Tia Thompson: Beautiful park! I love coming here for events and walks. Always some friendly people around to chat with. So glad the stick structure is till up. I helped with this project and its just as beautiful as the first day we started.
Anthony Taylor: Restrooms: There's no restroom or playground area

Jones Family: Oldie but goodie park. The city needs to invest more in this park
Josh Kendall: This park is not maintained. Trash is everywhere. Grass is knee high and the trail is deteriorated. The drive around has craters so deep that you need a larger vehicle to keep from bottoming out. It has potential but seemingly far from it.
Alex: Unfortunately the city has let this park become neglected, it would be a nicer area if it was up kept.
Beverly Ransom: It's a same how this nice park isn't kept up, tall grass and trash.
Carly Cenzer: Cool park, wish they maintained the full path better. Some parts were very over grown. Good walk for my dog. A lot of random cars posted up which sort of gives the park a weird vibe, but will go back.
Aynzley McLaughlin: This place is a bit wild but very beautiful. There is a little play structure and a really neat sculpture here. Also some very nice walking trails.
Fard Ali: Paving the road in the park and some amenities would make this a three star park for sure.
Bevaine Shaw: They need to fix all those potholes immediately!!

Keith Pat: I was disappointed. It's been years since I've been here. The weeds were almost knee high and I don't think there was a single blade of actual grass. Meininger Park: what do users think?
Jerold Aulph: It's a great park for dogs to run. they need to replace the leash law signs with Karen's not allowed.. need to cover-up all the drains in the park so that in February water can freeze over and have ice between the trees and go ice skating between the trees. It's the most memorable thing I remember about Maxwell Park...2/3 of the original trees are gone... there was a time from the road you could not see the railroad tracks because there were so many trees... still all in all Maxwell Park is hands down the best park in Royal Oak.In the southwest corner of the park where all the play toys are they need to put a large fence around the whole area and call it manager play area that's what manager contributed was all those toys in the tennis court but the rest of part has naturally beautifully been there for ever.
Barb Bolton: It's a beautiful Park and we like to walk our dogs there in the early evening. Well maintained. we actually have a tree planted there from my father-in-law's 80th birthdays that we visit on our walks.
Mike Minna: It's a park.
Kathryn Friedlund: Very cute neighborhood park! Shaded, many benches and picnic tables, lots of room to run around. Street parking. 2 enclosed tennis courts, sandbox with toys, play structure, swings and infant swings. Very pretty and fun for the kids. No restrooms.
Alex Bogherie: Great park with a lot of shade. No bathrooms but looks like there is a water fountain.
Summer Chavis Henderson: Too many dirty toys left behind by other kids, sandbox was not clean
Larry Trezil: Great place to take the kids & relax
Katherine Harris: Loved it! Great park.
Elaine Tutwiler: Small neighboor park for small children. And open space for them just run around.
a. Dukhan: Good park, pretty chill, well wooded part of town, close to downtown. Good for youngins.
Mike Tierney: Great neighbor hood park
Dwork Work: My son had a great time!
Robin Lillibridge: So much space to run, shade galore. Bring bug spray if visiting in the evening
Duane Matlen: It's an elongated park. Much of it is tree shaded and is excellent for walking. The park itself is well maintained. There are mosquitoe warning signs, which I find rather displeasing. I suspect the mosquitoes come from the adjacent railroad right-of-way.
Mathew Snyder: Always a great place to visit I like the nature trail.
Rita Campbell: Royal Oak's parks are a delightful addition to our community. I have enjoyed visits for all my adult life with my family and my friends.
Nathan Turner: Great tree covered neighborhood park! Found this park while visiting my daughter. A quite hideaway in the middle of Royal Oak.
Ammar Ishak: good
michèle Kenmegni: Cool park
Zack Hale: It's a nice park with a decent area of big trees to walk through and some playground equipment on the corner. Good place to have a picnic or read a book. Only reason for 4 stars is their picnic tables are quite worn out and there could be more places to sit considering the park's size. So maybe bring your own chairs or a blanket but overall it's nice. They have a tennis court too.
Ryan Michael Dinkgrave: Great park in Royal Oak for a picnic, hanging a hammock and reading, or taking kids to play. Lots of trees and shade in a surprisingly large park near the city center.
