greg pawlowski: Dr. Best took the time to carefully explain the options I had for correcting my chronic knee pain, and was able to resolve the issue without surgery. He was thoughtful enough to help me through a back issue, recommending a surgeon who was equally superior.

All I get is a message saying leave your info and we'll get back to you asap. 4 calls later and no call back. This is for an overdue post op visit and staple removal! It's not like I can just go to any surgeon!

mom3924: I had a negative experience the day I took my son to get rechecked for a fractured wrist. The only person who showed any type of customer service was the young African American woman sitting at the front desk. The medical assistant who took us to the back did not greet us at all, I felt like the time we were there we were a burden. Even the woman who checked us out never looked up, or looked at us, just stared at the computer screen the whole time when she asked questions. The whole experience was very impersonal and my sons concerns were addressed

Michael Schafer: Dr Best is an excellent surgeon. Unfortunately, his office and staff are stuck in the 1980's. No patient portal. No email communication. You call and sit on hold hoping that the staff who finally answers can help. Unfortunately, they don't help. That is unless; you want another appointment to see the doctor.

Beverly Summers: Dr Charters did my hip replacement Feb 23, 2023. I am doing awesome. Him and his team were the best. I really felt like they cared how things went before and after so I would have a fast recovery. He gets a definite 5 from me.
Devin Cronk: Just tried to set something up with a surgeon and the front desk was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I have straight medicaid and never had a card and she informed me he had to have the card number even tho she could very easily look me up in the data base like everyone has since I was 17 years old. Very disappointed. I was involved in a pretty deadly motorcycle accident that I survived and need a new surgeon since my has left

Jacqueline Simpson: Dr. Little did My total knee replacement on my right knee February 20, 2023. I have been in pain ever since my surgery my knee will not bend without excruciating pain dr. Little does not have good bedside manners. He sent another collie of his to my bedside. She was the worst doctor that I have ever encountered. She threaten to send me home with a low-dose painkiller did not introduce herself to my husband just told him that he could take me home at that very moment harper hospital staff had to watch me scream in agony due to the pain from my knee surgery. It is three weeks now since my surgery I can barely walk. I cannot bend my knee and yet I’m still in a lot of pain I was a CNA for over 20 years. I have taken care of a lot of patients with knee replacement, hip replacements and I have yet to see someone in the condition that I am in at this moment this doctor can care less about his patient as I said he didn’t even come see me in the hospital. My blood pressure was 178/110, due to the pain that I was in not once, but twice blood pressure was elevated due to pain. I couldn’t have went into shock I thank God for watching over me

Michelle Meador: I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Milia and his team. I was hunting for a good Ortho as I have been dealing with terrible knees my whole life and just wanted some one to take me seriously. The previous Dr (won't even bother saying who) left me waiting in the room for over an hour and just said "you have some debris floating around, not much can be done" and walked out of the room in 3 minutes. I was lit. I made an appointment with Dr. Milia and from the very first time meeting his PA, I already knew I was in good hands. I had x rays completed and Dr. Milia was in the room with me within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. We tried to do some other things before surgery but it was determined that was the only option. The surgery was quick the aftercare was thorough, utilizing technology to keep in touch with me during my recovery, even responding to me on a Sunday. My experience as a whole has been a great one and I can't imagine going to another Ortho. Its the reviews that made me choose him as my Dr and if you're looking for someone, this is the Dr. to go to. Thank you Dr Milia and team!

Rachael Manimanis: Found out I had a weird bi-lateral hip dysplasia at 22, I was so afraid this would affect my range of motion or physical health but he was amazing and a complete perfectionist when it came to the surgery. Even after such a big procedure I have had Almost NO pain and I have NO limitations, even my scar is great considering. Looks like a small scratch on my bikini line. You would never know I had multiple hip surgeries. He is a lifesaver! And I would trust no one more to do my future procedures.
Daniel Hool: The only thing I know about this "Doctor" is that he refused to see my 4-year-old daughter with a broken leg.She broke her leg on a Friday. ER Doctor referred us to Dr. Zaltz. We called Monday morning. Didn't hear back until 2:30. The reply we got was "Dr Zaltz is too busy to see your daughter."Very upsetting - very frustrating. It's a scary world when Doctors can refuse to help patients because they are too busy. So my 4-year-old needs to go 2 more days without a cast. Awesome.Thanks so much for your "help" Dr. Zaltz.
