Parking Garage: what do users think?
Michael Lynett: Over priced for the area. Had to park on the 8th floor because all lower floors were reserved. Elevator was out of service. Rip off.

Glen W.: Convenient pay service, clean, well lite and safe. Close to riverfront and The Aretha. Also Atwater Brewery and othe small eateries.
Charles Richardson: Work parking
Matt Swartzlander: Poorly signed private parking. They'll leave the gates up and then bend you over. Don't park here to go to Atwater Brewing.
Matteo Cortesi: È un garage privato, non è pubblico
Marie Susalla: Safe place to park downtown
Lien David: Not a public parking.

Beaubian Place Garage (SP+ Parking): what do users think?
I W: Tried to use three different bank cards to pay for parking (at the exit). Their pay by bank card system rejects some credit/debit cards. Finally, the third card accepted.
William Nagel: Always nice
Tom Snivley: Terrible exit strategy on Saturday night 12/10/22. Say goodbye Detroit🤣🤣
MarkaPhotog: Don’t use this parking area. I have 3 neurological disabilities and often misplace things. I lost my ticket and had to pay $40 to get my car out. I know it’s my fault I lost the ticket but it was a horrible experience dealing with the jerk on the intercom. The words “I understand “ when you tell ANYONE you are neurologically disabled shows the ignorance of this world. No one understands the physical pain I was suffering just talking to him. I’ve used this garage in the past and will never use it again. I recommend to go elsewhere for parking
Richard Washington: This was the absolute worst parking structure I’ve ever been to scanner would not read barcode connection to the attendant kept going out and still paid more than was supposed be attendant clearly had a language barrier don’t park here unless you want to be there for 20 min trying to get out causing an extremely large line behind you
Chelsea Finch: One of my fav parking garages Downtown!!
Michael Mikhjian: Nice clean parking garage, quick access to ren cen!
A.F. Whitepigeon: Redeeming online pre-orders is an enormous hassle. I couldn't get the scanner to work with either my phone or a printed-out piece of paper, and I ended up holding up traffic for a significant length of time both coming in and going out. The kiosks themselves are also quite confusing, with multiple scanners, buttons, and ticket dispensers, without any indication of which things to use if you pre-paid online, have a GM monthly pass, or just want to drive-up park. Additionally, when I showed up, not only did neither of the scanner systems work properly, but the machine refused to dispense a ticket. Through multiple interactions with staff, at several times of day, both in-person and over the "Push for assistance" line, it was clear that they were almost as confused as I was, and many seemed to not even realize there WAS an online pre-pay system. The garage itself was fairly nice. The location is quite convenient to go to the Detroit Grand Prix shuttle bus pick-up, or the Riverwalk, or the Ren-Cen. The garage was clean and spacious, and it seemed pretty safe. All that is rendered useless, though, when it's almost impossible to get in or out.
TERRY: GMのビルに隣接するパーキング。ビルと連絡路でつながっているので便利。パーキングのP2はGMビルのLevel 1とつながっています。ここから日本総領事館にも行けます。料金は1時間8ドルかかりました。
V G: The best place to park while in downtown Detroit. Clean, safe and direct connection to the GM building, Marriott and People Mover.
haywould ugetmeadrink: I have used the port atwater garage for many years. right next door. Highlands Grill validates Beaubian place place garage parking. That's what prompted me to use Beaubian garage. I really am happy I did. More cameras. There is a staff. A better rate for parking. Ease of access to the RenCen. Each parking space is bigger then the surrounding parking areas. Overall safer experience. Beubian place Garage is now my go to parking when in Detroit! The company that owns the Beaubian Place Garge response to these post. Anyting below a 5 star they respond with an email address wanting to know how to make it a 5 star. That's how a company should take care of the customer. Striving to be better is what keeps customers happy and coming back!
Lawrence Robling: Safe and clean. Would park again.
Derrick Logan: Actually, I drove past the parking structure on my way to the River Walk!
Renee Laney-jackson: Secure
Jim Hall: My all-time favourite parkins structure with a covered crossing to the General Motors Renaissance Center!None finer!
Klaus Koenig: I came, I parked, I left.
Michael Lott: Easy in easy out
Zaid M.: Worst valet service hands downZero stars
Rob Padilla: Made me use my card no other option
Curt Shilling: Very clean facility
Amber Vsetula: This was the cheapest place to park near the renn. Center.

Parking: what do users think?
Dee: Parking was EXTREMELY expensive. After paying $350+ for 2 tickets, $60 just seemed to be a bit extreme. Not to mention, they didn't take cash, they wanted you to use your credit card OR the attendant charged an EXTRA $5 for you to use cash app, so that's $65 for parking (not to mention it's not even secure parking).
Brooke Elward: Good lot that fills up fast. Easy walk to any Tigers or Lions game. Kind of hard to pull out of after, but the workers try to ease the chaos.
John Thomason: Slow to park get cars parked. Wastes your time waiting to park just to price gouge you when it's your turn. Max price listed on the sign was $50 and they tried to charge $120
Miguel Nouhan: The best game day parking lot for Detroit Lions Football and any Ford Field/Comerica Park events. Right in the middle of all the Pre-game tailgating action at the most fun intersection in Detroit!

Kennedy Square Garage: what do users think?
Steven K: why do all the spots say reserved where am i supposed to park. at least yall didn't tow me for the spot i randomly selected
Joseph Sanchez: Well managed and maintained garage in Detroit. Managed by LAZ parking.
Deb Moore: Creepy and Expensive!Very creepy and expensive garage. My friend and I were stuck between floors and had to call the attendant to open the door for us. There were no signs “on the doors” to indicate ALL Doors Are Locked, No emergency exit , cameras, or phone in stairwell I would have freaked out if I were alone or it was late in the evening. I will never park there again!
JeremiahPaulM: Park elsewhere! Horrible experience parking here for a lions game—scanner doesn’t work at the kiosk, help button doesn’t work, not staffed, called help phone number multiple times which goes to voicemail box which is full. Called security number but they have nothing to do with the gate and won’t help. Many people were stuck down there trying to drive out but having difficulty. Poorly managed and broken technology.
Chad Roberts: I had no issues using the garage. The issue I had was the parkwhiz app for prepaid parking. It doesn't work here. Beyond that, the place is clean. And it was attended. Friendly workers. I'd go again.
Susan Morrison: This the best place to park your car.
Kelly Grattan: Great location and nice and safe garage. However we used spothero to find it and pay for our parking and they didn't seem familiar with this service. It took quite a while to check in and check out.
Jacklyn Nash: Parked here last night since it was inexpensive and across the street from my company Christmas party. There was only a sign that states prices when I pulled in. When my coworker and I went to leave, the garage was closed and there was no open side door or number to call. Ended up getting an Uber and had to wait outside for 30 minutes and got severe windburn on my face. Came back this morning to pick up my car. Had to pay again to get back in and when my grandmother who drove me tried to leave, they wouldn't let her, because she didn't have my friends card who originally paid the night before. They don't give you a ticket, or receipt, nothing! I argued with them for 20 minutes while cars were waiting and had to end up going thru a side entrance next to the booth to get her out. This was an absolute nightmare and I am so extremely disappointed with their lack of signs and policy listed at this place and professionalism of their employees. I have never left such a bad review and if I could, I would leave 0 stars.
Jessica O: Yesterday I had a very important meeting with a realtor and was running late so didn’t have a chance to drop my dog off at home prior to the meeting. I used this garage and asked the attendant if I could leave my car running and dog in the car just long enough to go to the short meeting and come back. The attendants name was Jackie. With a smile on her face, she explained how to use the credit card machine for parking, and volunteered to let me dog sit with her while I ran my errand. She told me she loved dogs and she was happy to help so I didn’t have to leave him in the car. Her gesture was so kind, and in a day and age where more people are focused on themselves than helping others. When I got back, my dog was on her lap and she was talking to him. She is a wonderful lady, and her kindness meant so much to me. She truly went over and above and I hope her employer reads this review and recognizes what an asset she is.
Brock Watters: Nice parking lot for a good price
Leanne Falzone: Great parking
Mark Lenz: You have one job. Take my money and don't piss me off. You failed horribly
Nick Reding: Nice facility with great parking price! Just be aware that to get back in to your vehicle after hours you need to have the security guard at the front desk let you in. I will definitely use again because of the location and price.

Parking: what do users think?
Connor Wyckoff: DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!I ended up parking here to go to Pizza cat right next door and paid the fee of $40 to park. The man at the stand took the cash that I gave him and he printed me a ticket for my car dashboard. I then parked at said parking lot and later left after we ate. A week went by and received a notice in the mail with pictures of my car saying I illegally parked in the lot without paying and was charged another $59 or my car would be booted or towed. I thankfully had my parking stub and emailed them notifying that I paid the person in the stand in cash (with a picture of my parking stub). It took them a whole month to reply saying that the lot was an “unmanned” lot and I still had to pay the fee. Please save yourself $100 and go park somewhere else! There’s many other lots to choose from that are in really great locations!
Frau Bischof: Perto de tudo, bastante espaço e pode pagar pelo celular

Opera House Parking Center: what do users think?
ichoose2bhappy: (Shen Yun) was a great performance. This theater still has the charm and beauty of yesterday. The staff was amazing and helpful. The parking around the Theater ranges from $10 and $30.
I CM: Attempted to park here for a Saturday night Opera House Performance. The female parking attendant took the $20 parking fee in cash (found out later that they are supposed to only take credit card payments). There were at least 30-40 cars let in this way and no parking spots available. Everyone drove up to the top of the parking structure and then had to exit the garage again. The staff didn’t reimburse our money but we were instead told to go to Grand Circus parking where nobody let us in. We almost missed the performance because of this. Whoever owns this parking structure needs to do better, you are giving the Opera House a bad reputation.
Ayodele David Akinpelu: It’s always mayham leaving but we made it out in time and safely.
Jessica “Jade” M: I parked in the structure directly across from the Opera House. The walk wasn't far at all. The cost was $20 that night. It was well lit. There was an attendant assisting with payment. They only accepted credit.
S Phelan: Expensive!! Less than 2 hours of parking to go to Van Gogh exhibit was $24!!
Jacob Lalkens: Great parking downtown!
Kathleen: Easy peasy parking :)
ERICA collins: Very beautiful inside and all the staff was friendly
Elizabeth Merritt: Easy in and out and close to Ford Field and Comerica Park.
Marino Ard: Didn’t accept my phone number and charged me double.
Richard Roark: Convenient
Mike Haggadone: Best place to park for events at Ford Field if its open to purchase that day
Rachel Adams: Only a short walk to the Opera house but $ 30 for parking for a couple of hours for one show is too much
Bryan Jager: Great place to park for a Lions or Tigers game. Close enough to walk and just far enough it is easy to get out after the game. I usually get some food around after the game and the crowds are usually gone by then which makes it very easy to get out. 🙂
rell cash: Very good thanks u
Justin Trudeau: Easy in and easy out but they raised their price to 10 dollars
james dyson: Good location I wish they still had attendants
colleen lepola: Phantom of the Opera 🤗
Mary Miller: The attendant was rude
Alan Dusseault: Super simple. I drive an extended cab pickup with an 8' bed and had no problem here. Ok, Ihad to remove my hitch to get all the way to the wall.
Wanda Akeman: Easy access
