J J9: Took them basically two months to repair my car from a median damaged front bumper and alignment and stirring issues from being tboned in an accident. They took their sweet time and had more excuses than valid reasons on what was holding up the process.So finally got my car back after basically two months and I notice immediately while driving it for the first time in a while that the alignment was completely off, causing rattling and trembling while driving in the stirring wheel and noise coming from the engine.Because of this two weeks later, while on the road, my front driver wheel splits open while driving, I was asked did I have recent work done to the alignment of my vehicle which i did from metro tech, all this due to the terrible alignment job they did. The overall repairs done for my vehicle were below averageThe car detail they claim to have done was below average as well. The only thing they did pretty good was waxing the vehicle. Other than that there were more problems than solutions.Also the staff was rudeSo all in all NO I would NOT recommend going to this shop unless it’s your last option. Didn’t know how long it would take so I have them a call like a week and a half after and they said it wouldn’t be done for a few weeks. It only took them two weeks to repair my window, replace my steering wheel, and fixed my bumper from a rear end accident without me mentioning it to them or my insurance company! Jeremy Davis: Unprofessional and terrible customer service.First time coming here and let me give you an honest review.They had my vehicle for 2.5 months you would think they would make sure your vehicle would be fixed. 3 days later from picking up my truck my wheel flys off while goin to work in the morning, probably would of caused a big accident with people seriously hurt because they said the bearing looked " fine " and wasn't an issue.They're cheap and skimp out on actually fixing the problem. Heard more excuses than solutions with these people.Than they tamper with irrelevant issues on your vehicle without prior consent.They don't even have any paperwork backing up their alignment check on your vehicle.Whole experience from day one was straight bad. My antenna was ripped out and never replaced itThey never offered me a rental vehicle but any other place would do it for you hassle free.Update: Strongly suggest anyone to go somewhere else than here. The owner will call you back trying to redeem himself but the damage is already done. Don't get caught up with this shady establishment

The best part was my truck needed a good cleaning inside and out they literally detailed my while truck at no charge. I pray nothing happens to where I will need anymore body work but if it does I will be returning to Metrotech collision. jay james: I went to the one in Ferndale. I was given a paint choice book and picked a color. I wanted a metallic red like color but my car was painted a pink like color. I was very unhappy..so I told them to paint it again and i changed the color to yet another color that's in there color book and again the paint wrong! So now im Frustrated and ready to give up. I just accepted that color because the job was ok but the wrong color! Then I realized that now someone has cracked my wind shield in the corner. Katlin Ramaut: If I could give 0 stars I would, Lance the main character that works there will tell you one thing on the phone and another thing entirely in person. He lied to me by “implying he’d cover EITHER the loaner car or the deductible” then rushed my mom into signing paperwork you never even go over and he gives you a copy of all the details EXCEPT the one that states it’s a only a small portion he “helps” with not the whole deductible like he implies… Then on the day of pick up explains you owe him more money! He’s a sleazy car repair guy and doesn’t honor his word at all and in fact lies and treats the customers like garbage! Katie Kowalski: I had my car taken here after I hit a deer back in October. I worked with Lance & his team, & they are awesome! He got my car in right away. Unfortunately, we had some complications with my insurance company, but he worked after hours sometimes to make sure everything was progressing. Considering my car is 2023 model, some parts were on back order, but Lance did the best he could to get my car back to me in a timely manner, not to mention my car looks brand new again. He’s so professional, nice, & understanding. Hopefully I won’t have to get my car repaired again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Lance!

Merritt Fooy: These guys are great! Lance ordered some specific parts for my VW in May 2022. I put down a deposit and went about my business. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I wasn't able to get my car back to them until mid-October. I went in, fully expecting to have to reorder the parts - but the guys found my records and parts within ten minutes and had my headlights and bumper fixed up in under an hour.
