Stephanie Parks: Dr. Acharya is one of the best pedestrians ever! She has been my kids Dr. since I gave birth to my first son 26 years ago. I have two other children 16 and 13. She IS family and all of my children and myself love and respect her. I trust her, she really cares for her patients.

Eman Alhashidi: Dr. Haddad is the best doctor I’ve been to. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and you can’t find a doctor like dr.Haddad. She takes her time with patients and really talks to you and goes through your concerns. You never feel like she’s rushed to be out the room. She really cares for her patients and makes you feel comfortable talking to her. The services that I receive from Dr. Haddad is excellent. Dr. Haddad and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. She has not only taken excellent care of my health, but she is also a pleasure to speak with at each appointment. Dr. Haddad makes it feel like I’m talking to a friend instead of a doctor and I feel very comfortable telling her anything. She really genuinely cares for her patients and is a very kind person.

They don’t call you back about test results, lied about receiving my son’s medical records because they were too lazy to look. I had to threaten to change his doctor and they found them 5 mins later. Then they can call to remind me to pick up his records because I stated I would change his doctor but cannot call to let me know when his lab results came back what sense does that make?

Barbara Miller: Dr DeGraw has been caring for my granddaughter for 4+ years. She was diagnosed with ADHD in the third grade. His thorough understanding of this condition has helped our entire family. Always takes his time and has an easygoing personality.

R: I have tried to contact Dr Degraw for the last couple weeks with MAJOR concerns with my son I have not received one return phone call, I expressed concern to the nurse and asked to speak to the doctor before he increases the dosage of my sons meds and that fell on deaf ears and the dosage was raised anyway. I have asked for any doctor at this point to call me and was told another doctor would contact me the following day. No phone call still. So if you care about your child’s health and would like a doctor who will listen to your MAJOR concerns with your child. Then this office is not the right office for you or your child. What they are doing is inexcusable and unprofessional. Shame on you guys. I had been using this doctor for 19 years!! I guess these Doctors don’t care anymore.

The location used to be my obygyn office, but to my surprise Dr Sabbagh greeted me at the door and coincidentally I was looking for a new pediatrician and here began our journey. The name speaks for itself Care Pediatrics.All 3 of my kids my oldest 23 who refuses to find another doctor have always been treated with respect. He treats each of his patients like his own kids.Always there for my family no matter what. Always answered my desperate late night texts about what I should do when they were sick. Never let me feel I was bothering him.Dr. Sabbagh is exemplary of what a doctor should be. He is compassionate and passionate about what he does.His passion shows in his staff that are also efficient and caring.I could go on forever about him and his office.The reality is look no further they dont make doctors like him anymore. He is not business orientated only he is patient focused first and foremost. God Bless him with the most health so he can protect the health of the kids too come.

Madison France: ***NEVER COMING BACK***Brought my 9 month old son in for a fever that was 102.2 and had lasted for longer than 24 hours. Explained his symptoms and that he had been pulling at his ear. Dr. Alex gave him a glance over and told us it was teething and to continue with Tylenol. No tests for flu or RSV, no recommendations for Motrin even though Tylenol had only helped the fever go down once in 24+hours right before he came in to the office, and no mention of any redness on his eardrums. Early the next morning the fever spiked to 104 so we took our baby to the ER. They immediately brought up redness in his ears and diagnosed a DOUBLE ear infection, gave Motrin and prescribed antibiotics. If we had been taken seriously our child could have had relief much sooner, and we would not be footing an emergency room bill. Nurses have been lovely, but we never felt heard or prioritized by Dr. Alex. Additionally, they have charts in their exam rooms with key points for milestones visits. As my son turned nine months the day after his appointment for the fever I asked about one of the key points: toothpaste/oral care. Dr. Alex just told me to take him for a dentist for those questions- no further explanation. It was as if we were not worth his time and effort. Will NEVER come back.

Karrie Leonard: First impression was amazing! The nurses and Dr was great with all 3 of my kids! Both nurse and Dr listened to all our concerns and gave us solid advice and we are headed on the right track to get these kids the help they need! My son is autistic and cognitively impaired and my daughter has a learning disability as well. He has given us so much hope and so many leads to get them where they need to be! They get you on the schedule really fast as well! I couldn't be more thankful!

Britini: This is a wonderful place. They are always so polite and helpful. Even when busy they will do their best to squeeze you in without an appointment. Today for instance, I didn't even think to call, I just showed up, and they got my son in within 10/15 minutes. Dr. Hailey is AMAZING. She actually takes her time and really listens to what you are saying about what is wrong. She is not just In and out, she actually cares. She has always seen my son, appointment or not. And has even given her personal number for emergencies, which I unfortunately have had to use a couple times. But even then, advises me what to do, where to take him, and so on, and does not make you feel like you're bothering her. I absolutely love her. Definitely a doctor you stay with forever.

He has been my sons doctor now since birth I have never trusted a doctor as much as I do him. Tracey Smolen Freeman: Wish I could give zero stars. We are first time parents and took our newborn daughter to see Dr Chaundhry. We were concerned about our daughter’s noisy breathing and were continuously waved off. We took her for a second opinion and were immediately referred to an ENT. the ENT diagnosed her with a textbook case of laryngomalacia, which can be dangerous if left untreated. We also received poor advice for which formula to feed her — based on ZERO facts. this practice is a factory unwilling to think outside the textbook. I wrote the practice an email outlining the reasons for our departure hoping they would integrate our experience with future patients — no response. Then they have the audacity to mail me a bill for “services”. Don’t waste your time here — Find a different practice to take your newborn.

Yaakov Schur: Since covid (2 years) they do not let you wait in the waiting room. My daughter was getting antsy in the car so I went inside to wait with her in the hallway, they came out to tell me I cannot wait there (alone except for exiting and entering patients.)My daughter had an ear infection and they wanted to test for covid despite having an ear infection. When I declined, I was told that I can't send my kid to school for 10 days even though that's not their call, it's the school policy's call. They seem to have forgotten about taking care of patients and started preaching. I'm very disappointed.

C Honest: Today was my third strike with this office the first one was them switching the first doctor I had seen on my first visit to another doctor without letting me know on my next visit because my doctor was on maternity leave that's fine I like both doctors.The second time was I called to make an appointment for my daughter to be seenAs an emergency sick appointment and spoke to the nurse she said she doesn't think that I need to come in if she shows worsening of any signs then I should call back... I already want to bring her and I don't know why I would have to wait. So I called back a second time and spoke to the receptionist and she told me that the doctor was out of the office and they only had one doctor and the appointment spaces are limited.I was told by a friend to call their other location and when I did the reception is at Bingham Farms told me that's very strange that they wouldn't take you at West Bloomfield their schedule is open. She was kind enough to get me in at Bingham Farms which is out of my way but I did need my daughter to be seen.After going back-and-forth with the receptionist the nurse and office manager the conclusion was that because spaces were limited to appointments that the nurse "FELT" needed to come in those are the people the appointments are being held for. The nurse or the reception is in West Bloomfield did not tell me to call Bingham Farms, a friend told me to do so and that was their first mistake- they basically left me under the impression that my daughter wasn't going to be seen by the Pediatrician that day... unbelievably neglectful on their end.Today I had an appointment at 12:45 and I went there at 12:28 and the door was locked. A man and his daughter and just walked out and told me they are closed until 1:30 for a meeting... why would you schedule my appointment at 12:45 if you're going to have a meeting until 1:30 and not tell me?It's freezing weather and I have my six-month-old daughter outside knocking on the door ringing a bell for service and no one is opening the door. I wait in my car for 20 minutes directly in front of the office and no one comes to the door and I see the office full of people with a man speaking to them... The least you can do is open the door and let me know what's going on. I call the other location which is also at lunch from 12 to 1 and finally I reach answering service and they say they are in a meeting until 1:15... she put me on hold to contact office to open the door for me for nine minutes-at this point I am already driving away to go back home. By the time I'm back on the way home, the office manager Stephanie tells me that my appointment was the day before at 12:30 that still doesn't make any sense when the office is closed from 12 to 1 every day so obviously there is miscommunication and a lack of care in this office. I said " if it was yesterday why didn't you call when I didn't show up?" We don't call patients...WOW SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF Your PATIENTS...I asked for information on how to obtain my daughters medical records because I will not be returning and when I told answering service this they said thank you...really that's great you're thanking patients for leaving your practice?I health care offices and I would never ever turn away a patient or treat them this way I would also never be happy with a patient leaving our practice. I truly feel bad for the doctors because the two that I met were great and the one in the Bingham Farms location was also great too bad the staff is rude, unprofessional and is causing them to loose patients. I really hope this changes for their existing patients sake.

Sydney Ruiz: So impressed with the kindness of the front desk staff, doctors and nurses! We've seen Dr. Yono and Dr. Holland, and both of them were patient and sweet with our son. They each took the time to sit down and talk to us. We didn't feel rushed or invalid in our concerns. I feel so lucky to have found this place!!

G MOORE: Very disappointing! Just spoke with the office manager Stacie concerning an issue with the front desk staff and she replied to me "OK, whatever"! Are you serious! The unprofessionalism and borderline rudeness of the staff in this office is horrible! For people to entrust the care of their children to you, you've got to do better than this! I hadn't even gotten to the point of addressing the tools left on the floor (meaning the room was not cleaned after the last patient) that the doctor had to pick up when she came in! The doctors are nice and professional, however need to retrain or hire people with better attitudes that know how to work in a service industry!
