person because it sounds to me she/he was making appointments on the day doctor knew he was going to be out… also tried to push his appointment out another month after waiting a whole month .. they didn’t try to see if he could get in at they other locations or even try to squeeze him in on another date other then a month away I’m very disappointed

I've been to the Clinton Township, West Bloomfield and Detroit locations and the staff are amazing at each location. Dr. Gianfermi is the absolute best. She's stern, informative and reassuring. She has made this process for my family so much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate her.

Sharon Jeter: At 71, I had been struggling with cataracts for a number of years. Although I stayed away from it, night driving would catch me when I miscalculated and stayed out too long. It was the worst. And don’t let it rain, very scary indeed! So I decided now was the time. My first appointment at Dr. Zuckerbrod’s office (Dr. Z) made me sure I had the right doctor. He had many patients—I wanted an experienced doctor. His staff is friendly and efficient as they keep it moving. I was out in a reasonable time. Most importantly, Dr. Z is very kind. The day of the first surgery, my daughter took me. Everyone made me comfortable. The heated blanket was so cuddly. It took some time for the eye medicine to work, but they soon wheeled me into the operating room. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. Next thing I knew, I was being awakened as it was all over. From that moment on my world brightened. My left eye aided by the surgery eye, seemed cataract free, until I covered the right one. The surgery on the right eye went so well. I could now see at night. In the daytime I discovered how much I had been missing. I couldn’t wait for the second surgery. Now that I have had the surgery in both eyes, I wrote this review without glasses. Thank you, Dr. Z, for giving me my eye sight back and for greatly improving my life.

Dr has years and years of experience, multiple offices including a surgical office, and so many in house rooms with equipment to make sure you’re getting the full check up and diagnosis. Have sent many people here and will continue to go.
