Raina Marshall: I had a pretty horrible experience at this doctor's office. I went in with chronic and debilitating symptoms, got checked by the doctor the doctor told me that I needed a cat scan to figure out what was wrong with me. He ordered the cat scan and I was Denied. I called the insurance company to see why I was denied and they told me that it was because all of the info that was necessary for me to get the procedure had not been submitted. I called the doctor's office to tell them what the insurance company told me and the receptionist told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. There's more to this horrible story but that's too much of a read.
Jurate Zindulis: Best doctor ever. He discovered my jaw tumor right away, after seeing numerous doctors about my symptoms. He treats me and my daughter with such respect and never jumps to conclusions about anything. He thoroughly explains everything and pays great attention to every detail. God bless him! If only there were more doctors like dr Stern🙏❤️

Mary Lee: There is an EMPLOYEE name DAWN that works in the office that is very RUDE. I have called there many times and each time she has a bad attitude. And when she hangs up the phone is sounds like she Slams it down. Go get a better attitude lady, how is she even employed anywhere! Learn some manners and respect! You give black women a bad name. DO BETTER, and please fire this women!
Dalia Zarka: Dr. Stern is the absolute best. My mother in law saw him and he was kind enough to explain everything to her in a way she was able to understand. He really took his time to diagnose& pinpointed exactly what the problem was. She has been seeing him for over three years now and continue to do so. Thank you!
eli hess: The office is like any other office. Make apt, sit down, be seated in room , etc. the difference maker is the doctor himself who is very caring, patient, and just an overall humble person. He really takes care of you and listens to your issues and then walks you through everything you may go through and experience. Highly recommend

Den T: Amazing doctor. I took my Mom to see him and he was thorough, caring, and kind. His diagnosis was accurate. Yes, his wait times may be a bit long, but I’d rather wait for a good doctor, then be seen immediately by a bad one. My mom thought he walked on water. I usually try and give a well rounded review, and list the positives and negatives, but there’s nothing negative I can possibly say.

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor. He has always made sure we understand exactly what is going on. Bernadette Flaisch: I know Dr. Stern for many years and after reading some of the reviews I am furious that “ patients” take time to tarnished his reputation after seeing him. We all have a choice to interview the doctor before seeing him or her. Dr. Stern is the most kind professional I know and I have difficulty to believe that he did not explain procedures or surgeries to his patient. Please do not consider some of those reviews that popped within the same time frame because they are simply not true!!! Dr. Stern is most caring Doctor I know and I will never believe some of the negative reviews . He is dedicated to his patients and his profession like no other doctor I know ! He has the best bed side manners and he likes to joke around to make his patients in ease. Please do not take out of context that he made you wait for the visit . Sometimes it can not predicted how long will take to spent quality time with the patient and that’s what Dr.Stern does. It is unreasonable to go and see a specialist / surgeon and complain that you had to wait. I strongly recommend Dr. Stern as he is very gifted in what he does as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Cortez Higgins: How many of y'all actually had surgery done by Dr Stern? I will say he is a friendly likeable person. But the surgery he did on my Nose went wrong, it's a lot he didn't inform me tell after surgery
Amber Bowser: Not very pleased with the services this Doctor gave a good friend of mine. He had a surgery done, that was not thoroughly explained the risks and possible outcomes. Now he will need to find a way to repair the damage that has been done as a result of this doctor.
Jeremey Terry: A friend of mine is going through some serious complications after undergoing a procedure performed by Dr. Stern. While complications are not necessarily the providers fault or a result of improper technique or malpractice this individual was blindsided by the type and severity of complications he is experiencing. My friend says they were never explained as a possibility or risk assosciated with the procedure he underwent and that is a problem.
Ashley Jones: My boy friend had surgery recently and Dr. Noah Stern did a very bad job that could be life altering. He also did not cover all of the important risk prior to the surgery.
Rachelle Smith: I saw him this week. Dr. Stern is cordial and pleasant. However, his time management skills are mediocre. I waited 2 HOURS and 10 minutes for him to come into my exam room. The staff did not update me on the delay. When he walked in, he said, "Sorry for the wait. I am really good at making patients wait." He clearly knows he has problems in this area, but refuses to improve. I will not go back. There are plenty of good ENTs in this area. I deserve better, and won't settle!
LADY BLESSED: When I was shot one of the bullets had past through the roof of my mouth which caused a hole which is called a-A fistula A fistula is characterized as an abnormal passageway between two openings, hollow organs, or cavities. They occur as a result of injury, infection, or disease. A communicating, vertical passageway between the mouth and nasal cavity is called an oronasal fistula... but i thought i would have that hole up there for the resr of my life I was wrong Dr.Stern fixed that.. he is an amazing Doctors very caring.. and he listen to you. Also he does not play when it comes to his patience and there care at the hospital wants you to be treated.. right I would recommend him he is the best thank you Dr Stern
Jwan Hakim: I am very pleased with my experience at doctor Stern’s office .Doctor Stern is very nice, attentive, caring and thorough,took his time explaining my ear situation and answering my questions and concerns .The medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately.I highly recommend him . 👍👍👍👍

Nan Lee: My son saw Dr. Siegel for his eartubes, and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. She explained things thoroughly, and everything on the day of surgery went so smoothly - she and her staff really put my son at ease and made him feel so comfortable throughout then whole experience.
Reina J: In a word... HORRIBLE. We had an absolute wonderful experience with another provider at Children's. So when the need came for a good Otolaryngologist , I thought naturally return to Childrens. Scheduled our appointment, both my husband and I took time off work so we could ask our questions regarding the surgery our son needed. We never got a chance to ask them because we left before we could see this provider, after waiting close to an hour after our appointment time..we were told we were next. my husband and I respectfully declined, as this is not how you establish care with a new patient. Nor at that point did I have any confidence in this Dr. performing surgery on my son. if you are looking for an ENT. Please keep looking. If the skillset is there the professionalism is not.

John Hickey: Very good Dr.
Verona H.: This was for my appt. with her at DMC in Detroit. It was for 2PM, I arrived at 1:45 and had another appt. in the same building for 3:30PM.I waited and waited and waited. At 3:28 I got up and told the receptionist that I had another appt. and had been there for an hour and 45 minutes and had never even seen a doctor! She just shrugged her shoulders, was very rude, and asked if I wanted to make another appt.! Um, yeah, what do you think?Completely the fault of the staff at DMC for scheduling too many patients.Might be a good dr., I don't know, never saw her!

robert larkin: Arrived at 1:15p for 1:30p appointment with Dr. Pinnock at Southfield office, confirmed twice before appointment date that it was with Dr. Pinnock. Wasnt seen til 2:15p for some reason then was told Dr. Pinnock wasn't there and would be seen by a N.P.Total waste of time, she poked and prodded but couldnt offer any assistance, instead saying I should see Dr. Pinnock after a CT scan because he has more experience. Well I had an appt with Dr. Pinnock, not a N.P. Waste of $40 deductible, not going back.
