Amy Tibbetts: I love this place! I was praying to find a doctor that could treat my teeth with Invisalign. I have 2 upper teeth missing since I was teenager and now, as an adult, I was dreading the thought of braces. Not only can Dr. Mike treat me with Invisalign but the office is really millennial friendly from the technology they use to show you what your results will look like to how they schedule appointments and create payment plans. Everything is so simple and convenient. On top of all that the staff is lovely and the office itself is a wonderful space with a view. I highly recommend coming here for your smile goals.

Each person on their team, from Dr. Lanzetta to Cathy to Shana, is AWESOME - friendly, genuine and great to be around. They treat each patient like a friend, not like a dollar sign. As an adult who had braces before (and like most kids, didn't love it) it says a lot that I never dreaded appointments at DOS or felt like I was going to a typical ortho office. dawn lawera: Not what he used to be…. I used to drive from Romeo to continue my dental care. It is unfortunate that the quality that once was -is gone.I had a poorly delivered bridge done that you could throw a cat under - which should have been immediately returned and remade.Instead he permanently cemented in place. I looked when I got home and called to have it replaced- not a little, but incredibly obvious poor delivery. When I went in dr Williams he broke the bicuspid when attempting to remove bridge then cemented a temporary while waiting for permanent to be re made. However the damage to bicuspid now needed a root canal. Which he didn’t his expense but -I had to call him out on it or I’m pretty certain I would have had to pay for it.I think I have the order of event correct. Instead of making a quality bridge …..at my expense he put pins in to secure bridge instead of a post… a basic & important part of this if it had any chance of lasting.. Doomed for failure. When I returned to have bridge cemented in after second delivery…..again due to instability and poor bridge work- I was charged an additional 700 for another shotty repair. He tried to blame it on waiting for lapse in between appointments-not! Outcome would have been the same…!!! You rolled the dice to buy enough time hoping it would hold and I would once again have to pay for additional repairs- The reason for the bridge originally was he did a root canal on a molar and went to far out the bottom of canal and tooth had to be extracted…. It is disheartening the number of times these teeth have been paid for only to get terrible dental care. I have many years of dental experience from assisting to management so this is not guess work or random assumptions. Contacted Gabe with no reply..........This has been an ongoing challenge to save but unfortunately I will now have to budget until I can have implants….. Maybe time to retire….
Nicole Dooley: Dr. Williams has been my dentist for at least 20 years. My kids (who are now grown) also go to his office still. Dr. Williams is a kind soul and gentle when working and speaking. His staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. What I have always loved about Dr. Willams and his practice is he is always up-to-date on the lastest techniques and products, etc. He and his staff would attend yearly conferences for updates and comroderie with each other and the "dentist world". I love that. He is located in the Fisher Building (Detroit), which means a great deal to me as well. No long drive from home or work for me to get to him. I've never had an issue after a visit, whether it be a cleaning, or filling or crown(s). Yes. Dr. Williams has hooked me up! After my front crown replacements today and a few implants, we're going "hollywood", as Dr. Williams would say. I love this office. I am never hesitant to go to the dentist! (I know, right?!)
Ericka Blassingame: Dr. WILLIAMS BEEN WORKING IN MY MOUTH SINCE I WAS SMALL AROUND 6 OR 7 YEARS OLD! STILL GOING TO HIM AND MY FIANCÉ, MY 2 DAUGHTERS AND SON. THEY ARE ALL OVER 19 YEARS OLD. The Staff is outstanding especially Martha and the lady over cleaning they been with me since I was small
Jai B: I've been a patient since 2014 and have always had good service from all of the staff. Recently I had to have a deep gum cleaning and the new hygienist, Vanessa is a Pro. I actually fell asleep during the procedure and she still got the job done! 5 stars for sure!
Sharon Perry: I have been a patient of Dr. Gabriel Williams D.D.S. for more than 30 years he has a great bedside manner along with the other staff members that work with Dr. Williams they are all very professional they have been with him for many years this tells me something about Dr. Williams himself he is a pleasure to work for he is always so up beat with a AWESOME SMILE. As a younger person I was terrified to go the dentist after my first visit I knew that I found the best Dentist ever I would recommend him to anyone I would give Dr. Gabriel Williams and his office staff TEN STARS I have never left his office without be satisfied with my visit. If you have to leave a voice mail they get back with you that day or by the next. So for anyone that is looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Gabriel Williams for GREAT CARE I thank him and his staff for making each of my visits painless.

Jackie B: I arrived at the office at 10:50 am for a retainer, and I'm still at the office and it is 2:40 pm. I dealt with unprofessional, rude, and unpolite staff. I ask if my retainer could be adjusted due to the fact that I felt poking and the retainer was uneven. Susan admitted the retainer was off. Stevie enters the room shortly after and stated "we have made the retainer twice, and I've been doing this for a long time and I make retainers all day long since that's what I'm in charge of, so I don't know what to tell you. I was told that I would receive an additional upper retainer for the inconvenience since patients came after me but were taken before. I did not receive an additional retainer and was questioned by Stevie where is the other retainer even though she took it and threw it in the trash. I was offered a retainer that was thrown in the trash and told its ok since it was sterilized and Dr. Gabriel agreed. While speaking to Dr. Gabriel, he was not making eye contact or even listening to the situation since he was focused on eating a banana. Money and time wasted at this facility. Do not waste your time or money

DeAira: This was the most pleasant first time visit to a Dentist's office I've EVER had. Dr. Williams is VERY knowledgeable about dentistry, sleep apnea, and orthodontics. He provides good advice and suggestions. His staff of hygienist are equally knowledgeable and everyone provides great customer service from the front desk staff to the hygienist who greets you by telling you their name, their position/title, and what they're about to perform on your mouth/what is coming next.I've never left a dentist office that happy or satisfied before because I've never received equally awesome customer service and quality care at a dentist office before. Oh and parking is provided (the lot is right next to the Fisher Building) AND validated for the first hour so my first visit also included free parking. My husband has also "enjoyed" his visit(s) here as much as one can and is super satisfied with his teeth cleaning. Oh, and the front desk staff were also very patient with me when I had to reschedule my, and my husband's, appointments a few times because of life happening.If you are looking for a great, knowledgeable Dentist office in the Detroit metro area, I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff.

The over seeing provider is so warm & kind, I would recommend her 10 times over!! The assistant Beka who does the wire install/change is TOP TIER!! Paul R: I highly recommend Dr. Friedman and his staff at Motor City Smiles. He worked with me for nearly two years to straighten and align my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the results.Not only was he flexible with my work schedule, but he also worked with my dentist and oral surgeon throughout the process as I needed two dental implants.Even when my treatment was completed he created a temporary retainer, awaiting the crowns to be placed on my implants. He even fit me in immediately after the crowns were placed in order to scan my teeth for retainers.

M Boo: Dr. Joseph is amazing but honestly he needs to revamp his staff. It’s takes me on average A MONTH to get the front desk to answer the phone. Then when I schedule appointments and go in on my day I scheduled ....the staff claims I never had an appointment and now I’m waiting for hours just for basic maintenance. I really would like to recommend him to other people but his staff gets in the way of that.
