Eve Sandoval: This location is always well-stocked!I used to go to Petco in Warren but they are rarely stocked with my cat's food and always have large pallets sitting in the aisles any day of the week.You walk into PetSmart on Woodward and it's a breath of fresh air. Always clean, organized, and full of your pet's main staples.I'm always greeted when I walk in and the ease of checkout is quick and to the point!I don't enjoy the parking lot because it's hard to get in and out of, so I have to park farther back along the wall, but that's the only inconvenience.

Joslyn Spencer: This will be the last time I go here for grooming. Im a Shih tzu mom and have been for the past 20+ years. I know how this breed should be groomed for a shorter cut. My previous groomer retired. I took my new Shih tzu in for a cut at petsmart. Even brought a picture! An absolute disaster of a cut. Paws uneven. Body fur uneven. Face uneven, ears not even cleaned, and her rear end is shaved! And not in a good way! My last dog (golden doodle) had these beautiful long eye lashes and I specifically reminded the groomer (petsmart again) to not cut them. She did. Looked awful.Case in point- if you are looking for a good hair cut/groomer, go elsewhere. I should know better but this place is down the street. Convenient for a busy mom with many jobs. Ive learned my lesson today though. Its a “chop shop” for grooming.

Ryan Kleven: The groom salon is awful. Always booked up- got an appointment over a month out, and then they called a couple days before to tell me they couldn’t keep the appointment. The staff has been rude to me several times. One groomer told me she would call when they had about 15 min left. She called and I was there within 20 min, then she threatened to fine me because I “took too long” getting there. The grooming services are over priced anyway- you’re better off going to a local groomer.

Rebecca Pittman: I came in with my puppy as a walk in service for his paw pads to be trimmed. I called ahead to check on a good time to bring him in. I explained to them he has only had professional grooming one other time. Once they started working on him I figured it would take maybe 10-15 min as he is only 28 lbs and there were 2 ladies with him. About 25 minutes went by and I started to wonder why it was taking so long as the 2 ladies had not been working on any other animal other than my own. I watched for a bit to see if he was being aggressive or overly difficult. He was crying and whining but nothing over the top aggressive. About 10 min later another lady steps out from the back and I ask her if the person working on My dog is new and she says yes she is but she is being supervised by a more experienced groomer. 5 min later they bring him out, front paws look great back paws still had long fur so I ask them to clean it up a bit more, but have someone else do it. They take him back and 5 min later paws look great. So here’s my issue: why would you put someone new with a puppy who has only had their paws done one other time??! I understand they have to train but put them with a dog who has had their paws done many times. A chill dog, an experienced dog.. NOT a puppy who is new to the grooming world. Who now has that 45 minute poor experience to remember the next time I take him in. what a terrible call and thing to have a puppy sit thru. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

Kahuna Howard “Kahuna” Howard: Great store and they are always busy..... Only down side is that they don't have enough staff with the amount of traffic that they have. I have gone in the store several times and was not able to get help because everyone was with a customer.~~~UPDATE~~~ 05/01/2023So I figured I would go back to the store to see if they had any new fish in their displays. Well they did they actually had about five fish I really wanted to buy. BUT JUST LIKE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE NO ONE CAME TO HELP. I did however receive a greeting as I walked into the store. But While I was admiring the new fish a gentleman (STAFF) was getting crickets but he never returned after seeing me in that area. My oh my oh my I guess I will ring the bell for service...(RING BEEP RING BEEP) waiting and looking and waiting and looking and looking some more. Well I guess I will go to the PET SMART in Dearborn were they assist and not playing and texting on their phones when customers are around.

Mrs.Nahrie Ross: Lamaria was about the best experience I've received from the pet salon here at this location, other than that I would have not given a star rating at all.My 3 month old Shih Tzu puppy was cut too short on 26 by Jevon. Not only was his hair cut short it was un-even and jagged looking. To add fuel to the fire I waited almost 3 hours for this service and I had an appointment.Even after that, I took my puppy back to this location on SATURDAY 34 (now he's 4 months) with an appointment at 1:30. At the time of check in I asked if the groomer requested during booking was there and I was told No, then I asked who would be cutting my puppy's hair and was told Jevon again because some of the groomers called off and the other 2 groomers were totally booked. I inquired how long it would take and the 2 male groomers there at the time got rude and stated "Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean your going to get service at that time", the other groomer said to me "Miss your appointment is 1:30, its going to take at least 3-4 hours as you can see we are totally booked".Addressing a customer with questing and getting rude is totally unprofessional. after paying $51 dollars and getting just a was and trim (which only includes getting his face trimmed and his bottom) i still waited 2 hours and he didn't even smell fresh.Nor did they put any puppy spritz colonge on him.I addressed this with the store manager, who informed me that she would notify the salon manager. I will no longer patronize this location because customer service is NOT their cup of tea.

So I went with my receipt and reptile aquarium too the Livonia location and Kyle made sure too fix my inconvenience and help me with my return. Thank you very much I recommend this location too anyone who appreciates good customer service. I am a satisfied customer.

Steve Valenti: My dog was butchered there. I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but in the end, my dog experienced the worst hair cut in her 9 years of life at this location. They had my dog for 7 hours and when I went to pick her up they said they couldn't finish. They said my dog had enough and was too tired to go on. Turns out they were giving her water the whole time and never brought her out to pee. I brought her back like they asked for 2 more hours and she was returned looking even worse. I will never go back to this location.

Fatime Saleh: Absolutely awful. They don’t care about your pets I promise you that. I brought my 5 pound dog and he was treated horribly. He was cut by Alissa and she physically harmed my dog. She was pushing him and pulling way harder than she ever should. I’ve seen my dogs hair get cut before and she didn’t do it the right way at all. She got very annoyed that he was crying from the way she was hurting him and was trying to shut him up by putting a black mouth cover on him. He’s 5 pounds he wasn’t gonna eat her. When she noticed I saw and went in to get him she held him off the table with the leash still attached to his neck and he ended up getting chocked. Managers didn’t care nothing was done. “Dogs are our family”so I guess they love to hurt family. They will hurt ur pets. Take them anywhere else if you want the best for ur pets. My dog is traumatized by the way Alissa treated him absolutely disgusting.

Cindy Range: Took my dog in for a haircut. Asked the groomer to specifically to not cut the beard or mustache on my dog, and also to leave the skirt & the leg hair as long as possible. What happened was some other groomer didn’t show up & he took on their dogs. He had my dog there who had a scheduled appointment at 9 am until 3 pm. 6 hours! He cut off the mustache & the beard way to short. Than cut the skirt & legs way too short. He completely changed what I asked for. Why?? Do not go here!! Do not use this groomer!! Yes it’s a haircut & a dog. It will grow out. But the point is my dog suffered the worst cut ever. And it took 6 hours!! How would he feel if a barber did what he wanted to his hair instead of what he asked for & took 6 hours & did other unscheduled people before him??Don’t waste your time here!! And to boot it cost $76.00!! For a third rate butchering!!

The Truth: Staff is rude and act like they are vets when they really are just a cashier. Always have to wait in line for over 5 min even if there is one person ahead of you. JIMIN's Kookie and Tae biscuits: Their groomers need more training in handling dogs appropriately and in dealing with customers. The groomer, A. T. was very Defensive and Rude when I asked her why she did a POOR JOB with my dog. Dogs can sense/smell negative energy and emotions from people. I felt that negativity coming from this groomer. She lacked professionalism. I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Jae lynn: Very clean store and great customer service, kind staff. A bit pricey imo. They have small animals, fish, birds and cats available for adoption. Great selection of clothes for you dog. Pretty much anything you need for a pet is available here.

Cissilla McKinlay: I was shopping for plants and fish,as the sales person working in fish section is counting down that they close in 10,8,7,6,..(I wanted to point out she skipped 9 lol) I pick out live plant,she then tells me 4 mins ..I ask about bottom feaders,.She goes back cleaning,I pick out fish- she tells me she can't get fish!!! I can pay for what I have in hand but she can't get fish!!!!
